I have bought several items from Pedro Pena over the years but when i recently asked them for some after sales advice , they have completely ignored me and i emailed them three times without any acknowledgement at all. Its all about invoices and nothing about service . Awful company. I would rather use Ambience in Marbella next time. Much better customer service !!

We needed not only quality kitchen furniture, but also help with some challenging layout ideas, and DESIGN SPACE MARBELLA came up with smart solutions we would never have thought of ourselves (one example was suggesting a horizontal hot water boiler instead of a vertical one, which saved space and allowed for a better kitchen layout). We have used Design Space for 2 new kitchens and a house conversion. The first kitchen is modern with the latest fantastic appliances, all supplied and fitted by the team at Design Space. The second kitchen very ‘Spanish style traditional”. Andy and Michaela are very professional, ethical and totally trustworthy. They dealt with licences, design and supply of good. Their team of kitten fitters, builders etc are very hard working, efficient and do a great job. A month ago (13/04/26), I sent them a WhatsApp message with plans of my kitchen to get a quote. I don’t live in the same city; I am only there during the summer. They didn’t answer, and ten days later (23rd), I called them by phone, and shortly after they sent me a WhatsApp saying that they would present the quote to me the next day, which they never sent. On the 27th, I sent another WhatsApp telling them they hadn’t sent it to me; no response. Then on 13/05, when I came to Marbella, I went to the store, they apologized and gave me an appointment for the next day. Two hours before the appointment time, they called to tell me they couldn’t see me because an emergency had come up with a client, but that they would send me the quote the next day. It hasn’t arrived. Of course, I have already ruled them out. Sally and her team completed a full design and installation service for our four bed villa that was under construction in Puerto Banus. The team liaised with the architect and builders, did on site visits, sent us progress videos of the construction as we are UK based. They presented us with great concepts and options for furniture, lighting, curtains, wall treatments and colour schemes together with full costings. Within a week or so of the completion of construction we were able to move into our beautiful villa which was already guest ready. As an investor in real estate I had chosen Promas as the main contractor for a big renovation project of a Villa in Elviria and I am very happy to have made that decision. Andy and his team are really professionals. You can clearly see that Andy is fully involved in the project, has loads of experience and passing by almost every day to make sure all is going according to plan. Aside that, which I think within construction is unique, he never told me no or that’s not possible or no we can’t change the plans. Instead each time I requested a change of plans we easily found solutions to make it happen. So Promas thinks in your benefit, not in theirs. Finally and probably most important is that Promas finish the project completely, instead of running to the next project and leaving with some loose ends. So if you are looking for a construction company I can assure you that you won’t regret choosing for Promas. Thanks again Andy and the team!

Where do I begin!!! Andy, Nona and all their Team are some of the best professionals on the Coast. We purchased a Villa which needed renovation work, so I contacted a few companies through a quick Google Search, and WOW am I glad that ProMas was one of them. From the beginning they were so professional, taking notes and really listening to what we wanted to achieve, they drew plans and designs and mood boards before even commencing. We ended up double the renovation project as we felt we had the best people at hand, so they have created the most amazing home for us. The standard of finish and quality is incredible, the continuous feedback and check-ins were great and MOST importantly, they stand over their work, even to this day if we have any minor snags (Which is to be expected), they come and sort it – I don’t know many companies that would bother coming back after you’ve paid them no matter what the issue. Overall, Andy and Nona made our dreams a reality and created a WOW Villa, they maintained the Andalusian charm on the outside, and created a modern masterpiece on the inside. It doesn’t end there, they even offer other professionals such as Landscapers etc to really give a full service. I would highly recommend!!!
