ARTE DE LUSSO This is perfection! We have purchased inside and outside screens and blinds for our house and could not be more happy! From you decide, order and mount it goes so smooth. The owner follow up from start to end. When the installation technician with his team arrives they protect the area, vacume under and after, takes their shooes off when entering your home, workes in silence and does a brilliant job! I had a horrible experience with IKEA Spain. They are totally different from other IKEAs in the rest of the world. They measured my small kitchen 3 times and did not give me the right advice about what needs to be done before installation. It has already taken me almost 2 years to order a kitchen from them. My order has been delayed for different reasons which had nothing to do with me. IKEA Spain does not take any responsibility for their own issues. I even made a complaint and received a generic response in Spanish from them ignoring all the points raised in my complaint. I am too frustrated and regret so much choosing IKEA Spain.

We had a great experience with one planning team member who was ever so helpful and then when we went back to finalise we had a different member of staff Alba who had a really bad attitude, we then went back to speak with the store about a damaged item that was sent and again she was very rude laughing and saying she didn’t care and basically saying what do you want me to do about it. My wife is heavily pregnant and we were treated like animals. She was laughing at walked away from us chewing her gum and saying she was the manager and she’s in charge. I can’t believe a company like ikea have staff who treat their customers so badly.
