Dr Panno is very easy to talk to, his experience and qualifications are evident in every thing he does. The team who deal with the bookings also super friendly and helpful. At no point did I have a question that had not already been answered as well as very handy information instructions and post surgery shampoo spray and creme kindly provided. To accomplish so much in one day with so many years of benefit for how a person feels is a blessing and I’m very grateful. The time dedicated to aftercare and ongoing support is also exceptional. I had been thinking about getting a hair transplant for many years and was researching multiple options. Through word of mouth I heard about Dr.Pannos clinic in Marbella and decided to go for it. It was a great decision and I couldn’t be happier with the results after 8 months. The process itself was seamless and Dr.Panno was there at every step. The aftercare was also great and the clinic is always very responsive to make sure you have a smooth and tailored experience. If you’re debating with what clinic to choose from- highly recommend you contact Dr.Panno.

After many years of researching hair transplants all over the world, I had mine done with Dr Panno and his team yesterday. Unlike other clinics, Dr Panno is actively involved at every stage (although nurses/technicians perform alot of the work too, with excellent precision and patience). Dr Panno was waiting for me personally at the clinic when I arrived and took me through all of the admission forms. The procedure itself was long (approx 11 hours for me) but I was always able to take bathroom/water breaks as and when needed. Whilst it is still early days for me, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Panno and his team to anyone considering a hair transplant. His prices are also very affordable.

I have had 2 procedures with Dr Panno and his team. The first one was 6 years ago and I am very happy with the results. The second one was yesterday and so far so good. The team are fantastic. The consultation is informative and you feel very comfortable. The price is also very good. Turkey has become very popular for transplants but for the very affordable price Dr Panno charges I don’t see why you’d waste your money or time going there. His quality is second to none and a great price. The days leading upto the surgery you get regular updates from the team. On the day there’s no messing or waiting around so if you’re a little nervous or unsure then there’s no time to stress or worry. Other than the injections at the start you feel nothing during the surgery. I had a follow up today and both Dr Panno and I are happy with the results. Another follow up in 3 days time. The aftercare is second to none. I highly recommend using this team. You won’t regret it.

Best you can deal with! Surgery took over 12hours, staff took all their time to make the perfect transplant, they were very accommodating and nice, communication is perfect too. I traveled from the United States to Marbella for an FUE hair transplant with Dr. Panno — 2,500 grafts — and I can honestly say he completely exceeded my expectations. This was a big deal for me. Bigger emotionally than I probably expected. I did not choose Dr. Panno just because he was reasonably priced. I chose him because, after doing my research, I believed he was one of the best in Spain — and after going through the whole experience, I honestly feel like he may be one of the best in the world. What stood out immediately is that he is not just experienced; he is an artist. He looked at my face, my age, my hair, and explained that the goal was not just to give me a hairline, but to give me one that would look great and still be age appropriate. That meant a lot to me. I did not want something fake or overdone. I wanted natural, smart, and well-planned. The procedure day was long, but Dr. Panno kept me calm and comfortable the whole time. I had basically no problems with pain or recovery — no real pain, no swelling, no itching, nothing like what I was worried about. It honestly felt like he had the secret sauce. His team was amazing too. Arantxa and the entire staff treated my wife Charlene and me with kindness and patience. They let my Wife Charlene be involved in the process, kept her calm, and made both of us feel like we were in very good hands. The aftercare was also way beyond what I expected. I know some places just send you home after the procedure, but Dr. Panno’s team wanted to see me every day or two, check everything, and even wash my hair. That gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I know the final results take time, but I am already incredibly happy that I chose Dr. Panno. This man is a master at what he does. I would like to share my experience about my second liposuction and BBL with Dr. Aslani. After not being happy with the results of my first surgery elsewhere, I was quite nervous to go through this process again. From the beginning, Abby was incredibly supportive. She always listened to my wishes, answered all my questions (even when I asked the same things out of nerves), and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr Aslani and his team have been exceptional and i’ll save a review for later but, at this time, i want to provide specific feedback about Abi who has been with me from the start of my journey. She has coordinated matters seamlessly and was very responsive to any questions or concerns that i had in the run up to my surgery. Abi has tremendous people skills, a cheerful voice and a smile providing genuine encouragement when needed and unwavering support. It’s been a true pleasure to meet Abi and hope that those of you who decide to “take the plunge” are fortunate enough to have Abi with you every step of the way! I wanted to provide a separate review with respect to lymphatic massages since I believe that this is important for both physical and mental recovery following 360 liposuction and abdominoplasty but unfortunately, I can only edit my initial review. I chose to have the recommended 15 sessions, which have been provided expertly by Peter and Blanca. I was initially worried that this might be painful but not at all – this is truly a gentle massage with pushing movements using palms or fingertips to help the lymphatic system to drain away excess fluid. After having experienced it, I’m convinced that this is a “must” as part of post-operative recovery and hope that this review puts your mind at ease. You will not regret the investment in the services of Peter and Blanca who were a joy to work with and who provided further encouragement through their wonderful “bedside” manner and positive attitude. I’ll also remember fondly the interesting conversations we had!

