Put hi range xey kitchen like 10 years ago, little use, by a senior couple , no every day. some laminated panels are wide open, gas hinge not working , some drawers bearings stacked, rusty drawer iron structures under the sink, when not spill has scurred. Asked for a re fit budget , as understand that warranty is expired and had a 1000 € budget. Xey kitchens looks nice , but do not have que quality expected and after sales service has ridiculous price on my experience. Personal attention has been good

I contacted this company because the construction company that sold me the house told me that I could request replacement material from them. Once I picked up the order for the tiles for both the kitchen and the bathroom, they were a different color. It wasn't just that it was the same material but a different batch; it was a completely different color. And the company did not take responsibility for the incorrect material, as they told me that was the material used in my house by the construction company. I have had to throw away several hundred euros because that is what I did with the material that is useless to me, since I tried to change a couple of tiles in the bathroom and the kitchen and, either I am left with a completely aesthetically disastrous mess, or I have to retile the entire kitchen and bathroom.Contacté con esta empresa porque la constructora que me vendió La vivienda me dijo que ahí se podría pedir el material de repuesto. Una vez recogido el pedido realizado las baldosas tanto de la cocina como del baño, son de otro color. No es que haya sido el mismo material pero distinto lote, sino que era otro color totalmente distinto. Y la empresa no se hizo cargo del material erróneo, puesto que ellos me dijeron que ese era el material utilizado en mi vivienda por la empresa constructora. He tenido que tirar varios cientos de euros a la basura porque eso es lo que he hecho con el material que no me sirve para nada, ya que intenté cambiar un par de azulejos en el baño y en la cocina y, o me quedo con el pegote totalmente desastroso estéticamente, o tengo que alicatar de nuevo toda la cocina y el baño.Translated commentShow original
