We were very lucky to stumble upon JD, initially to just floor plan our small apartment but eventually project managing the renovation (or reform as they say here). Having found G2 in a google search one naturally worries that you might fall foul of a dodgy builder. Absolutely no need to worry here. This project was on time and on budget. An urgent need for a reliable electrician to our villa and he initially provided some advice via WhatsApp before clearly explaining all outcomes and possible issues. I contacted Electrick regarding a power outage in my flat in central Estepona, which occurred at 22:00 on a weekday evening. Ricki answered my call and immediately got into his car. Within minutes, he was on site and quickly identified the fault as being in the building’s electrical panel in the basement. A few minutes later, the issue was resolved and the electricity was working properly again. In addition, he fixed a faulty electrical installation in the flat. Ricki had promised to try to complete the job within an hour, which he did. I am very pleased indeed with Ricki’s workmanship and his professional manner. Top class service. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Rick! He arrived within an hour and fixed our electricity issue straight away. We were otherwise facing an unknown wait time for Endesa to resolve it, as one of the phases wasn’t working. Rick quickly identified that we could safely operate on two phases and that the third wasn’t necessary. Fast, knowledgeable, and very reliable—would definitely use him again.

Nothing special. Ricki is unresponsive and had to be chased by my real estate agent. Charged EUR 157 for a simple visit by an Electrician who didn’t make any repairs, just checkup. You can definitely find better electricians out there.

We bought a property in Elviria which Arcon are overseeing the renovations on. I cannot recommend them enough. Both on a professional level and on a personal one. The Arcon Group were recommended to us by our neighbour and I would 100% recommend them to anybody. We are very happy that we came across Acron. They left a leaflet in our post box and that is where our relationship with them started. Since then they have worked on several jobs around our house. We have had enormous pleasure of working with Barbara and Rene and their team. Their reliability and punctuality is something you don’t come cross often (especially in Spain). They have become our reliable maintenance and building partner for our house in Spain from complex construction to stabilize the large rocks above our house to pool maintenance. I recommend Desarrolla. When I went to the office I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, I had seen some interesting images on their website and I decided to visit them. They studied all the spaces in my house and created a unique project to enhance them. They achieved the style I wanted and didn’t know how to define, giving it their own personal touch. I had a good experience with them and if I had to recommend them I would do it for sure. My advice is to invite you to visit them, the treatment is very friendly and close and they care about the client from the first moment.

I am the owner of AEDAS HOMES in Marbella. My complaint is regarding the poor quality of finishing. Most of the subcontractors perform low-quality work without supervision. The incidents in the development are permanent and I would say, almost daily. The developer and construction company show good will, but the construction company’s quality department on-site leaves much to be desired. Lack of qualification, little interest, they do not attend to complaints and close appointments without meeting deadlines and schedules with clients. We have a very bad experience with our apartment and block that they were in charge of building in Estepona (Estepona Gardens). There are construction problems of all kinds (leaks, broken pipes, poor finishes) and they do nothing to solve them (except to delay things over time and make excuses) even though everything is under warranty. Is it too much to ask for the workers at the Hotel Guadalmedina expansion site to do their work without making so many noises and whistles, disturbing the normal rest of the neighbors? I hope you take good note of this complaint so that we do not have to take more forceful actions. We know that the usual construction hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM; why are they still working today, Friday, June 22nd, at 4:02 PM? There have also been some Saturdays when they have worked. As an investor in real estate I had chosen Promas as the main contractor for a big renovation project of a Villa in Elviria and I am very happy to have made that decision. Andy and his team are really professionals. You can clearly see that Andy is fully involved in the project, has loads of experience and passing by almost every day to make sure all is going according to plan. Aside that, which I think within construction is unique, he never told me no or that’s not possible or no we can’t change the plans. Instead each time I requested a change of plans we easily found solutions to make it happen. So Promas thinks in your benefit, not in theirs. Finally and probably most important is that Promas finish the project completely, instead of running to the next project and leaving with some loose ends. Where do I begin!!! Andy, Nona and all their Team are some of the best professionals on the Coast. We purchased a Villa which needed renovation work, so I contacted a few companies through a quick Google Search, and WOW am I glad that ProMas was one of them. From the beginning they were so professional, taking notes and really listening to what we wanted to achieve, they drew plans and designs and mood boards before even commencing. We ended up double the renovation project as we felt we had the best people at hand, so they have created the most amazing home for us. The standard of finish and quality is incredible, the continuous feedback and check-ins were great and MOST importantly, they stand over their work, even to this day if we have any minor snags (Which is to be expected), they come and sort it – I don’t know many companies that would bother coming back after you’ve paid them no matter what the issue. Overall, Andy and Nona made our dreams a reality and created a WOW Villa, they maintained the Andalusian charm on the outside, and created a modern masterpiece on the inside. I have a had a really really good experience with LT Construction. They are super professional and honest to their clients. Especially for foreign clients like myself this company is really helpful and more important, super trustworthy. It is a pleasure doing business with Lee from LT Construction and would definitively recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were really pleased with the remodelling of our pool and the additional work LT Construction undertook on our villa. During the 3 month project we were mainly back home in the UK but Lee kept us up to date with progress and was quick to offer solutions to the very few issues that arose. We will certainly be using Lee and his team again.

LT Construction have carried out two projects for me. The first to knock through a kitchen to make a modern, open plan lounge diner at an apartment in Alhaurin Golf. LTC finished the job in budget and ahead of schedule. The team even managed to keep my “tricky” neighbours happy. Not easy with pneumatic drills early in the morning in an apartment block. The second was a much bigger project, the reform of a country house. Lee and the team were simply excellent. I was absent for much of the work so we communicated by FaceTime to adjust layouts etc. and the results are better than I expected. Halfway through the project we discovered the pool was so badly built that it had disintegrated under the tiling. With Lee’s advice, we redesigned the shape, the depth gradient and even the entry steps. It is now a fabulous feature at the heart of the outside space. Finding a company who will take care of you is not easy. I trust Lee and his team and I will use them again this October to do some more work at my home. I can only suggest that, if you need a capable professional builder, LT Construction will do a great job.

Lee and his team have done a fantastic job in completely renovating our bathroom and transforming it into all we had hoped for with a full refit. Due to travel restrictions during COVID Lee was extremely helpful in sourcing the bathroom kit and doing all he could to bring the project to a successful conclusion. His team have also installed an air conditioning unit & improved lighting in the bedroom which has made a massive difference. Lee has been a pleasure to work with and I am delighted to be able to provide a glowing review.

I contacted LT Construction as I wanted to reform our boring swimming pool from the standard oblong pool into something unique and different. The work was done efficiently, we were kept in the loop throughout the process and my family and I now have a wonderful space to enjoy our summer days in Spain. Lee is a great giyy who offered to look at the house I wanted to buy near La Viñulea lake. I wanted to buy it but he adviced me not to or break it down and build a new one. The construction was not OK because of the land moving underneath the house. I recommand him for his honesty. No work to reform this house but honest advice…..
