I cannot recommend One Marbella highly enough! We have been working with Debbie and Alan for over 6 years now, they look after both our rental properties in Marbella & Estepona, communication, reliability, professionalism. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have had a continuous flow of tenants since we started renting and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our properties. We have also found trusted tradespeople through them too when wanting to renovate our properties. The whole process runs so smoothly and makes renting our properties far more easier from the UK.

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs. From start to finish, dealing with this estate agency was a nightmare. When we encountered serious issues with a difficult landlord, instead of support, we were met with dismissiveness and outright rudeness. Debbie promised us the full return of our €4600 deposit and assured us she would assist. In the end, we received only €2000, and suddenly it was “not her issue” – she completely washed her hands of the situation and ignored any further communication. Alan, who handled viewings, was consistently rude and condescending. He would smirk, speak over us, and make us feel as though our concerns didn’t matter. We were told they couldn’t accommodate us due to their family visiting, but when my family was visiting, they scheduled multiple viewings and expected me to stay in — which I did, respectfully. Their treatment of tenants is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We stayed at the Resort a couple of times and again we had the best time! The place is stunning and so peaceful, it’s spacious, so perfect to come with extended family or groups of friends. The service has also been on point, extra requests and just all around perfect! We will be back for sure.

The property is wonderful to get together for a few days in the countryside and celebrate with family or friends. The kitchen is very well equipped, the underfloor heating and fireplaces create a home and the pool and its jacuzzi have magnificent views.

The villa management company were exceptional at taking care of all of our needs before arrival, during & after! Even when small problems with the villa arose, they were immediately there offering solutions. Marbella Mountain Resorts, are by far the best villa management company we’ve ever experienced. Such a fabulous home! We had three generations of family and it was the perfect location for us -from 3 years old to 65 years old! The home is close to Ronda yet the location is very relaxing. Ana and Juan were the best and answered all our questions. Marbella Mountain Resorts, especially Alfonso and Sioni, arranged a guided tour of Ronda, a flamenco class and private dinners at the villa and they were all spectacular. Memories for a lifetime! Would recommend them, and the villa, to anyone!

We recently stayed for 4 nights at the Ronda Mountain Resort. It is truly a remarkable place. There were 13 of us — 7 adults and 6 children — and the house and grounds were exceedingly comfortable with plenty of room for all. The pool is outstanding, with a large spa/hot tub in the center where the kids played for hours. You have tremendous views over the valley to the mountains and the town of Ronda. Our family has stayed in a number of villas in Europe and I must say the attention to detail and quality in the design and upkeep of this property was exceptional. We did have an issue on arrival with the AC, and the local staff and Resort executives dealt with the issue as best they could and in a very professional manner. I highly recommend the Ronda Mountain House and hope to be able to go there again.

WOW! It was so smooth to book accommodation and a car via The Connoisseur! I sent my requests to Maria, and within an hour, I had several options for apartments, villas, and a car.
