I had a great experience with this SOLO. The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was spotless and the car was absolutely perfect on pickup. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. I had no issues at all during the rental, and everything went very smoothly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end. DO NOT USE! I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn’t have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems. I hadn’t heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890. They can only discuss this over email as apparently it’s a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area. If the company changes it’s stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Charged €100 for this and apparently some hair which they did not send me evidence of. Even though I paid FULL coverage! Clearly don’t clean between clients as expect you to valet after your use. I’ve seen similar reviews. Pure greed. We used to rent 7-8 times per year through this company but instead of valuing customers they would rather €100 euro 😂 Do not use this company

I recently Rented a Lamborghini Hurricane on a visit to Marbella. I would highly recommend Olymp cars. Communication was excellent. I was greeted upon arrival at the office and the paperwork was filled out promptly and efficiently. Once dropping the car off it was also a very quick and convenient handover. It was my first time driving a hurricane and they are very easy to drive, with the added option of increasing the height of suspension to assist with any slopes or speed bumps. The pure sound from the engine is worth every Penny. A memorable experience. The Deposit was also returned efficiently. I’ll definitely use Olymp cars again on any future visits to Marbella or any areas in Spain they cover. They have a great selection of premium cars/SUVs available that I saw inside there showroom.

I rented a Mini JCW for 2 weeks. The whole experienced from start to finish was great. Straight forward conversations when booking, no hidden fees, easy pick up and drop off, and very responsive on WhatsApp if there are any issues. Had recently got my new car from them .I was slightly not sure as they were not official dealers . It was slightly stressful for change of registration to Spanish plate .However they are most friendly crowds. I meet Manuel ,Isabel and owners. We (two adults) needed a small car in Marbella for 3 days, at short notice. Alicia at Wiki Rent A Car speaks perfect English, and was very friendly and helpful. She arranged an economical 4-door Renault Twingo for us in a matter of minutes. The entire process was uncomplicated and reasonably priced. We chose the Premium insurance option, which was also reasonable price-wise. We will definitely book with Wiki again on future visits to Marbella.

I had a great experience with my rental car and the agent that helped me. They did attempt to upsell to upgrade the car several times and I declined, but other than that no concerns. Be sure to take photos and video of your vehicle.

The one good thing was that the young lady who worked with us spoke good English. The bad is to expect to be upsold HARD both on vehicle selection and on insurance policies. Also fully expect an ending invoice MUCH higher than originally quoted with several undescriptive line items. The head office support was really no help at all either. We will never use Sixt again!

SCAM WARNING! Fraudulent branch. This is a fraudulent Sixt branch. There are numerous deceived customers in the reviews here, and now I have unfortunately become one of them. They scam everyone using the exact same scheme: they hand over a damaged vehicle, intentionally leaving the scratches off the rental agreement. When you return the car, they photograph these exact scratches and send you a bill. They deliberately do not take “before” photos of the car. Instead, an employee just writes by hand on paper that there are no scratches. They then compare actual digital photos taken AFTER the rental with these handwritten notes made BEFORE. If I had read the reviews here earlier, I would have never stepped foot into this office. I am writing this to warn other potential victims of this scam.

Really bad service. Gave us an “electric car” that we had to charge 3 times for a 2h drive. 30min to charge and we payed 20€ each time.make the maths. The car model wasn’t the one we booked and we called for assistance and we got redirected four times to have the key. Also for the “live agent” we never got connected. We got redirected and hung up on 6 times. I don t recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect until I got charged additional 250 euro 7 days after rental for so called additional costs for extension of rental. The price of extension was shown and I accepted it and paid for immediately but then I’m charged again. This is literally stealing money from costumer that wasn’t aware of additional costs. Its sad because I really enjoyed the whole process from the beginning. I guess I will have to choose Enterprise next time

Sixt are scam artist. they gave me a car filled with dents and then when i returned the car the sent me a damage report thankfully i took pictures before i got the car. They also over charged me…

The staff knowingly lent us a car with defects that were not listed in the contract. They knew it was our first time renting a car and they took advantage of it.

Very cool people behind the counter here in Marbella. Sweet and flexible. I only have nice experiences even though my rented BMW broke down last time and there was an issue to get another car for one day. But they paid my taxi to the airport so all in all I think we managed it okay. This time today was great too. The car was nice and only had a few damages on it already but they knew this and mentioned it when the rental started. The only suggestion I have is they should buy and include mobile phone holders as they only cost 10-15 euro so it’s easier to navigate using one’s own phone. I will rent here again as I felt safe and good taken care of.

Zero issues from the get go.. was processed very quickly upon arrival. Got the exact same model car that I booked. ( only problem it was dirty ) the price is super decent and they have great customer service team that extended my booking over the phone. They will always be my choice in Marbella. It just so happened that since December 2022, we often, almost every month, rented a car in Marbesol. I believe that the company has the best price/quality balance. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. We have never had any problems with cars, although we rented a variety of models from different price categories and sizes. I recommend Marbesol with 100% confidence for car rental in Marbella and Malaga.

