Fantastic service! Locked myself out last night and only realised the key was inside when I got home at 23:30… Panic! But called the locksmith and Lucas came within 15 minutes! He rescued us and replaced the lock so we could sleep and finished the work in the morning. I could not be more pleased with Lucas’ professionalism and quick service – thank you!

The work was terrible he tried to cover it up with stones and it cost €200. Stay away from this guy.

“Our trip is saved!” What a fantastic service! We are travelling around spain and managed to lock the keys in the drawers in the back of our truck! We messaged him at 7pm and were able to see him before 9am the the next morning. He managed to open our drawers almost immediately and we got the keys out! On December 30th, I arrived and it was closed, despite the sign indicating it should have been open. I called the phone number and they told me the kiosk was closed for no particular reason. They suggested I go to their other store in San Pedro Alcantara, so I headed there and 10 minutes later, I found that one closed too!!! I called again, and they said the manager had decided to close, even though it was 4 in the afternoon. If you need keys, find another place, because it’s not pleasant to be messed around like this! Terrible service.

The best! He came literally 10 minutes after I called him. The whole process was really nice. He tried his best to communicate with me in English. The price was decent overall 10 out of 10.

Highly recommend for authentic service and a low price. One of two sets of AirBnB house keys took a swim in the ocean and never returned. Gave this lovely chap a call to get opening hours of his physical store, and had a new set of keys perfectly cut within minutes, with colours matched to the originals, for less than EUR25, saving us 45EUR in lost keys fees – yay! They sorted out my keyless start key for my Fiesta. They could code it onsite which was convenient and key appears to be same quality as original. Took a few days to sort the ordering but as it was local not a big problem.

Terrible service and completely incompetent as they are unable to fulfill even the simplest task.

They will cut almost any key you need. It’s a bit difficult to locate so I advise park nearby and walk using Google maps to locate the shop

Last year Mister Minit was able to duplicate special security keys that no one else in Estepona could.

I asked them to clean my white leather bag. First he said it will be €150. to put some colour and clean. I said it only needs to be cleaned, so he charged me €50. up front. He said it will take a week but said he finished it by Saturday (4 days). When I came to fetch it my bag was still on the corner, untouched. He said if I wait an hour he can finished it, he called me after 40 minutes, and said it was done. I was quite shocked to see the state of my bag. It was still dirty, and now there is uneven patch which looks worse. I do not mind if they are expensive but I expect a good outcome. The worst service I got! I will never use their service again!