We’ve been with Dr. Rocio for about three years now and I honestly hardly ever write Google reviews, but she truly deserves one. She is an incredible pediatrician — warm, patient and wonderful with children. She has a very special way of making kids feel safe and calm, even when they are scared. I had a really good experience here at this clinic. The whole atmosphere is calm and the reception team put you at ease from the first contact. I went in without an appointment but was able to see a doctor within just a few minutes who dealt with my wound very carefully over 3 visits. I hope the need doesn’t arise but if it does I would go there again.

Phoned the on call doctor on Saturday evening due to having a allergic reaction to something. Dr jamie answered the phone and after me explaining the symptoms he recommended we meet to diagnose and treat. I drove down to the clinic where he made me fell very comfortable and at ease. New Dr at the practice called Dr Jamie Weber-Macarthney I took my daughter to him this morning. She’s normally extremely difficult with doctors but he was wonderful with her, really mad a fuss of her and made her feel very comfortable. Didn’t do unnecessary checks stressing her out just listened to the issue and checked the related areas. When we left she even said how much she liked him. High praise from a kid who hates going to the doctor. Very happy

I am very happy with our experience at Atlantic Clinic. Our 8 month old daughter was sick so we took her in as an emergency. The receptionists were wonderful, even giving us a private room to change her. Our doctor was excellent. He gave our daughter a full examination even though she just has a runny nose. Out of all the clinics I’ve been to in Spain. This was by far the most hospitable. That two women working the front desk were super nice as was the doctor. I came in as a walk, and there were no spots available, but I told them it was an emergency and they made room for me. The doctor was very very accommodating very easy to talk to you. listen to what you had to say and wasn’t just typing on this computer and when is the front again we’re the ones that made it happen to me. I had a tummy tuck about a month ago with Dr. Kai and I honestly went in with a lot of fear and doubt. I used to have long beautiful slim legs, Till the menopause and gradually they became lumpy and ugly. I hated looking at my fat knees and knees and the backs of my thighs were deformed. I had the dreaded lipedema. Dr Kai did an amazing job. I am 70 years old and obviously I don’t have the legs of a girl, but I can hoestly say he has done a miracle. They look long and slim again, no lumps, well defined and I can wear leggings again instead of outsize trousers. Thank you so much Dr Kai. You are amazing. I can verify this testimony.

The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there’s not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped ‘sink in and hide inside’ armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I’ve had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skilful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they’re also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they’re less concerned about who’s present than about who’s coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment. There is both staircase access and a lift for those less able or inclined make the journey to the 2nd floor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.

I booked an appointment with a specialist over a month in advance. Unfortunately they were out sick and I was only informed 30 minutes in advance. Traffic and parking are not the easiest in this area so I had already arrived in Marbella. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to direct me to their urgent care. I was able to get an emergency prescription refill while waiting for the next available appointment with this specialist in the upcoming weeks/months. Emergency care for expats with private health coverage should be fairly quick and straightforward.

One of the best hospitals in Marbella they are so professional , helpful & caring. It is always busy but clearly because the word around town of how good a hospital it is. I went in for emergency knee surgery and Surgeon could not have been better Doctor Coralles 🙏 thank you. He sent me to their physiotherapy Clinic for two months of incredible treatment by a wonderful woman, Ava 🌟who got me back to normal with her kindness and patience and professionalism. Thank you to all Staff I met in the hospital .

Visited today for sciatica treatment (injection administered), but the receptionist insisted I speak Spanish. The sign clearly stated “international receptionist,” implying English communication should be available. However, about 10 minutes later, another patient arrived and was fully assisted in English. This felt like selective treatment based on appearance, despite all patients paying for the same service.