Absolutely horrible service. Eva, who works there, is extremely unprofessional and rude. The cars are in very poor condition and are often dirty, but that is not even the worst part of the experience. They took my deposit and never returned it, even though I brought the car back with a full tank. Four different employees confirmed that the deposit had been released, but when I contacted my bank, they informed me that while the original hold had indeed been removed, the company charged the full amount again a few days later. On top of that, they charged me an additional €38 for a “deep cleaning” fee. The car was perfectly clean inside when I returned it, and the exterior was in the same condition as when they handed it over to me. In fact, they gave me the car covered in bird droppings, and when I asked whether it could be cleaned, I was told that it wasn’t possible because the cars are parked outside and “it is what it is.” Despite this, they expected me to return the car fully cleaned. This has been, without a doubt, the worst car rental experience I have ever had, and I am still fighting to get my money back.

Absolutely horrible experience, very rude staff, cars dirty and in poor quality. It’s been 3 weeks since I gave back the car in perfect state and full tank and I did not get my deposit yet! I have send them several emails claiming it back as by phone 3 times they lied to me that they have send it back and they are saying that they cannot give me any information due to data protection as they did not add my email to their database. They are asking the primary driver to contact them but I was primary and the only driver and I was robbed. At this stage I will have to take legal actions to get my money back but please if you don’t want to be robbed do not ever rent with this scammers.

We rented a car here in September and had a great experience. The staff member at the desk was very friendly and even upgraded us to a Audi A3, which was much appreciated. We later noticed a slightly damaged tire, but luckily it caused no issues. The only small suggestion is that baby seats could be pre-installed as part of the service. Overall, we’d definitely recommend and would rent here again.

Very smooth experience. I booked a car online, went to the office, picked it up and drove away in 15mins. The ladies were very nice and did a good job. The deposit was refunded within 24hrs. I left the car on another place (Almeria Renfe) and all went smooth there too. Very nice experience, already doing it again!

Worst service ever, worst attitude. Paid 2500, before paying asked question is car okey, no other issues? Yes, car is okay. When they gave me car there was check engine and full dashboard of mistakes. Instantly said to same man that car is not okay, he said 10 minutes and just ignored me 40 minutes till i was necessary to leave. I just left car with the key near their entrance and they tried go threat me with police, that i should take car and leave. 🙂 i said call police, no problem. I will return when i can. So when i returned car was moved by them but they didn’t fix nothing and said me that i have to make another appointment and its okay to return car after their service full of mistakes. Service was issue with the key and they decided themselves change car battery, without my approval before. Germany and lawyers gonna be involved in this scam and unprofessional organization. Think twice to go there.

**Be very careful** with Porsche Puerto Banús Marbella. My experience was extremely poor. I brought in my Taycan for a dashboard warning that was presented to me as a major issue with a repair estimate of nearly €15,000. I was also charged about €500 for diagnostics, yet I was never given a proper written report or even the fault codes. The most shocking part: after I paid the diagnostic fee and took the car back, the warning disappeared and has still not come back after 3 months of driving. That raises serious questions about the accuracy of the diagnosis and the transparency of the service. I would strongly recommend that nobody authorizes repairs here without first getting everything in writing and obtaining a second opinion from another Porsche center in Malaga, or La Campana. For me, this was a very bad experience and I left with zero trust in their service department.

David, a salesperson at this premium car dealership, does a commendable job once you make a purchase. However, their customer service, led by Carmen and the repair team, is utterly non-existent. For a dealership of this caliber, this level of service is unacceptable. If I could give their customer service a 0, I would. When I brought my car in for an inspection, they completely overlooked the need for brake replacement, despite multiple indicators on my car. Do not recommend using them.

Terrible services. The car stayed 2 months and 1 week at Porsche garage without any repair as the garage had “discussions” with the insurance company which visited the garage 3 months ago.Today the garage called me that my car is finally repaired. So, today (09.05.25) after 2 months and 1 week I collected the car and found out that the A/C does not work from the damaged side and there is some problem with the starter. The repair must be completed after more then 2 months staying in the garage. This is just terrible

Today I went to Porsche Marbella. I’m very happy I chose this center. I was helped by JUAN. Got my Warranty extension for my Macan GTS. And also helped me buy some parts from Parts department. Nizar was the person attending me. Thank you very much guys for your awesome professionalism and for the advices. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their Porsche.

I’ve been driving Porsches for 40 years and this dealership is terrible. I’ll never go back. It’s a shame that they’re the only ones in Marbella because everyone is fed up with their disastrous and poor service.

Worst Porsche center ever! Everytime you need service or repair it will take you hours to just book an appointment, hours when you leave the car and hours to pick the car up. Never answers in the phone either. I’m coming from the car business for 22 years and I can not understand how this dealership is not bankrupt with all this poor service and “manana manana” They text me “the car is ready to pick up” and when i came there to pick the car – sorry car is not ready…jisses. If you are interested in to buy a new car – nobody is even says hello and Welcome. Hope somebody buy this dealership and make any thing good out of situation.

