I’m mind boggled to see this place nearly having 5* reviews. I’ve printed 10 t shirts and asked them to be in white. They have even sent me a confirmation email with the model which was black logo on a white t shirt and then when picking up turned out to be black t shirt with white logo. I did not complain much. But then they have printed out 6 miniature logos as per stickers instead of one big one. Even with that I didn’t bother and didn’t want to leave this review either. But then when I’ve tried to stick them up the letters would not stay which was basically the only point in order to advertise my business. Not sure how they are doing so “well”. Perhaps I just got unlucky but I would personally stay away from this “company”, and for sure I will, as I have wasted a lot of money and I can only use 50% of what they have provided.

NOTE: DON’T MAKE A MISTAKE ON THE ORDER! We placed an order of over €1,000 and, to be honest, it arrived in perfect condition and very, very quickly. The problem is that we made a mistake (we take 100% responsibility for this) and ordered an accessory that did not fit our camper. Our surprise and disappointment is that our error will result in us bearing all the shipping costs of the product to Italy (€40) and waiting for the cost of 2 items I was unaware of until now: “restocking” fees and “non-reusable packaging” fees, which I will tell you the amount of shortly. Communication with the seller was spectacular; they kept asking questions until they pinpointed exactly which version of the van and seats we had, since there are a thousand versions. I’m really impressed with Toldos y Persianas. I contacted them by WhatsApp, and although they couldn’t promise to come until next week, they said they would do their best — and they absolutely did. They arrived much sooner than expected, fixed my blind quickly, and even informed me before arrival exactly as promised. That kind of communication and reliability is rare. Having lived here for many years, I can honestly say it’s not easy to find a company so professional, correct, and trustworthy. They even charged me less than the original quote after I sent a picture of the repair, which shows real honesty and fairness. The staff member assisting me appeared rushed, frequently referenced an upcoming meeting, and didn’t present me with all available options — leaving me feeling unwelcome rather than valued. I’d suggest either dedicating proper time to walk-in customers or introducing an appointment-only policy so both parties can be better prepared. ARTE DE LUSSO This is perfection! We have purchased inside and outside screens and blinds for our house and could not be more happy! From you decide, order and mount it goes so smooth. The owner follow up from start to end. When the installation technician with his team arrives they protect the area, vacume under and after, takes their shooes off when entering your home, workes in silence and does a brilliant job! Always on time and should they be delayed they will call (this is something we are not used to here in Marbella). We are impressed!

I contacted Viako about repairing 2 tilt and slide windows for me in Mijas. After a lot of hard work, and 3 visits to the house , they managed to source the hard to find spare parts needed and successfully fixed both windows. I would highly recommend Viako, they were responsive, informative, communicative and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use Viako again, it is not easy to locate professional and knowledgeable people who fix existing windows as well as install new ones.

I ordered two retractable awnings in color 2042 white. What was installed is not the same fabric—it has a noticeable pink tint and a different texture compared to the sample provided. On top of that, the installation was poorly done: the awnings are not aligned, and one has uneven fabric. When I complained, the salesman Antonio came to inspect but dismissed the obvious differences, treated me disrespectfully, and refused to listen. I even showed the comparison with the original sample, which clearly proves the fabric is different. Instead of offering a solution, the company later replied: “According to Antonio Tapia, unfortunately due to the type of issue we cannot help you with the awning. Sorry for the inconvenience.” This is unacceptable customer service—denying responsibility for a documented error and refusing to fix it. I have photographic evidence of the difference in the fabric and the poor installation. I do not recommend Tapia Toldos.

I ordered them to make a retractable pergola. Everything was fine until the pergola stopped working properly. It jams and can’t be fully extended. I reported this problem a few months ago, but Mr. David and his technicians left me with this problem. They only came once and covered the guides with electrical tape (!!!) I came to Rodrisol twice and asked for help, but it was ignored. My WhatsApp messages are also unanswered. I feel cheated in front of Mr. David and Rodrisol.

We know this company very well. They are very charming, but be aware that they will not DELIVER! Our project never finished with them, and we placed the order for our windows somewhere else, even though we paid 80% . Avoid working with this person. horrible service and never finishing projects

This company’s owner is Elvis, and he is the most unreliable person you can work with. He gives discounts for you to pay upfront, but never shows up. We had a project with him, and he still has not delivered after 30 months. Please don’t fall into his trap of reasonable prices. He is very charming, but be sure he never meets any deadlines

They are window shop in Marbella and like everyone else we fall into his trap of discounts. He keeps delaying the project, not by one or two months… but years! We are looking to pursue him in court and are glad to see so many people have the same issue with him. Hopefully we can make him accountable legally. In the meantime please be careful and dont loose your money to them.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this whole experience with Elvis left me angry and disappointed. I trusted him with a project that meant a lot to me, and after taking the payment, he basically vanished. No updates, no work delivered — just empty promises. What’s really wierd is how all the good reviews appeared around the same time. It doesn’t feel real at all. I even found out later that a few of them were written by people close to him. I’ve since spoken to others who were scammed too, and it’s scary how similar our stories are. Please don’t make the same mistake I did — you’ll just loose your money and your peace of mind. He comes off friendly and helpful, but it’s all an act.

Avoid this scam artist that is apparently the only representative of Schuco windows in Marbella. He will provide you with discounts to get the money from you as much as he can but never meets the deadlines. We even got a delay letter from him (See Attached) which he promises to finish all of the house by end of July 2024 and with each week delay he will pay us 1000 euros delay fee. To this date today he has still not finished our house and still fails to meet deadlines. AVOID working with this person because you will loose time,money and peace.

I contracted Elvis from Can Tintore more than 18 months ago and I have had so many installation dates that have all been broken with multiple excuses and I now have to find a lawyer with teeth to close him down as he is beyond a thief, I think this is a ponzi scheme to get money in to be able to install previous clients windows because he spent other clients money but not on their projects. He needs to be stopped, so if anyone want to start a class action against him then I’m in.

My client had a project signed for Schuco windows with Can Tintore and their project kept getting delayed due to excuses made by the supplier. Their delay is not one month or two it is MONTHS. since the windows are very important matter for the construction to go on my client ended up paying so much additional fees of workers extra storage cost of furniture’s and extra rent. AVOID this scammer because the law will not be on your side if you dont.
