We had one of the penthouse rooms which was great and would recommend it to everyone. We also were all inclusive the food in the buffet restaurant was great and the snack bar was fab too.We wven had massages that where brilliant and the beach club was super we went there twice. Infact we enjoyed it that much we are booked for next year again.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, mainly because of Adriana and the reception manager. I was traveling with my child, and the reception staff refused to let us check in because my daughter’s age in their system was slightly different from the age on her passport. She is a child, and this has never been an issue at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Adriana and the reception manager were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They embarrassed me in front of other guests and forced me to pay an extra €200 per night. When I said I would rather cancel my stay and asked for my money back so I could book another hotel, they refused. I was even told, “If you don’t like it, leave the hotel.” That is one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever heard from hotel staff. As if that wasn’t enough, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the cleanliness was far below the standard expected from this hotel. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Adriana and the reception manager made what should have been a pleasant family trip incredibly stressful and humiliating. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Great hotel, very nice friendly staff, rooms were very spacious and very clean, pool temperature was nice, lunch ( all inclusive) on the patio was very good, pick off the menu, great choices. Nice to have a laugh carte and not have a buffet at lunch. Dinner was good, something for everyone, not the biggest selection but good enough. Staff around the pool were very friendly. Location was ok, 15-20min gentle walk into Puerto Banus. Cocktails poolside were very good, in plastic glasses of course for safety, and decent plastic glasses. Gym small but adequate.

We stayed at Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach for a girls weekend and had a really lovely experience.||The location was ideal for us, as it is close to both Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. the room was quite big so it was really comfortable, and all the staff we met were soo friendly and helpful.||Breakfast was probably our favourite part of the stay. There was a lot to choose from, the fresh avocados were amazing, and we also really appreciated the late breakfast option after going out the night before hehe :)||Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back :))

Having read so many positive reviews before booking our stay at Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach, my expectations were incredibly high. I am thrilled to say that the hotel not only met them but managed to exceed them in every possible way! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the wonderfully kind and attentive staff. The cleanliness throughout the entire property is flawless and deserves a special mention. Another highlight for us was the food, as the quality and variety at both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding. As a delightful bonus, we loved the resident turtles in the enclosure between the rooms, which was such a unique and charming touch! If there is one area where the hotel could improve, it is enforcing restaurant etiquette during dinner. The hotel has a dress code, yet we witnessed guests sitting down for dinner in wet swimwear and flip-flops. Additionally, some guests were loudly watching videos on their phones without headphones, disrupting the lovely ambiance, and the staff unfortunately did not intervene. I highly recommend that the team gently reminds guests to respect the rules and the comfort of others. However, despite this minor issue, it would be unfair to deduct any points because the overall quality, hospitality, and atmosphere are undeniable. This hotel hands down deserves a full 5-star rating and we will definitely be back!

We stayed for 7 nights as a family and, unfortunately, left disappointed. Due to a booking error, we had to amend our reservation on arrival and ended up paying over £5,100 for our stay. While I completely understand paying more for additional guests, I was surprised that this price was for a standard double room rather than a junior suite or a more spacious family room. At this price point, we expected a truly premium experience. Sadly, the service and facilities didn’t reflect the amount we paid. Check-in was stressful, and although our luggage was taken to our room after check-in, there was no assistance from the taxi to reception despite my husband having a broken foot. The pool area and sun loungers were often not as clean as expected, the filtered water stations tasted unpleasant enough that we bought bottled water from the supermarket opposite, and some of the daytime bar staff came across as unfriendly. In contrast, the younger members of staff were excellent, friendly and a real credit to the hotel. As a family, we were also surprised by the lack of activities for children during our stay. Overall, this isn’t a terrible hotel, but it simply didn’t deliver the level of service, comfort or attention to detail that we expected for a holiday costing over £5,100. There are many positives, particularly the younger staff, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the price we paid.