I’m very pleased with the hospital staff specially with my ophthalmologist Dr. Ramirez and his assistant. My eyes surgeries went very well and I happy with the results. I recommend anyone having any eye problems to come to this hospital.

No Hospitality at all for someone who come here to seek help due to sickness,from the reception to the doctors…though just unlucky so i came twice…diff doc,and SAME

I don’t recommend this hospital. After visiting the ER with kidney and stomach pain, I was told to return anytime the next week for a scan. On Monday, I was turned away because the doctor wasn’t available, and on Wednesday I was refused again because I hadn’t been told to prepare by drinking fluids beforehand. Poor communication and organisation led to two wasted trips. Emergency care might be fine, but for anything else, avoid this hospital.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago at this private hospital. I clearly know the name of the doctor, and this was my first time coming here. Before the appointment, I asked for a confirmation and was told that it was not necessary, that I only needed to note it on my side. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that the doctor is on holiday. No prior notice. No message. No call. Nothing. Despite this, the staff suggested that I may have contacted another center, which is completely incorrect. This appointment was made with your hospital, and the lack of organization is entirely your responsibility. For a private hospital, this situation is frankly shameful. Total waste of time and a very poor first impression. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital.

I had my blood test today with Marta — she’s absolutely adorable. So gentle, and she found my vein on the first try, which is amazing as I’ve always had awful experiences in the past. Also, a big thank you to Dr. Nezha Ouahla. She’s such a lovely doctor. Overall, a very pleasant experience. P.S. if the receptionist lady’s,especially the elderly ones will be more relaxed,empathetic and not grumpy while they asked or give info to the patients ,I think this will have a huge improvement to the clinic 🙌

SCAM!!! I’ve been waiting for over a month for my first trimester screening results — an extremely important test. No one at the clinic seems to care. They took €500, and that’s where their responsibility apparently ended. The doctor was supposed to call me with the results one week after my appointment on February 9th. Today is March 18th, and I still haven’t received anything. Last week, after spending hours complaining to customer support, the doctor finally called me and said there had been some kind of mistake in the lab, and that she would inform me as soon as she got an update. I am still waiting. I have never experienced such a terrible attitude toward patients!!! The worst clinical ever!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the service at Hospital Quirónsalud Marbella. The attitude at the reception is extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Staff seem unwilling to assist or provide any real support. It feels like they simply don’t want to deal with patients’ questions or problems. You can end up waiting for a very long time at the desk while nothing seems to happen, and no one offers any explanation or tries to help. For a private hospital that presents itself as a high-level medical facility, this level of service and attitude is very disappointing.

My experience with the majority of their specialists is positive. It’s usually fast and straight forward once you figure out when you have to go. However, I just went for the first time to the ER and if I was rating only this, I would be giving them no stars at all. Reception staff was welcoming and great but that’s where the good service ends. The waiting area is small, they take almost an hour for the nurse to call you. Then back to the waiting room and wait another hour for a doctor to call you. If I had known this I would had just gone to the public health system. Why to pay to wait so long? Once inside, after telling the doctor than I had been been sick for a month and told him my symptoms, he prescribed me a medication and left without him even touching me. Wait two hours and spend 2 minutes with the doctor….

I gave birth on Wednesday 14/9/22 at Quiron, and I had the most amazing team and care. The matron (midwife) Alex, he was amazing the entire time, made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was a bit worried at first having a man, but he was truly amazing, helped guide me the entire time and helped me not to tear at all. I will be eternally grateful for his help and care. Also Rosa one of the nurses was amazing, she helped me so so much and was amazing when I needed help the most when I was getting an epidural. I will always remember them on the birthing of my beautiful baby girl. All the staff were amazing and took such good care of us for the 3 days we were there. I would definitely recommend the hospital. Thank you so much for everything.

I recently visited this hospital’s emergency department with my partner, and while parts of the experience were genuinely positive, one critical aspect was extremely disappointing. The medical staff — both doctors and nurses — were professional, attentive, and highly supportive throughout our visit. Their level of care and dedication deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception experience. The receptionist we dealt with was notably unhelpful, slow, and displayed a dismissive attitude from the start. When we contacted our insurance provider, she refused to proceed, claiming the document format was “not acceptable,” yet made no effort to clarify what format was required. The insurer explicitly stated they were ready to provide all necessary documentation but needed guidance from the hospital on the exact requirements — something the receptionist seemed unwilling to provide. Tried this facility twice, not impressed after the first course of treatment which I cut short. However, thought I’d give them a second chance. Initial treatment was good and effective, but the commitment seamed to diminish rapidly as the sessions progressed, to the point I saw little benefit in a 5min massage followed with 20min of TENS! So I again cancelled my remaining session that were booked. As for the booking itself, the system is atrocious, with only 2 clients in front of me, both wishing to make changes to existing bookings, it took over 30min to be seen to. It would be far more efficient if clients were given an online access to select their appointments, as with hospitals.

