An example is that we had a circulation pump fail the week before we had guests arriving for a family holiday. Meryva managed to source a replacement pump and install it. We were away from the house and they still came an installed the new pump, and set the pool heater to on so the guests had a warm swimming pool for thier holiday. Amazing service all the time. They perform an initial visit where they charge us more than €500. A quote is accepted to find the fault, and they tell us they can do it two weeks later. When that week arrives, they tell us their manager is on vacation and they cannot tell us when they will go to execute the accepted works. We have been waiting for more than three weeks. We are manually watering a community of owners of 15 buildings with their gardens and pools. A total lack of ethics and professionalism from this company.Totalmente inaceptable el trato y falta total y absoluta de profesionalidad. Hacen una primera visita donde nos cobran más de 500€ Se acepta un presupuesto para poder dar con la avería y nos dicen que lo pueden hacer dos semanas después. Llegada esa semana nos dicen que su encargado está de vacaciones y que no pueden decirnos cuándo van a ir a ejecutar los trabajos que tienen aceptados. Llevamos más de tres semanas. Regando manualmente una comunidad de propietarios de 15 edificios con sus jardines y piscinas. Totalmente una falta de ética y profesionalidad de esta empresa.

They took 3 weeks to show up and repaired a water pump that failed after 5 months, and apparently, they make up the causes of the failure just to avoid honoring any warranty. So the insurance in the end said they would only pay for the wall. But in the end we received nothing.