Puerto Banús is, without a doubt, the most famous destination on the Costa del Sol. And there is a very good reason for that. The moment you arrive, you immediately feel the unique atmosphere that surrounds this place. Magnificent yachts, luxury cars, some of the finest restaurants on the coast, and world-renowned boutiques — everything comes together here. Yet despite the glamour, there is no rush or chaos. Instead, Puerto Banús offers a relaxed, elegant, and enjoyable environment. I often feel as if it is permanently Friday in Puerto Banús. People are smiling, enjoying life, meeting friends, and making the most of every moment. I spend a lot of time here myself. Whenever I head to Puerto Banús Beach, which I consider one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, I always enjoy walking through the marina and its charming streets. My friends and I also regularly visit the local restaurants, where the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is consistently excellent. For me, Puerto Banús perfectly captures the spirit of the Costa del Sol: sunshine, beauty, comfort, and a genuine enjoyment of life. If you are visiting southern Spain, Puerto Banús is a place that should definitely be on your list.

Puerto Banus is such a great place. The boats are pretty awesome and the free car show when people who are cool drive around in very nice super cars. And also those who try to be cool do the same. Great shops if you are minted and great bars and restaurants which are reasonably priced. Great during the day and better later in the day. People watching is fun too.

What a show of wealth. Too many people starving and homeless in the world and here shows that we have lost sight of supporting eachother. The boats were amazing and the view from the point was great. Puerto Banús is absolutely dazzling — the true Monaco of Spain. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a marina lined with spectacular yachts, elegant boutiques, and world-class restaurants that create an atmosphere of pure glamour. Strolling along the waterfront feels like walking through a movie set, where luxury and Mediterranean charm blend effortlessly. Whether you’re enjoying a sunset cocktail overlooking the harbor or savoring exquisite cuisine at one of the many vibrant restaurants, every moment here is unforgettable. I liked the Puerto Deportivo área of Marbella. There are several bars and restaurants around there. Lots of yatchs and pleasure boats tied up at the docks. You don’t have the white sands of some other islands and areas of Spain but this is the typical sand for this area of the coast.

Sunny, colourful spot. We visited in the beginning of April so we could enjoy most of it almost people free. Not many tourists as the weather was still not very warm, having said that, we managed to get tanned and dipped in the sea 😁 A lot of different cafes and restaurants around. Underground parking is conveniently close to the beach.

I was in the children’s department of Ralph Lauren last night where I bought a yellow Ralph Lauren jumper for my teenage daughter at about 19.10 hours last night. We met a seriously unpleasant woman with shoulder length brown hair. I don’t speak Spanish but this lady was being very unpleasant. At one stage I thought she was going to hit my daughter. We made our purchase with another Spanish lady with blonde hair who was pleasant. Could management please seek out this woman as this behaviour is completely unacceptable and very unusual behaviour for this shop. You need to investigate this further.

Avenida del Mar is a modern pedestrian street that leads to one of the more popular beach spots in Marbella. In the land of overdevelopment, this street sets an example for others that try and fail to be attractive and modern at the same time. There’s a series of sculptures in the middle of the street that are mostly attributed to Dali. Whether they are by or inspired by the artist is a minor debate or a major controversy, depending on who you ask.

Our experience with Bromley Estate has been terrific. We had been searching for the appartment of our dreams in Marbella for a while and had done plenty of visits with other agencies but had not found it. We were a bit desperate. With Alvaro, our agent, it only took one single day to find it. And this was not just by luck. Alvaro had called us 2 days before the visits to better understand our criteria and priorities. This one day of visits has been greatly productive since we identified not one but two appartments that were fully corresponding to our criteria! Alvaro helped us reflect and make the right choice.. He even proposed a second visit to the favorite one at another Time of the day. And it did not end there. We are really thankfull as Alvaro has been very supportive throughout the full process. We are still in contact since he is always happy to help when he can. Broomley Estates Marbella’s headline is ´Real estate with love’: all what I can say is that they keep their promises!

Without doubt the best agent I’ve ever used. Vicki worked with us right from the start of our purchasing journey before we even had a clue what we wanted. She guided us through the local areas and options (including property they didn’t list) until we were comfortable, giving us great advice and insight and never putting us under pressure with the usual agent hard sell tactics. Communication was great throughout. Even on the day we paid our deposit there was no rush and everything was explained in great detail, with agreements drawn up that worked for both seller and buyer equally. Really impressive operation; everyone at Bromley has the same ethos of quality and client care, from Chris the Sales Director, right through to all the support staff. As a bonus, Bromley Estates work with like minded partners and also introduced us to top notch solicitors and finance people. Can’t recommend them enough.