I decided to give this place a try, but after just three sessions, I had to walk away. The service was bare minimum at best, and I felt like my time was completely wasted. I honestly regret choosing this place, especially after reading the reviews. If you’re looking for quality service or real results, I wouldn’t recommend it.

My experience at this clinic has not been good, although it has some very professional workers like Cindy or Edilson, the management at the reception is not that good, starting with the receptionist Sara who is not very empathetic; for any inquiry or change, she always shows a negative attitude before trying to help, but this can be offset by Ana who is the complete opposite, a kind, attentive, and empathetic girl. Still, the organization of this clinic has many shortcomings when it comes to scheduling appointments or giving priority to people who have been there for months; in my case, I have been there for more than two months and when I told them I had to continue, they told me there was no space at that moment, I cannot understand that after the time I have spent there they leave me out without availability and put me on a waiting list, which can take almost a month and they haven’t even called me. I strongly do not recommend this hospital. The service is extremely disappointing. They almost never answer the phone, WhatsApp messages are ignored, and the reception staff are not helpful at all when you need assistance. I booked an appointment, traveled all the way to the hospital, and when I arrived, I was told there was no appointment under my name. It was a complete waste of my time. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I have tried several times to contact the hospital regarding an urgent matter, and every single time I have been transferred from one department to another with nobody answering or taking responsibility. Considering how expensive this hospital is, this level of service is completely unacceptable. When it comes to healthcare, patients deserve professionalism, proper communication, and reliable customer service. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I’ve had a very positive experience at HC Marbella, mainly through endocrinology and pulmonology consultations related to sleep, weight, and general health. In endocrinology, the care was excellent. I felt listened to and properly guided from the beginning. The doctor ordered comprehensive blood tests, reviewed important markers such as cortisol, and explained clearly what I could do to lose weight and improve my overall situation. He also supported me with treatment options and medication where appropriate. The approach felt serious, practical, and very professional. In pulmonology, my experience was also positive. The specialist reviewed my case carefully and helped clarify important questions around sleep and breathing. I especially appreciated that he did not simply assume a previous diagnosis was correct, but instead looked at whether sleep apnea was really the main issue. Overall, I felt that the doctors genuinely tried to help, with clear explanations and professional care. For a private hospital in Marbella, I also found the consultation prices reasonable compared with other private clinics I have used. My overall experience has been very good, and I’m grateful for the care I received.

My experience at this hospital has been positive when it comes to the doctors. The medical care and professionalism have been great. Unfortunately, the experience at the reception areas was very different. On several occasions, there were long waiting times, very limited communication, and a general lack of clarity. For one of my tests, I was not properly guided on how to prepare, and I had to look up the instructions myself to be sure I was doing it correctly. That should not happen. The tone at the reception area downstairs felt distant and, at times, uncomfortable. It is a sensitive moment for most patients, and even small gestures, such as clear explanations or a more welcoming attitude, make a real difference. I believe there is room for improvement, either through better training in patient care or by moving toward more automated systems, similar to what Quirón has implemented. Reducing the need to wait at reception and streamlining administrative steps would greatly improve the overall experience. The medical team reflects a high standard of care. With some attention to the reception experience, the hospital as a whole could match that same level.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Marco Antonio Herrera Ruiz. He is an outstanding professional with truly golden hands. The injection was completely painless — I didn’t feel it at all, which was very important for me, especially because I have anxiety. The wisdom tooth extraction was quick, gentle, and very smooth. The doctor worked at the highest level — you can clearly see his experience, confidence, and care for the patient. I would also like to highlight the service and the speed of the appointment. In Spain, it is usually very difficult to get a quick appointment, especially at an affordable price, but here everything was perfect. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this doctor to everyone.

