I engaged this firm in July 2025 for legal and accounting support for my Spanish company, clearly explaining from the outset that the shareholder is a Lithuanian parent company and that accounting output would be required for audit and consolidation purposes. All invoices were paid promptly, including additional requests made during the engagement. Despite this, the deliverables provided consisted of Excel-based accounting information which, while potentially suitable for internal use, were not usable for audit or consolidation purposes as required and previously communicated. No finalized written agreement clearly defining the scope of services was provided to me, despite repeated requests. This created a lack of clarity as to what was included in the engagement. Regarding the 2025 Corporate Income Tax and Annual Accounts, the firm’s position changed multiple times. The work was first indicated to be outside scope, then offered under specific terms, and subsequently withdrawn after acceptance. As a result, I was required to engage a new advisory firm to ensure compliance and completion of statutory obligations. This review reflects my experience based on documented correspondence and the outcome of the engagement.

First of all, this review is long overdue since I’ve been dealing with this firm for the last three years with two properties I bought on the Costa del Sol. I can’t say enough positive things about my real estate attorney, Sofia Lanza . Her attention, service, and professionalism go far beyond what you would normally expect from an attorney. My emails are usually answered within an hour or two, and her responses are always clear and straight to the point—which is extremely important when you live abroad. Recently, I had a very stressful situation involving my apartment in Marbella. Sofia immediately stepped in and arranged a meeting with another lawyer within 24 hours, completely free of charge. The meeting helped me calm down, and I felt reassured that everything was being handled in the right way. I know she genuinely has my best interests at heart. For example, as my power of attorney, she handled banking matters on my behalf, including arranging money transfers without requiring my presence.