Playa Romana is a beautiful and relaxing beach. The water is clean, clear, and just the right temperature for swimming. The sand is soft and perfect for walking barefoot or building sandcastles with your kids. There are palm trees around that will give you some nice shade when it gets too sunny especially I am an Asian who always find shades 🤪😅. It’s not too crowded, so you can enjoy some quiet time. The beach is also very clean, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. You can find small cafés or restaurant nearby where you can get cold drinks, snacks, or even a full meal. The people are friendly, and the whole place feels peaceful and welcoming. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or just enjoy the sound of the waves, Playa Romana is a great spot. Really nice place for a vacation with the family. We have been there two summers in a row, each time was for a week where we needed quiet times between pools and the beach. Romana Playa does have three different pools in different areas, the three are clean and nice to enjoy. The residence has a direct access to the beach, one of the bests beaches in all Marbella area. There is also a free parking inside, however, sometimes it is full and obliged to park outside which is safe. Holiday perfection|We stayed in a 3 bed townhouse. This has been our most successful holiday over many years. We were so lucky as our house had direct access to one of the shared pools. It was so quiet (end of Aug) that most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. |The cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none.|The flowers and greenery around the pool and indeed the whole holiday village were so beautiful. |We didnt hire a car and instead walked into Puerto Banus (25 mins very safe walk. Most of walk is pleasant but you have to go under a busy underpass briefly). Of course if we wanted to venture further we would have hired a car. But we only wanted sun, pool, sea and restaurants so PB met needs outside of a accommodation. We also ate Brunch and/or lunch many times at both of 2 local restaurants which I would highly recommend 👌 |We were honestly so happy. We are a family of 5 with kids age 14, 12 and 6. |Ticked all our boxes and more.|We will surely be returning!

Very good place and well located. The facilities are excellent and it’s near the beach, city, and supermarket. A great spot that provided us with a wonderful vacation. As a bonus, they allow pets, which made my dog very happy.

We stayed here from 20/07 – 25/07 check in was easy just punch ur booking number into a screen at reception and get your keys and a map that leads you to ur room. ||Apartment was spacious and well air conditioned, pool was very big and a good temperature. ||The complex felt very secure with gates needing a resident key to open. Within the complex there is a mercado which was very convenient, we bought food here everyday. ||The complex is only around 10 minutes from Puerto Banùs. With other amenities within walking distance as well. ||All in all a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Reception management was exceptional. So so helpful from taxi ordering to advise really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. The only negative is the sun lounger with no cushion and the furniture is outdated but overall spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything we needed.

I had an amazing experience at Apartamentos Serinamar, the staff were lovely and helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, and there were beautiful gardens and surroundings! We walked to Puerto Banus which was only about a 20 minute walk away through a beautiful promenade. We decided to come here after seeing Marbella was voted Best Destination in Forbes and our apartment made it all come together giving us a home away from home! I highly recommend!

Hotel Benabola Puerto Banús offers a prime location in Marbella, providing guests with easy access to the marina and local attractions. While the suites can offer spacious accommodations and helpful staff, the overall experience varies depending on the specific room type selected.

Prospective guests should note that soundproofing limitations and aging interior furniture may affect the comfort level. Additionally, certain apartment units lack full hospitality amenities, making it important to verify service inclusions before booking.

The location is amazing, the apartment is spacious. It’s not hotel apartments, it’s just rented apartments.. because: 1- The furniture is old and tired many spots on chairs, tables. 2- no water or any complimentary minibar items (coffee or tea) 3- The beds and pillows are uncomfortable we all had back and neck pain after day 3. 4- The apartment included a kitchen (which was not included in the cleaning of housekeeping and had a note that we need to pay €30 an hour for cleaning the kitchen). 5- The washing machine was broken and doesn’t drain water. 6- No amenities (except cheap samples of Shampoo) considering the value and Marbella over priced (everything) – and top notch location of the apartment! 7- Only roll tissues in toilets provided, no tissue box or kitchen tissue rolls. 8- No house keeping after 7. 9- No in-room dining. If you need to stay in a served place choose the rooms not apartments.

Very noisy location. Impossible to sleep a single night cause of only one reason. No soundproofing. The windows are fine like cigarette paper. So you can hear every people talking in the street like they are in your bed. Then imagine all the drunk people going out as Puerto Banus. A disaster in terms of people. A so nice and luxury place full of awful people. Cars are going very fast in the street of Benabola hotel because there is no bumper. Crazy. And you can add the excavation construction in the street as well. Without changing the windows, this hotel is overpriced for the level of the comfort. Bathroom is out of age.