I came here for the first time over a year ago. Being from the United States where healthcare is at its finest, I found HC Hospital FANTASTIC. Everything from making appointments on WhatsApp which is ridiculously convenient to the doctors who are amazing. Having had to stay four days in the hospital I can attest the food here is AMAZING! I had to come in for a gastroscopy this afternoon, and I just wanted to thank the staff, especially the anaesthesiologist that worked with me. I have a very intense fear of needles and I was a bit of a mess, but everything went very smoothly and quickly, from sedation to recovery. Thank you so much for your care and patience. Unfortunately, with the state I was in, I now can’t recall the name of the professional who worked with me, but I just wanted to leave this here regardless, because I’m really grateful. If I ever have to undergo any sedated procedures here again, I’ll definitely feel way more at ease.

The standard of treatment I have received at HC Hospital has been absolutely excellent. From Dr Nuño at my initial assessment, followed by the daily sessions with Jorge, Julia and Fran in the radiotherapy team, the personal attention and care I have received throughout has been of the highest level. Spent 5 nights at this zoo. Only one lovely male nurse in the NICU, the rest of them treated me like an animal. Didn’t clean my bedsheets, the food they served was inedible and I even got locked out of my own ward one night. Doctors got my daughter’s gestational age wrong as well as my blood group. I get PTSD thinking about this place.

Today may 11 2026 20 times from 11:50 am to 12:10 i called the secretary keeps hangingup on me, is the rudest worst unprofessional person to ever answer any calls. Only a demon can behave do inhumanely to ask for someone in english. My mother took ill two years ago while on holidays from Ireland and had a 20% chance of living. This hospital saved her life- if she had fallen ill at home in Ireland she would have died on a trolley, so bad is the health system in Ireland. I was very impressed with the hospital and entire set up at this hospital, and will always be very grateful that the illness happened when she happened to be in Spain. (Canteen staff could be a bit friendlier though!!).

The emergency A & E is extremely busy. Expect to wait between 6 to 9 hours. However once my husband was admitted the staff gave/are giving brilliant care. They treat my 81-year-old husband with tremendous due care and respect. He may have to have his foot amputated; at the moment they are trying to treat with IV antibiotics. I initially gave 5 stars. I’ve now downgraded to one star. Seven daylater he had amputation. Some of the auxiliary staff were downright rude! He was moved to same floor, different room. Example, the cleaning staff came in,picked my bag up off the floor and “dumped” it on his bed. My anxiety level hit the roof. Nooooo! I said. Not hygienic, in UK we are told not to sit on bed! Also I hadn’t seen his left leg amputation so wasn’t sure where it was! I used to work in a hospital as a medical secretary. If these people don’t enjoy their job, LEAVE!!! Do us all a favour. Then another one said she didn’t understand me when I asked, “Puede ver un doctor para mi marido” she huffed and puffed and said, “No comprendo.” And walked away. Truly ignorant.he other room had better care! I cannot fault the doctors. They were empathetic and top class. At the end of the day, they are here for him, not the other dim-witted so called carers.

What terrible service. Making you wait for hours and hours in a waiting room with no communication. Some doctors speak a word of English; others simply refuse to. And this for a university hospital, or whatever they dare call themselves. You ask for certain medication to be prescribed… yeah right, I’ll register it on your health card. You get to the pharmacist… guess what? Not on the card.

This is really one of the worst places on earth. This really is one of the worst places on earth. I went here to receive treatment and in the emergency room you expect a wait. You expect serious conditions that are more than yours. But what you do not expect is the constant rude attitudes and behavior of staff. These people are beyond lazy. They have a total disdain for treating foreigners. This definitely is a zoo. I was taken in after some time, diagnosed with pneumonia and placed in an overnight observation tank with ten other patients. They continued rotating them in and out throughout the course of the night. The staff was very loud and playing around most of the night. When I woke to use the restroom my neighbor was using the other half of my IV hanger, so I couldn’t take mine to use the bathroom. When I finally could go, I noticed the guy who was supposed to be observing us, fast asleep at the desk. Then after the night passed, here comes the gargoyle pictured with an attitude and very nasty racist behavior. It said rudely that is you’re in Spain speak Spanish. She was yelling at me to put the foot rest down so she could give me bread and warm milk that she had already given to another patient. When I objected to the food and her treatment and said I could leave and perfect that I was doing so. No matter how overcrowded a place is, or how understaffed a place is this treatment to patients is unprofessional and unproductive. I discharged myself and checked into a private clinic. This other man was clearly screaming for help when I was walking out. I turned back to ask the staff to help him. They said that he was crazy and homeless so he would be alone and treated when they got to him. Looked as if he had puked everywhere
