I brought in a car with steering issues. GuerreroCar acknowledged that there was a problem, took the car in, and had it for several days. After having had the car in for three days, they called me and said the issue was fixed – but it wasn’t. I tried to reach out to them again, but they never got back to me. My impression is that if GuerreroCar encounters an issue they don’t know how to fix, they simply claim it’s resolved and hope you don’t notice. This unprofessional behavior is, in my opinion, a clear indication of their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Really an excellent experience. Needed help on our road trip when there was a fault with our VW camper. David booked us in within 1 hour through VW assist. Diagnosed and fixed within a few hours for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service, I wish all garages were like this!!!

Very helpful, professional and quick service. On our way back from the holiday our car issued all possible Warning lights and posted an Ad-Blue error and this in a Friday afternoon! While one other VW dealership send us away this one helped and made an diagnose although they were fully booked. The error was identified, the spare pump ordered and after it arrived two days later it was put in place right away. All communication went smooth via WhatsApp and they helped us a lot! I would always come back whenever we are in the Marbella region! All thumbs up to them! 👍

They serviced and checked my car for any problems. They are a superb garage in my opinion. The staff are extremely efficient and very pleasant dealing with customers. Crazy bad service. My Citroen wouldn’t start after stopping at the gas station down the street and I knew from previous experience that all it takes is to delete the fault code which takes like 2 min. So I went over to AC99 and asked if they could help me out as I only stopped in Marbella for gas. First, they said they would not come the gas station which is 2 min away with me because even though they could that’s “not a service they offer”. I offered to pay and got the response “even if you offered to pay 2000 euro, we do not offer the service of walking to the gas station with you”. When we discussed if we should tow the car for deleting the error, they said I would have to wait 10 days for “one of the 25 mechanics” working for AC99 would have time to delete the error code. I was baffled and initially I thought it was a misunderstanding but they actually meant it and the guy at AC99 was just rude and ignorant – crazy. I ended up going to Car Doctor just a a few minutes away from AC99 and they helped me immediately without any fuss. So go there – they are extremely competent and helpful. Avoid AC99 at any cost.

Excellent treatment and really good prices. Ernesto at the main desk will provide you with tge best treatment you have ever had from somebody in the reception. It DOES maje a difference. Honest.

They very professional, good prices, speak English and always open. Good location as you can go shopping for for coffee or lunch while you wait for car. Simple but good waiting area too with hot and cold drinks in machine.

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my car for an oil and filters change. After two hours they told me my car didn’t start because of the problem with the fuel pump. I gave them the car that was fully functioning and they returned to me a piece of metal on wheels. The car doesn’t start and nobody even cares for it. All the time that I’ve spent here they are telling me to wait for some person. And then this person tells me to wait for another person and this goes on and on. This is insane to bring in a car for a simple service and get back the one that doesn’t start. If you value your time and mental health better choose another service station. Norauto and quality service are two different things that don’t combine

I left my car at Norauto Marbella for a simple brake replacement. After more than three hours, I was informed that the car was “ready”. Nothing had been done. Their excuse? They claimed the brakes were “too rusty” and impossible to remove or repair. This is coming from a company that calls itself automotive experts. Now the humiliating part—for them. When I got home, I took a basic hammer. Within 30 minutes, the supposedly “impossible” brakes were off and loose. No special tools. No drama. No excuses. Let that sink in: What their “professional workshop” failed to do in over three hours, I solved myself in half an hour. This is not bad luck. This is sheer incompetence. Either their staff lacks even the most basic mechanical skills, or they assume customers are clueless and won’t question them. Both scenarios are unacceptable. ⚠️ Do NOT trust their diagnostics ⚠️ Do NOT waste your time ⚠️ Do NOT leave your car here If a workshop cannot remove brake components and then hides behind excuses, it should not be allowed to touch customer vehicles at all. Avoid Norauto Marbella. Completely.

Very poor and untrustworthy experience. The price for the tire change was agreed in advance at €200, but at payment I was forced to pay almost double. The shop justified this by referring to my signature on a tablet. However, this signature was taken when I handed over the car keys, and no price, contract terms, or agreement details were visible on the screen at that moment. As a customer, I was not given a fair opportunity to review or knowingly accept the final price. The situation was misleading and felt pressuring rather than transparent or honest. I do not recommend this business to anyone who values clear pricing and fair customer service. Be very careful and always demand everything in writing before signing anything.

Over charged for tyres only to find out they’re winter tyres and not sutible. It’s marbella! Why would I need snow tyres? Absolutely disgusting. Go anywhere but here, for your safety. Very poor service, was quoted 1hr for the works but was still waiting 2hrs later. Criminal 🤬

I have to a big thank you to Mario, for helping us yesterday after my front number was stolen, going to Estepona to do the required Denucia at the National Police station and racing to Norauto in marbella to hopefully findout if they can do my a front number plate as I had to take my family to the airport in 2 hours and was worrying about driving with no number plate or worse not being able to enter the airport due to number plate recognition we Met The smiling face of Mario, he was absolutely fantastic, took control and said do not worry we will have a new plate on your car in 30 minutes, actually done in 20 minutes. Thank you Mario for your prompt help yesterday and yes my family all got to the airport on time for their flight home to the UK. The world would a much better place with a few more Mario’s. If I could, I would be giving this service a negative rating. This is the absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered anywhere we have ever lived. 1,200€ for nothing, no official diagnosis, no identification of the source of the problem. They should be ashamed to charge someone for failing to find the cause. Then 1,300€ more just to diagnose (possibly) for a repair job that could cost up to 10,000€ on top of all that, which is absolute rubbish. And after holding the car hostage for several days, when we came to take it home and look for another service, an employee expressed interest in buying the car and later made an offer of 6,500€ for a 2019 AMG A3 Mercedes with 80,000km. This is an absolute joke. So if you have something real that needs fixing, I would strongly advise you to go to another service. Our car finally has a diagnosis and it didn’t require taking apart a hand assembled AMG engine, which these crooks suggested to do.

