Was meant to meet the owner but arrived and he had gone out so a friendly Spanish lady tried to help us but my Spanish isn’t great and her English was just as bad, so couldn’t really buy anything due to the language barrier. Bought 1 perfume because we felt bad but that was it.

This store is amazing!! The experience in this store was really fun and I got to try some perfumes that I have been wanting to try for a long time and I picked up (bergamask by orto parisi) and the man who worked there was really nice and polite. Overall this was an amazing experience and I recommend everyone to try this store atleast one time. 👍

She listens, studies your tastes, and always finds exactly what you want, suggesting fragrances you didn’t even know you needed. The two men on staff make you feel completely at home with friendly, genuine conversations. You truly have to free your afternoon if you’re visiting this store cause you’ll never want to leave. The atmosphere is warm, luxurious, and one of a kind. Simply put, this is how fragrance shopping should feel. If you want an experience where staff actually care, guidance is thoughtful, and you leave feeling valued, this is the only fragrance store worth your time in Puerto Banus. And I mean the ONLY one.

I’m living in Spain for a year and was looking to buy another bottle of my favorite perfume. I usually go through a company in the U.S., but wanted to avoid customs fees, etc. So I found Sens Bar online and decided to give them a try. They shipped my order within 24 hours and I received it in only a few days. Everything was perfect and communication of the tracking number and delivery options was great. The store was very clean and offered a wide selection of perfumes of all kinds. Valeria was professional, kind, and highly knowledgeable at all times. She helped us discover new fragrances based on our preferences, making the experience truly enjoyable. We’ve visited many perfume stores, but Valeria gave us by far the best service we’ve ever received. Manal (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was also there — although she was helping other customers at first, she later joined us and provided excellent service as well. Was greeted not very enthusiastically in the shop by what seemed to be a Russian lady the store Manager I believe, and was given basic information on perfumes I was sampling (referred to just as “fresh” or “spicy”). I would’ve preferred to have more information to elevate the experience such as information on perfume notes and the story behind the perfume house. The store itself is luxurious but the service needs to be on par as well. Also no samples were given nor could be made on the spot as seems to be company policy to only give samples when purchasing online, which is disappointing and not up to industry standards. All in all, only made a purchase because the store carried a specific reference I was looking for, but wouldn’t shop there again nor online as I just didn’t feel any added value compared to buying directly from the perfume houses’ websites.
