1 year ago I ordered internal doors at a cost of €5,500 today they are still not complete. The architraves are now on the fourth attempt of manufacturing them to an acceptable standard as the last three have been a disaster there are zero quality checks and even less customer service my home has been a mess since your fitter ripped put the old doors to discover all of the new doors we’re damaged. Every single doors scratched marked. We have doors now but still the quality is terrible, you’ve offered nothing in the way of compensation. Truly a disaster every ticket I open you close because you’ve arranged another future date. This is not acceptable. I want financial compensation for the mess you’ve caused. Here we go again another update to this mess. The architraves have been delivered today and they are the wrong size again they are all damaged and the colour does not match the door. One whole year and the order is not complete a house could have been built in this time. The order number is 883014

Whole of the paint section meaning paints , tools are under refurbishment, so instead temporarily relocating to another sectionike construction or finding space , they decided to do lazy way , very typical of Spanish . Manager needs to be sacked and someone with brain put in charge

Got a new kitchen designed by Ana and fitted by the team as well. It looks fantastic and the service from Ana in design, Jose planning the install and the whole install team of kitchen and marble fitters were first class. A brilliant result, really pleased.

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from Leroy Merlin. About a month ago, I purchased a mirrored bathroom cabinet, which was delivered damaged due to improper handling by the delivery team. Since then, I have been waiting for a replacement. I was initially told it would arrive a week ago, and I stayed home all day for the scheduled delivery. By the afternoon, as I was still at home waiting, I contacted you to ask where the delivery was. Only then was I informed by email that it would not be delivered on the day confirmed delivery by Leroy Merlin. After reaching out again a few days later, I still received no proactive update. Now, I have been informed that the delivery has been postponed once more, this time to April 8th (an uncertain date nonetheless), with no clear installation date provided. WE ARE STILL WAITING! Today is 12 April 2026. It is unacceptable that a paid product, delivered damaged through no fault of the customer, has still not been replaced after nearly two months. Even more concerning is the lack of communication, updates are only provided when I actively chase them. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and accountability.

My first visit to this enormous supplier of building materials in the poligono in San Pedro was a treat. Very easy to find. I got there early at opening time 8am, so of course all the builders were there so parking was difficult. Better to get there a little later. First you go to the shop where you order the cement, bricks, metal, wood that you need from the front desk. You pay and then you go over the road ( you can drive your car into the loading area) where very helpful assistants collect what you have ordered and help you load it into your car. It works so smoothly and everyone seems happy and hard working. They also sell silicone and nails etc, all the typical small items normally found any hardware store. Normal prices. Staff are good at knowledge but a bit nonchalant. Selection could be better. Many times there is hard to find parking and there is a lot of traffic.

A little bit dearer than obricomart but you do save the delivery charge from Malaga if you’re down in Estepona or around this area

Really well-stocked store, as usual with plenty of products you might need and lots that maybe you will one day. Quality of product is variable but generally good value. The staff attitude has improved, as demonstrated by an older gentleman at the checkout who called out Hello in a very upbeat way! Good for him.

There is no possibility of return, and if the product is defective, they are reluctant to replace it

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Twice now I’ve been the victim of overcharging – the first time, they double scanned an item; more recently, when the scanned price was more expensive than the ticket on the product and indeed the price label above the products on the rack. The old boy first up attempted to blame his shoppers for changing the price labels around. Even when we went over there and he clearly saw it was 4.75 EUR, he simply said it was wrongly written as the barcodes didn’t tie up. It was 100% his responsibility to communicate prices in a fair and accurate way. Instead, he tried to weasel his way out of things by blaming clients and even when it blatantly shows the price for a ‘tutu’, he refuses to accept responsibility. In fact, he took it upon himself to rip the price labels with 4.75 EUR off the tutu… Not to be trusted. And if you want to go to a Chinese shop, go across the road to the one next to Supercor. They’re also far more pleasant over there. Will never set foot in this place again.

Way overpriced for the quality of merchandise in the store. You can do a lot better at any Dunnes store or Leroy Merlin. Family-owned and not very friendly. Won’t be coming back to this place.

The only shop in marbella that sells swords! (espadas) – you won’t find toy swords anywhere else which saved my Zorro costume!

A huge selection of items of every kind. Check the prices. While some items are good value, others are definitely not. Some cheaply made very poor quality electrical items are on sale at similar prices as are top quality versions in mainstream stores. Having said that of course you need to consider the usefulness of stores like this one when you need something obscure or when the other stores are closed.

