This is a top-notch clinic in terms of treatment quality, equipment, and its caring, friendly atmosphere. Dr. Eduardo Crooke is an outstanding professional, as are his colleagues Raquel and Cynthia, who assisted him during the operation. It was also a pleasure to meet Paco, the driver who took care of my transfer. I came from Scotland for a one-day visit for this operation and am fully satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended!

I have just finished my treatment and I must say: Dr. Javier is an amazing dentist. He worked with such professionalism, care, and genuine attention to my comfort throughout the entire procedure. I’ve been a patient of Crooke Dental Clinic for a year. During that time, I have had substantial dental work completed. The people at Crooke have explained every procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions promptly. The doctors and nurses are very attentive and very professional. I am grateful to Dr. Felix Wucherpfennig and the nurses who helped him provide the excellent treatment I received. The clinic director, Mr. Alfonso Carreno, participated in my case and was very responsive to my needs. The clinic itself is very modern, clean, well maintained, and aesthetic pleasing. I have referred family members to Crooke Dental Clinic, and they have been very happy with the treatment and results.

Started my journey in Dec, all staff amazing, had all my bad teeth removed ,implants in and my temporary teeth .I go back April/may for my finals. Can’t believe how much my overall health has improved since I got my procedure done .I had bad psorasis and its nearly clear. I cant believe how much gum health and bad teeth had been causing so many other problems .My temp teeth are great and no problems. Looking forward to getting my finals. The Clinic has, from its inception, had a commitment to excellence and customer care that is most impressive. The facilities are ultra modern and the staff all give the impression of being happy in their work. Lala and Nelda at reception always greet clients cheerfully and have a smile on their faces. They are super efficient and professional. My dental hygienist on my most recent visit was very thorough but also very concerned that I was comfortable. My dentist, Dr Irene and her assistant were excellent and did a great job with multiple fillings. Again, making me comfortable and pain free was a priority. I know there are many dental clinics in Marbella but the personal service, positivity and professionalism that characterise RnH Clinic make it stand apart. Nelda at the front desk was so welcoming. I got my original reservation so fast, and when I accidentally arrived too early for that reservation, they moved it up so that I could be seen within 30 minutes. Fantastic service, lovely people. I plan to get more work done here. The dental practitioner was also very welcoming which increased the intrinsic value of the service.

Welcoming clinic with friendly stuff and excellent service. Dr. Adrian, the orthodontist is amazing. I did my braces with him years ago & now my daughter is doing treatment with him. Receptionists are always happy & helpful. They send you reminders of appointments. Coffee and water station is nice VIP touch, just wish they would hold lactose free milk in stock! Otherwise, highly recommended.

I had a lots of pain because of my sensible tooths, not because of them, Im happy with the results. Complete time waste of a business. I made an appointment to ask specifically for a hygienist for my son and even though I was told there would be a free consultation the person told me we would see a hygiene dentist same day. When we arrived they told us we had the wrong dentist and we walked around town looking for another Vital Dent. Then we went back and they apologised. Then after consultation we were told no chance of hygienist. “Impossibleeeee”. Two valuable hours of our time wasted and my son out of his learning time. Secretary and receptionist do not understand their jobs. AVOID.

Went for the oral hygiene process and it was a bit too quick and a bit painful even though the previous times I did it before in my home country it didn’t hurt at all…Could be better and more thorough…

I had a problems with the first dentist that tried to fix my teeth, after complaining Ruben attend me and offer me to try with another dentist to fix all the problems that the first one made. Now I am very happy that I accepted and I can HIGHLY recommend Nevena!!!! She is a real professional and gave me the secure and attention that all patients needs when they are going to dentist!! Very poor service, they imposed on me a radiography without doing any screening questions or informed consent. In addition they done poorly 20mins limpieza when I originally booked the appointment for it. I will not come back again.

I came for an emergency as one of my composite bonding fell out and Antonella helped me on the phone and gave me an appointment to be seen same day and she was super helpful and supportive. However, after I found Dental One, I stopped going to other dental clinics because everything here is at the highest level ✨✨ The doctors are highly qualified, kind, and attentive. When I arrived at the clinic, I was unable to chew. I had recently undergone surgery in the Netherlands to remove a wisdom tooth and a cyst. After arriving in Spain, the wound had become infected. X-rays revealed that there was likely a fracture. At the clinic, I received excellent care and was treated with great professionalism. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, performed the necessary scans, and provided proper aftercare. I felt reassured and in good hands throughout the entire process. I booked an appointment with a specialist over a month in advance. Unfortunately they were out sick and I was only informed 30 minutes in advance. Traffic and parking are not the easiest in this area so I had already arrived in Marbella. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to direct me to their urgent care. I was able to get an emergency prescription refill while waiting for the next available appointment with this specialist in the upcoming weeks/months. Emergency care for expats with private health coverage should be fairly quick and straightforward.

One of the best hospitals in Marbella they are so professional , helpful & caring. It is always busy but clearly because the word around town of how good a hospital it is. I went in for emergency knee surgery and Surgeon could not have been better Doctor Coralles 🙏 thank you. He sent me to their physiotherapy Clinic for two months of incredible treatment by a wonderful woman, Ava 🌟who got me back to normal with her kindness and patience and professionalism. Thank you to all Staff I met in the hospital .