I was happy to meet José and am grateful to him for the high level of service, speed, and efficiency in handling everything. I found the car and, without an appointment, was able to see it the same day. An hour later, I made the decision to purchase and asked the team to prepare all the necessary documents and the car for sale. That same day, we signed the papers, completed the payment, and arranged for the car to be delivered to my hotel the next morning. The team not only managed to complete all the paperwork but also prepared the car by changing the oil, replacing the filter, deep cleaning it, and getting it ready for the road. I am very happy with the car. That same day, I took it out on the highway and drove over 500 kilometers. A big thank you to the team for their service and help with the car purchase. I highly recommend stopping by their showroom.

Don’t trust this company!! We rented a mercedes in marbella and made a little scratch and had some other little damage to the tires. When delivering the car the person that worked their told us that this damage will reduce the deposit with 150+150+200. We paid 2k deposit and rented the car another extra day. So total the person told us we would receive 1200,00 in return. The would withdraw the amount the same day and I would receive a confirmation. Unfortunately its now 8 days further and still not received any deposit in return. I sent multiple messages to the whatsapp and every time the same answer ‘I will check with my boss’. This was not the agreement, they would sent us the 1200 in directly. We had trust in the company to sent us the deposit, which obviously we should not have done. Also I call 2 times but they dont answer the phone. So untill today we have not received our 1200! Dont trust this company!

My partner bought a car here, but it’s still on a temporary plate. We later learned from Hacienda Málaga that VAT was never paid. We contacted Ryan Mille, explaining we couldn’t drive the car and offered two fair options: 1. Full refund back to us, or 2. A new car with Spanish plates of equal value. Instead, Ryan kept lying, avoided responsibility, was rude, and even blocked me on WhatsApp. Jose Manuel Cayela ignored calls, messages, and showed zero respect — only cares about money. This company is dishonest, money-driven, and completely unprofessional. Honestly, even one star is too much.

Shady Business – Be Very Careful Dealing with Ryan Mille Marbella was a massive mistake. Not only have they failed to pay what they owe under a signed agreement, but it’s becoming clear they may be using other people’s money to keep their operation running. It feels like they flip cars and fund inventory off the backs of unpaid deals — leaving sellers hanging while they front as a luxury business. Total lack of transparency, zero accountability, and no respect for time or trust. If you’re considering doing business with them, think twice. What looks like a high-end brand might just be smoke and mirrors.

Tried dealing with this place but honestly, the communication is terrible. Calls and messages go unanswered for days, and when you do get a reply, it’s vague and delayed. Not the kind of service you’d expect from a so-called premium dealership. Feels disorganized and far from serious — wouldn’t recommend trusting them with anything important.

A great experience all round ! I traded in my Audi against a Porsche, Jose was great, one week after the deal my new car required a service under warranty and Jose was so kind as to give me another car so I didn’t go without transport. Really really happy. When you work hard for your money it’s a valued experience when spending it feels so good at Ryan Mille.

One of the worst car rental experiences ever at pick up, I rented a car for a week They were understaffed. Had to wait 1.5 hours from my confirmed pickup time. Car wasn’t available and had to wait to receive a car. No excuse to make customers wait 1.5 hours and zero effort to make it up. Car received was very old with 40k kilos and no other cars available to rent even for a fee. The employees were very tired and manager couldn’t care less. Very rude. The pick up experience was much better, very polite and friendly person and quick. You need more of him and change the manager. I received the invoice and couldn’t understand it. All in Spanish. Not appreciated. This is a very bad experience and I don’t recommend this place Shame on enterprise

Avoid at all costs! You get the car in the middle of the street, blocking the traffic with no option to check for damages. Unfriendly and dishonost staff. In the response to this review, I was reffered to Enterprise’s website to file a complaint. I did and… surprise, no answer. Avoid enterprise services. If something goes wrong there will be no one to talk to.

Terrible. Don’t ever use this company. The staff are pleasant but the company policy is dogsh*t. I was an hour late to pickup (my flight was delayed) so was told they allocated my car to someone else – why? I’ve pre-booked and pre-paid. Came back 30 mins later, still no car available. Came back another 30 mins later. And then was told I needed a credit AND debit card which I didn’t have with me. End result, waste of f*cking time asked for my £2500 to be refunded. I hope this corporation gets liquidated.

Stay away from this company. Terrible customer service and liars. I booked everything with there hotline. Then at pickup, Liars and cheats. It’s 2025, and they haven’t even heard of using a bank card over the phone. The last lie was that they don’t accept certain banks, like Revolut. Never again Enterprise.

People, don’t rent cars here. Rented car with 1/4 tank of fuel, brought back also with 1/4, and they charged 65€ for fuel 🙂

Avoid this car hire company!! Had the worst experience, the staff (girls) were very unprofessional and rude. Had to wait 2 hours to get the car because there was a problem with everything (passport, drivers license, credit card). Went all the way back home to get the passport, because a picture wasn’t enough. They didn’t warn beforehand that they need all documents physically, and don’t accept Revolut cards for some reason. In the end they didn’t give us our 200€ deposit back!! Saying that it was “extra” for having a second driver (even though we only did it because they didn’t accept my Revolut card, so I had to use my boyfriend’s card and they forced me to put him as second driver because the name on the credit card should be the same as in the rental contract. ) If I could give zero stars, I would.