China Sol is one of those shops that literally has everything! We went there recently and found really nice dog beds for our dogs—they’re great quality and very affordable.

Terrible terrible terrible! Seem to not care at all and dress came back exact same as I left it and she even cut off part of the headpiece so she could wash but sewed it on terribly making it even worse than it was before. They really do a bad job at cleaning and took 96 euro refusing to even give anything back even though nothing was cleaned! She told me they tried 3 times but Iv spoke with a lot of cleaners and they told me the dress should bid been cleaned to a better standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible! They shrank my Hugo Boss dresses and shirts, doesn’t seem like they know how to read labels before dry cleaning.. I would not recommend them service to anyone.

My curtains were returned torn and they did not tell me. I had to steam press them myself as they were so badly ironed. I was very disappointed with the work.

Honestly, this place is a lifesaver. I completely ruined one of my cashmere long sleeves with pizza oil and thought it was a goner. Brought it here along with my suede shoes, and they got the stain out completely. They really know what they’re doing with delicate stuff. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience. A close friend of mine brought in several expensive items for cleaning, including a high-value sweater, and they were returned damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff were initially unapologetic and did not offer any form of compensation. What made things worse was their attempt to “fix” the issue — they actually cut out the lining of the sweater and claimed it was repaired, which only further ruined the garment. The handling of the situation felt careless and unprofessional. Customer service was very poor throughout the entire process — dismissive, rude, and not at all customer-friendly. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting them with valuable clothing.

I was recommended to 5 star cleaning by someone who appreciates dedication to the profession and perfectionism in getting the best results possible as me (almost no matter what it costs in some occasions). I’m actually renovating my house and have a guest room which was not used the last 10 to 15 years and in the 27 years I own my house only approx. for 2 months in total (by careful guests only). So I was heading to 5 star cleaners and being received by the naturally charming lady boss, giving them first, as a test, a delicate bedcover, never cleaned in 27 years, with the age typical dust and insect but almost no wear spots. I asked to clean it so carefully as possible and not to wash it (hot) as an other dry cleaner ruined the curtains of an other room and returned them 10 cm shorter with much lighter colours. Of course they confirmed not to do so, slightly shoked how I could even mention it. A week or so later, I picked them up and could‘t trust my eyes, they were really nearly as new, not shorter, nor longer, no colour fading. At home I compared this bedcover with an other one of the same room and was again completely surprised, the cleaned ones looked like several weeks old, but not 27 years. The second piece I gave them was the bedhead, and again the same perfect result! So it was time for the show down, two curtains of the same room, but with very intensive dust marks on the upper part and very visible water marks of a former leckage on the lower part. No one (!) including me and the 5 star team would have thought that these 27 year old curtains could be cleaned only with a little success. 5 star did it (4!!! times) for 1 price and my curtains were as perfect as the bedcover and bedhead – absolutely unbelievable. I really give them the 7 star rating (from the Burj Al Arab hotel) for dry cleaners (and this not only for the perfection of results, but for the maximum possible natural friendliness of the entire team and greatest price!). Of course they are not cheap, but what would you expect for perfection? A Cucinelli pullover for 100 €, a dior dress for 200 €? It‘ll be fake. I really regret not to have much more to clean right now with 5 (7) star cleaners but will bring all our delicate things from now on from Germany to them. I love your dedication and perfection! If only a handful people would work as you, world would be a better place N.B. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the curtains and bedhead before.

This Lavomatic, located at a Repsol in Marbella, Spain. On our visit all the machines were working, machines, folding tables and seating were VERY clean and place was well kept. Front Loading 8 & 14kg Washers and Dryers. Parking was no problem, Repsol Station was also clean an well lighted! You must buy tokens from Repsol Cashier: ~€7 to Wash (Detergent is included🍻), €3 to Dry! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

You have to go to a different building every time you pay, which is inconvenient and the people are not kind. The restroom is locked, and you have to ask for the key at the place where you pay it is not comfy. The place has machines but some doesn’t work and they were not clean. Was not plasent expirience.

Ask for washing machine and dryer tokens at the Repsol gas station right next to the laundromat. It‘s 8€ for a small 8kg machine plus dryer. Clean and well maintained place.

To be honest, the laundry is just average; I don’t recommend it, and the service from some of the gas station staff is mediocre; they get annoyed when you ask for something from the laundry, such as some of the washers that are already in average condition and don’t work well or have constant issues. It’s a shame. If you are looking for a laundry where you won’t waste time, this is not it!
