We had an outstanding experience with Ideal Furniture in Marbella, who provided a full interior design and product sourcing service for our apartment in Spain. From the very beginning, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. We were free to browse their impressive three-storey showroom and see all the furniture/accessories in person, which made a huge difference and really set them apart from other interior companies in Marbella. Prices were clearly displayed on every item, so we always knew when we were approaching the top end of our budget. We spent time with Nesh and Noelia selecting wall coverings and fabric samples for headboards and sofas. They invited us back to finalise and tweek the designs once the proposals were complete, using the IT software so we could see them evolve in real time, which made the whole process both collaborative and enjoyable. When the furniture arrived, the quality was superb. The installation team, seamstress and cleaner were all deployed and could not have done a better job. What really stood out was that in our absence they staged the apartment with accessories and left everything in place so we could live with it and decide what we wanted to keep. Unsurprisingly, we ended up keeping everything! Thank you so much for your time, patience and expertise. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the final result.

Marissa was the key contact At every point she accommodated our requests and was happy to change the designs a million times to get it absolutely perfect. She put a lot of time and effort into our designs and we really appreciate the final result. Kök is a family style business, friendly, trustful and genuine, they greet you with a smile. They offer quality products which aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for. We went with Santos which I guess is a mid-upper tier Spanish brand. Would I use them again? We decided to place an order for our new kitchen with Kvik. We found Yolanda to be so attentive to our needs, measurements materials, appliances, all fitted perfectly. There were no slip ups. I have just had my new kitchen installed, and I am extremely satisfied with how everything has been handled from start to finish. Thanks to Antonio and Miriam, I managed to have the entire kitchen installed while I was in Sweden. They maintained excellent communication with the builder who demolished the old kitchen and handled the electrical and plumbing work. Nothing was left to chance, and when Kvik’s installers arrived to set up the kitchen, they seamlessly coordinated the final plumbing and electrical details with the builder. As someone who is very detail-oriented, I found nothing to critique when I arrived in Spain and saw the final product. There was a small dent on the front of the kitchen hood that I brought up with Antonio, but he promptly assured me that it would be replaced when I return at the end of March. I can only recommend Kvik Marbella wholeheartedly. A quick update, the kitchen hood was replaced as promised by Antonio.

I absolutely recommend Kvik. Our kitchen is beautiful. The customer service was just incredible. Every single person involved in putting the kitchen together from the planning to finish were both professional and so friendly. The few times I had requests to fix some details, they never asked questions. They didn’t leave until we were happy. The fact that some pieces took somewhat long time to get was that they had to be ordered from the factory to fit our kitchen. That was not a problem for me and not the fault of Kvik’s.🙂

I have bought several items from Pedro Pena over the years but when i recently asked them for some after sales advice , they have completely ignored me and i emailed them three times without any acknowledgement at all. Its all about invoices and nothing about service . Awful company. I would rather use Ambience in Marbella next time. Much better customer service !!

Sally and her team completed a full design and installation service for our four bed villa that was under construction in Puerto Banus. Put hi range xey kitchen like 10 years ago, little use, by a senior couple , no every day. some laminated panels are wide open, gas hinge not working , some drawers bearings stacked, rusty drawer iron structures under the sink, when not spill has scurred. Asked for a re fit budget , as understand that warranty is expired and had a 1000 € budget. Xey kitchens looks nice , but do not have que quality expected and after sales service has ridiculous price on my experience. Personal attention has been good

I contacted this company because the construction company that sold me the house told me that I could request replacement material from them. Once I picked up the order for the tiles for both the kitchen and the bathroom, they were a different color. It wasn’t just that it was the same material but a different batch; it was a completely different color. And the company did not take responsibility for the incorrect material, as they told me that was the material used in my house by the construction company.