Do not go here!! They cannot seem to fix an Audi. There was some minor damage and the car has been there for multiple weeks now already. No one is giving information and they keep postponing the pick up.

Left my Citroën for a recall repair and an annual service. When I picked it up the windshield washer was broken. After 2 more visits and 5 days they fixed it but left me with a 170€ bill for replacing a broken fuse (which I didn’t break). Worst experience by far.

5* servicio. New light and front panel needed so they fixed the light so I could get through my MOT and then they fixed the panel. Very polite and accommodating at all times. Came back to me all shining and washed. Never in 30 years of taking cars in for services etc all over the UK, Málaga and Córdoba have I had such great service. Thank you team 👍

After our air conditioning failed for the 4th on our 2021 Citroën C3 Aircross. They did a good job of diagnosing and fixing (hopefully) the problem. So far we have spent an amazing 2,800€ trying to fix this problem.

Don’t use we had a small dent on a BMW x5, now they are redoing in 3 times! and wasting my time giving me a tiny replacement car and been without a car total 14 days days as they can’t do the work… Rude and bad service! but most important they don’t actually do the work!

My airbag was officially recalled so I contacted AC99 for replacement. They replied via WhatsApp and arranged the appointment in the same week. I went for the appointment and the airbag was replaced in 20mins! Super efficient and professional. Thanks to Diego for the top service 💫

Very professional these guys! Best BMW service in Marbella! Highly recommend! I had a very complex issue with my X5 Hybrid and these guys resolved it in short time and in a excellent manner! For a recall I booked my X3 in for a new starter motor. A C 99 told me on arrival that BMW had a software update in addition to the recall. I specifically said do not update the iDrive software but they said the software update was needed for the starter motor, how a starter moter effects the iDrive I do not know. Subsequently my iDrive is broken. All data is lost. Navigation just says ‘Loading’ and never loads. Voice Assistant is ‘available shortly’, but after 2 days its not available. A C 99 are now waiting for BMW to advise them what to do. Really!! I now have a 40 grand paper weight as I could never sell it with a broken iDrive. What have A C 99 offered to resolve this – NOTHING. A C 99 say they can fix it but have not and wont even book an appointment. Unbelievable!!!.

Had a recall on the car. Booked in via the app. Arrived to a very friendly receptionist. Very professional, very helpful. Had a courtesy car as repair took longer due to my dealership I bought from telling me something was OK and ford telling me it needed repaired so was in longer than expected as added on another repair. Great service. Glad I have the gaurantee on the car, definatly recommend paying for this. Overall very happy!!!

Sales service from Angel was excellent. The after sales service did not exist. They were supposed to have several extras ready for the arrival of my new Van. Even 2 weeks after delivery of the Van I have chased them 3 times, they did not even call. So I ordered the extras from Fords website and had them in 2 days.

The service was easy to book in English and I was offered the use of a courtesy car if required. The receptionist was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was sent a text message to update me on my car’s progress and told when everything had been completed! Very efficient!

Ignacio and Antonio looked after my car perfectly. The service was carried out and they also fixed a few warranty issues that needed attention. Kept informed, friendly staff, efficient working. No concerns whatsoever – I just wish the Mijas Ford dealer (same dealer group) had not closed!

Very Good garage! I had an accident with my Sprinter 4×4 and had an excellent service and treatment form my first visit, cost estimation for my German insurance and the actual repair. All was perfectly done, cost efficient and effective. Waiting times were short. I was already in the Volkswagen branch of Guerrero Car and was super happy there, too. As we will be a lot of time on the Costa der Sol, I will never go elsewhere! Special thanks and shout out to Carlos at the service counter and Clara and Blas form “chapas y Pinturas” 😉

Well, two ⭐️⭐️, one for the guys in the office for being super kind and always helpful and the second for the person ordered original spare-parts but thats all. I waited the car 1,5 months and what I got back was not nice. Ok, the car looked fixed, it wasn’t damaged anymore 😂 but seriously think twice if you need to paint your car, find another talleres for painting jobs. How is this possible that an Official Mercedes representative workshop can offer its clients this low crap service, I bet even I myself can paint it better. They damaged a part what didn’t need any work , now we need to fix that too. The all painted surface has the paint running and dripping and pieces dried on the paint We chose ac99 because it is official MB workshop, we knew the waiting-line can be longer but hoped to get the quality. Now we have to paint it all over again and of corsé we choose another place, what a shame. People are asking to go back and ask them to fix but how can a person/s do it differently next time, if you don’t have the knowledge how to paint then you are unqualified and next time it can end up who knows how

I’m sorry to say that the service I received was completely unnacceptable and was nowhere near the levels of service that are provided by Mercedes in the UK. I have subsequesntly found a reliable and trustworthy Mercedes specialist service in Elviria and would not consider going back to Gaetano for any reason at any time.

Very bad service, they never speak any foreign language, the workshop never answers it call you back. They can never commit on when they will get an urgent spare parts after me commanding it 25 days in advance. They have WhatsApp to no avail, they simply don’t care. I bought a mercedes to have a piece of mind, never again nor recommend to anyone. What a shame, how they ruined the name of Benz

At the beginning we had some communication (not mechanic or chapa pintura) problems but they were finally sorted professionaly by the director. So far things are going well and if after 3 month I finally get my car back in perfect conditions before the end of this month, the fifth star is deserved. Finally I got my car back in perfect conditions, therefore now the fifth star.
