Very happy with the work I had done at this garage. The owner is very helpful and explained everything about how they were repairing my car which I really appreciated. As I wanted to wait while my car was being fixed it was great that they have a lounge with free coffee, sofa, tv and even phone chargers! I requested a couple of quotes from them in the store. They said that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I called them, after they did not get back to me, a few times over a couple of weeks. They never had the quotes ready. I finally stopped calling and bought the items elsewhere. They never followed up with the quotes. It was just a waste of my time, even though I was trying to do business with a local shop.

They were absolutely amazing. I had an issue with the thermostats in my home not working as the precious installer never completed the job correctly. Thermosur visited the day after I called them and found the issue and resolved it in just a few hours. He was up front about his pricing before he even arrived and finished in a timely manner. He even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was working the way I wanted.

Highly recommend! I had no AC and no hot water, and after 4 different companies told me I needed to replace the whole system, I contacted Thermosur. Since my system is quite new, this didn’t make sense to me. Thermosur guys spent over 3 hours checking, cleaning, and testing everything. They found and fixed the actual issue, and no replacement was needed. Professional and very helpful. 10/10

Years ago, Massimo solved an AC problem the original supplier had given up on fixing. He did it in a very professional manner and at a very reasonable price. Then he successfully renewed our zoned ventilation system. Of course, Thermosur is and stays our trusted go-to vendor and service provider in HVAC matters.

Thermosur help us install a zoned air conditioning system in our apartments. We are very happy with both the service and the result. We would recommend and contract Thermosur again.

Excellent work. We had two projects. One project involved a new installation: two outdoor units and three indoor units. The other project involved replacing an existing integrated air conditioning system, including opening and closing the ceiling. Reliable and punctual. Fair prices. Friendly and competent staff.

Excellent company. As a British expat with a second home in Spain it was great to find a company who can communicate in English. From start to finish the whole team at Climanova have been exceptional. They removed 2 x gas boilers and a hot water cylinder and replaced with a heat pump unit that meets our needs perfectly. No fuss, no hassle, just efficient and professional delivery. They also serviced 4 x a/c units. Highly recommended without question.

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour by the company employees as well as owner. Climanova was hired though our construction company to provide newly build villa with Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Since the installation was commissioned the problems arrised. For the last two years it unable to sort out an issue with a duct unit which was installed without air intake. See video attached of the noise in the bedroom and a voice message from Climanova after two years of not be able to sort the problem out, no documentation has been provided to register the system with Daikin service and eventually after no maintenance at all a pump in copressor broke in March 2023 and as of today July 2023 still not working. After such expirience I can only recommend to contact another company. A formal complaint to Daikin has been submitted and the company now is under investigation.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company. Climanova was hirred through our construction company to install VRV + with heat recovery, 8 duct units and underfloor heating in 10 rooms. Unfortunately after installation was commissioned the problems start to arrise. An indoor unit was installed without an air intake in a bedroom. As of today two intake grills instead of one were installed. A new bedroom ceiling was broken to open a hole in a wall inside and yet the aircon works like a broken hoover and Climanova is continuing to throw promisse to fix it without any give date. No warranty or documents were provided to register the units with Daikin and its service programm. Due to the missing documentation the annual maintenance was not provided and after two years in March 2023 the compressor pump broke because of the rust the system which is fully protected by two industrial water filters and a water softener. Only in May 2023 a technician from Daikin came to identify the issue and confirmed that a new pump will be required to be installed in the compressor. Today is 23rd July 2023 and we are still waiting for the pump to arrive and to be installed. Outdoor unit was installed to closed to the building and as confirmed later against the manufacturer instructions. Climanova was kindly asked to move at our charge the outdoor unit into a soundproofing enclouser but after two years of promises did absolutely nothing. You can see on the photo how far is the outdoor unit from the soundproofing enclouser. We had no choice but to submit official complaint to Daikin Espana which is now under investigation. The company runs by two people who don’t have anytime or value for their clients. See below latest WhatsApp communication with someone who doesn’t care and thinks he can call to his client and leave threatening voice messages but afraid and see the client in person who can put him back in his place by any means necessary. Usual arrogance came to place with mañana, mañana included and complete unwillingness to do anything or provide services in proffesional matter. Unfortunately instead of having one company to complete one big project in a newly built villa we have no choice but to appoint another one.

Ricki was professional from start to finish. An urgent need for a reliable electrician to our villa and he initially provided some advice via WhatsApp before clearly explaining all outcomes and possible issues. He was transparent through the whole process and came immediately when asked on a Sunday! A true gent who was fast, efficient and made the whole process stress free. Thank you Ricki!

I contacted Electrick regarding a power outage in my flat in central Estepona, which occurred at 22:00 on a weekday evening. Ricki answered my call and immediately got into his car. Within minutes, he was on site and quickly identified the fault as being in the building’s electrical panel in the basement. A few minutes later, the issue was resolved and the electricity was working properly again. In addition, he fixed a faulty electrical installation in the flat. Ricki had promised to try to complete the job within an hour, which he did. I am very pleased indeed with Ricki’s workmanship and his professional manner. Top class service. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Rick! He arrived within an hour and fixed our electricity issue straight away. We were otherwise facing an unknown wait time for Endesa to resolve it, as one of the phases wasn’t working. Rick quickly identified that we could safely operate on two phases and that the third wasn’t necessary. Fast, knowledgeable, and very reliable—would definitely use him again.

Nothing special. Ricki is unresponsive and had to be chased by my real estate agent. Charged EUR 157 for a simple visit by an Electrician who didn’t make any repairs, just checkup. You can definitely find better electricians out there.

We’ve used Tecnoclima for ten years and think they are the best in Estapona for keeping all plant equipment, air conditioning and electrical equipment serviced and working well. Their communications are quick and pricing is fair. Overall the standard of work high.

Living in Spain now for many years had a different maintenance company which I left due to the lack of communication and always failing to turn up when it counted. I recently moved to tecnoclima after they resolved a difficult problem in which many could not resolve. Therefore I decided to have them for maintenance and can assure you they are excellent, they even sent me a technician on a Sunday as I had no hot water due to a fault in the system , there staff are friendly respectful and capable.I can strongly recommend them with no doubt .

1 star. I would not recommend Tecnoclima. I have been chasing them for months to get help with our ACs and a pump. When they finally had done their service visit it took them 7 months (!) to send an offer for a part that we needed replaced. Update: After this review, and a mail to the CEO, Tecnoclima has been in contact to apologize and thank for the feedback. They have assured me that they can and will help me and that the issues in the organisation has been taken care of. Giving them 2 stars because they handled this OK.