There was mold in my shower. I informed the receptionist and nothing happened. Only after the third time they sent someone to remove the mold. The person removed the mold a bit but then said that it was not mold but the cement losing it’s white color and turning black… There also was no apology or additional help after the incident. I also tried to speak with the manager but was informed that the manager was not there…

This Hotel in Puerto Banus Marbella offers a fantastic experience. Its rooftop area provides truly breathtaking views. It is conveniently situated right in the center of the popular area. You can enjoy unparalleled views of the harbor from here. It’s a wonderful place to relax and take in the scenery.

Terrible experience. Despite having a prepaid reservation, I was not checked in without any clear explanation. This happened on February 6 at 9:30 PM, and I had to urgently look for another hotel. At the reception, I was told to contact them by email regarding the refund. I did so immediately, but almost three weeks have passed and there has been no response. Complete disregard from the hotel. I consider this treatment of guests unacceptable. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel.

Location Perfect location at the entrance of the marina. Close to restaurants, bars, taxi stops, and beaches. About 20–25 minutes on foot to the main bus station. Despite being central, it is on a quiet street with no noise at night. Facilities Clean and well-kept. The hotel has a small market with basic items and a sky bar with stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Not ideal if you are looking for a party vibe. The only thing missing is a pool, though with the location it may not be necessary. Room Spacious room with an amazing view. The bathroom was also very large. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff Generally good, but sometimes staff did not even greet when entering or leaving the hotel. Prices On the expensive side, but considering the comfort and location, it may be justified.

This hotel is perfect if you want a cheap place to stay in the centre of Marbella. It’s cheap and cheerful, but don’t stay here if you’re looking for 5 star luxury. The room was clean and comfortable and I wasn’t kept awake with noise during the night. The shower worked fine with plenty of hot water. There was a fan in the room which was great. The bed was comfortable and in general all was good. I think the bad reviews are from people who are never happy.

Great service, amazing location, good price too considering we arrived during the festival. Bed very comfy. The shower was slightly broken but that was fine, we didn’t mind. Only main issue was the air con was very poor and did not really work. But overall, enjoyed the stay.

Other than the location which is great, I cannot stress how grim the room was. Dirty bathroom, hairs everywhere In it plus the fact it has two showers physically in the shower – 1 was not plumbed in and was just hanging off the wall, the 2nd was the hand held which you had to hold as no working bracket. Towels not changed at all in our 5 day stay. The pillow was a lump of foam covered solely by a single ply sheet that had rips all the rough it. Room smelt musty. Toilet had a constant drip on it which is annoying as walls paper thin, tap in sink hanging off. Dirt on all the skirting board and generally looked very tired. I complained on first day to the lady who could not have looked any less bothered, I said I wasn’t happy and wanted our money back, she just kept grinning and saying it’s all paid for. (Don’t I know it!) it is cheap yes but unless you really aren’t bothered about hygeine etc stay away!!!

A great place to stay in the most central area in Marbella. The location is perfect and myself and my sister felt very safe here. The hotel itself is great value for money and had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay including a balcony overlooking the windy streets below. Great place would stay again and lovely sun deck on the top floor. Very cool atmosphere with boho theme throughout

Delightful location in the Old Town of Marbella. Really peaceful room with a large terrace and sun loungers. Made so welcome by the owner! Definitely recommended, and I look forward to staying here on my next visit to Marbella.

Frequently asked questions about boat storage facilities in Marbella

How much does it cost to store a boat?

The cost to store a boat varies depending on the type of facility, the size of the vessel, and the specific level of protection required. Prices typically fluctuate based on whether the boat is kept in an open lot, a secure indoor warehouse, or a specialized marina berth. Factors such as proximity to the water and included amenities like electricity or security also influence the final monthly or annual rate.

What are the options for covered boat storage facilities?

Covered boat storage facilities provide protection from the elements, such as intense sun, rain, and salt spray, which helps preserve the hull and interior. These options range from large industrial warehouses and climate-controlled units to specialized boat sheds. When choosing a covered facility, it is important to consider the height clearances for masts and the ease of maneuvering the vessel into the space.