Visited today for sciatica treatment (injection administered), but the receptionist insisted I speak Spanish. The sign clearly stated “international receptionist,” implying English communication should be available. However, about 10 minutes later, another patient arrived and was fully assisted in English. This felt like selective treatment based on appearance, despite all patients paying for the same service.

I’m very pleased with the hospital staff specially with my ophthalmologist Dr. Ramirez and his assistant. My eyes surgeries went very well and I happy with the results. I recommend anyone having any eye problems to come to this hospital.

I don’t recommend this hospital. After visiting the ER with kidney and stomach pain, I was told to return anytime the next week for a scan. On Monday, I was turned away because the doctor wasn’t available, and on Wednesday I was refused again because I hadn’t been told to prepare by drinking fluids beforehand. Poor communication and organisation led to two wasted trips. Emergency care might be fine, but for anything else, avoid this hospital.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago at this private hospital. I clearly know the name of the doctor, and this was my first time coming here. Before the appointment, I asked for a confirmation and was told that it was not necessary, that I only needed to note it on my side. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that the doctor is on holiday. No prior notice. No message. No call. Nothing. Despite this, the staff suggested that I may have contacted another center, which is completely incorrect. This appointment was made with your hospital, and the lack of organization is entirely your responsibility. For a private hospital, this situation is frankly shameful. Total waste of time and a very poor first impression. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital.

I had my blood test today with Marta — she’s absolutely adorable. So gentle, and she found my vein on the first try, which is amazing as I’ve always had awful experiences in the past. Also, a big thank you to Dr. Nezha Ouahla. She’s such a lovely doctor. Overall, a very pleasant experience. P.S. if the receptionist lady’s,especially the elderly ones will be more relaxed,empathetic and not grumpy while they asked or give info to the patients ,I think this will have a huge improvement to the clinic 🙌

SCAM!!! I’ve been waiting for over a month for my first trimester screening results — an extremely important test. No one at the clinic seems to care. They took €500, and that’s where their responsibility apparently ended. The doctor was supposed to call me with the results one week after my appointment on February 9th. Today is March 18th, and I still haven’t received anything. Last week, after spending hours complaining to customer support, the doctor finally called me and said there had been some kind of mistake in the lab, and that she would inform me as soon as she got an update. I am still waiting. I have never experienced such a terrible attitude toward patients!!! The worst clinical ever!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the service at Hospital Quirónsalud Marbella. The attitude at the reception is extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Staff seem unwilling to assist or provide any real support. It feels like they simply don’t want to deal with patients’ questions or problems. You can end up waiting for a very long time at the desk while nothing seems to happen, and no one offers any explanation or tries to help. For a private hospital that presents itself as a high-level medical facility, this level of service and attitude is very disappointing.

My experience with the majority of their specialists is positive. It’s usually fast and straight forward once you figure out when you have to go. However, I just went for the first time to the ER and if I was rating only this, I would be giving them no stars at all. Reception staff was welcoming and great but that’s where the good service ends. The waiting area is small, they take almost an hour for the nurse to call you. Then back to the waiting room and wait another hour for a doctor to call you. If I had known this I would had just gone to the public health system. Why to pay to wait so long? Once inside, after telling the doctor than I had been been sick for a month and told him my symptoms, he prescribed me a medication and left without him even touching me. Wait two hours and spend 2 minutes with the doctor….

Went to Quiron salud in marbella to have an ultrasound on 30th March 2026 I was greeted at the radiologist dept by a lovely lady called Louisa She was so helpful and kind We need more of this kind and thoughtful lady working I. I gave birth on Wednesday 14/9/22 at Quiron, and I had the most amazing team and care. The matron (midwife) Alex, he was amazing the entire time, made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was a bit worried at first having a man, but he was truly amazing, helped guide me the entire time and helped me not to tear at all. I will be eternally grateful for his help and care. Also Rosa one of the nurses was amazing, she helped me so so much and was amazing when I needed help the most when I was getting an epidural. I will always remember them on the birthing of my beautiful baby girl. All the staff were amazing and took such good care of us for the 3 days we were there. I would definitely recommend the hospital. Thank you so much for everything.

I recently visited this hospital’s emergency department with my partner, and while parts of the experience were genuinely positive, one critical aspect was extremely disappointing. The medical staff — both doctors and nurses — were professional, attentive, and highly supportive throughout our visit. Their level of care and dedication deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception experience. The receptionist we dealt with was notably unhelpful, slow, and displayed a dismissive attitude from the start. When we contacted our insurance provider, she refused to proceed, claiming the document format was “not acceptable,” yet made no effort to clarify what format was required. The insurer explicitly stated they were ready to provide all necessary documentation but needed guidance from the hospital on the exact requirements — something the receptionist seemed unwilling to provide. Her behavior came across as unnecessarily obstructive and uncooperative. Rather than assisting in resolving a straightforward administrative issue, she appeared to avoid responsibility and shift the burden onto us. Ultimately, we had no choice but to pay out of pocket and handle the insurance reimbursement ourselves. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare setting, especially in an emergency context where patients are already under stress. It significantly undermines an otherwise competent medical team and leaves a lasting negative impression.
