Home a few days after an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in till we left the staff were fantastic and I mean all the staff. We had one of the penthouse rooms which was great and would recommend it to everyone. We also were all inclusive the food in the buffet restaurant was great and the snack bar was fab too.We wven had massages that where brilliant and the beach club was super we went there twice. Infact we enjoyed it that much we are booked for next year again.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, mainly because of Adriana and the reception manager. I was traveling with my child, and the reception staff refused to let us check in because my daughter’s age in their system was slightly different from the age on her passport. She is a child, and this has never been an issue at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Adriana and the reception manager were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They embarrassed me in front of other guests and forced me to pay an extra €200 per night. When I said I would rather cancel my stay and asked for my money back so I could book another hotel, they refused. I was even told, “If you don’t like it, leave the hotel.” That is one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever heard from hotel staff. As if that wasn’t enough, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the cleanliness was far below the standard expected from this hotel. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Adriana and the reception manager made what should have been a pleasant family trip incredibly stressful and humiliating. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Great hotel, very nice friendly staff, rooms were very spacious and very clean, pool temperature was nice, lunch ( all inclusive) on the patio was very good, pick off the menu, great choices. Nice to have a laugh carte and not have a buffet at lunch. Dinner was good, something for everyone, not the biggest selection but good enough. Staff around the pool were very friendly. Location was ok, 15-20min gentle walk into Puerto Banus. Cocktails poolside were very good, in plastic glasses of course for safety, and decent plastic glasses. Gym small but adequate.

We stayed at Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach for a girls weekend and had a really lovely experience.||The location was ideal for us, as it is close to both Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. the room was quite big so it was really comfortable, and all the staff we met were soo friendly and helpful.||Breakfast was probably our favourite part of the stay. There was a lot to choose from, the fresh avocados were amazing, and we also really appreciated the late breakfast option after going out the night before hehe :)||Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back :))

Having read so many positive reviews before booking our stay at Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach, my expectations were incredibly high. I am thrilled to say that the hotel not only met them but managed to exceed them in every possible way! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the wonderfully kind and attentive staff. The cleanliness throughout the entire property is flawless and deserves a special mention. Another highlight for us was the food, as the quality and variety at both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding. As a delightful bonus, we loved the resident turtles in the enclosure between the rooms, which was such a unique and charming touch! If there is one area where the hotel could improve, it is enforcing restaurant etiquette during dinner. The hotel has a dress code, yet we witnessed guests sitting down for dinner in wet swimwear and flip-flops. Additionally, some guests were loudly watching videos on their phones without headphones, disrupting the lovely ambiance, and the staff unfortunately did not intervene. I highly recommend that the team gently reminds guests to respect the rules and the comfort of others. However, despite this minor issue, it would be unfair to deduct any points because the overall quality, hospitality, and atmosphere are undeniable. This hotel hands down deserves a full 5-star rating and we will definitely be back!

We stayed for 7 nights as a family and, unfortunately, left disappointed. Due to a booking error, we had to amend our reservation on arrival and ended up paying over £5,100 for our stay. While I completely understand paying more for additional guests, I was surprised that this price was for a standard double room rather than a junior suite or a more spacious family room. At this price point, we expected a truly premium experience. Sadly, the service and facilities didn’t reflect the amount we paid. Check-in was stressful, and although our luggage was taken to our room after check-in, there was no assistance from the taxi to reception despite my husband having a broken foot. The pool area and sun loungers were often not as clean as expected, the filtered water stations tasted unpleasant enough that we bought bottled water from the supermarket opposite, and some of the daytime bar staff came across as unfriendly. In contrast, the younger members of staff were excellent, friendly and a real credit to the hotel. As a family, we were also surprised by the lack of activities for children during our stay. Overall, this isn’t a terrible hotel, but it simply didn’t deliver the level of service, comfort or attention to detail that we expected for a holiday costing over £5,100. There are many positives, particularly the younger staff, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the price we paid.

People are smiling, enjoying life, meeting friends, and making the most of every moment. I spend a lot of time here myself. Whenever I head to Puerto Banús Beach, which I consider one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, I always enjoy walking through the marina and its charming streets. My friends and I also regularly visit the local restaurants, where the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is consistently excellent. For me, Puerto Banús perfectly captures the spirit of the Costa del Sol: sunshine, beauty, comfort, and a genuine enjoyment of life. If you are visiting southern Spain, Puerto Banús is a place that should definitely be on your list.

Puerto Banus is such a great place. The boats are pretty awesome and the free car show when people who are cool drive around in very nice super cars. And also those who try to be cool do the same. Great shops if you are minted and great bars and restaurants which are reasonably priced. Great during the day and better later in the day. People watching is fun too.

Loved the experience here! Lots of super cars to see and many boats too. High end stores like Hermes, LV and Ferragamo exist here too. Not far off, you’d see dealerships for super cars like Koenigsegg and Lamborghini.

What a show of wealth. Too many people starving and homeless in the world and here shows that we have lost sight of supporting eachother. The boats were amazing and the view from the point was great. It was just a bit much for me. Checked out the restaurants along the strip and they looked great. Reasonable prices for well presented spots.

Incredible store. Gigantic!!! Fantastic service and selection of everything. We bought clothing, liquor, food, shoes, sampled perfumes and enjoyed the enormous range of products. We even had dinner in an extraordinary restaurant upstairs. Love a great European superstore and this was fantastic.

Very cool Department store. Way better than anything you’d find in other countries. The place also has a very cool tech section. The best place to go for a quick blast of cool air conditioning in the hot area. Often visit just to cool down in the porch……

Good overall experience at El Corte Inglés Puerto Banús. The store is clean, well laid out, and has a solid variety of products from fashion to gourmet food. The gourmet section stands out with quality items and a nice selection. Staff were generally helpful, and everything felt organised and easy to navigate. A reliable spot if you’re in the area and want everything in one place.

The marina is safe from all weather; the car entrance is limited to one per boat as the parking is not so ample. The mooring of the boats is tight; however, they provide electricity and water supply from pillars, also available as laundry and dryer (with coins) as well toilets and showers. The petrol station is open during the day for some hours. The place has 24/7 security

Nice little Port around 15 to 20 min walk from the more known “Puerto Deportivo”. Some nice coffee shops and restaurants in that area.

Very helpful marina staff and very good/clean facilities. A lot quieter than the neighbouring marina. It is best to book in advance as no 10mtr berths were available on my visit (early June) and had to pay for 12mtr, which was OK at €30. Wasn’t able to have shore power as the fitting was in between the two that I carry. It’s a pity that these electric connections can not be standardised. €15 cash deposit required for card for the facilities. A short pleasant walk into the centre of town.

Of the two marinas in Marbella this was our preferred choice and we think we got it right. Quiet, great facilities and inexpensive in sits in the old fishing harbour. The staff were great and very helpful. Lazy line mooring which in a strong westerly can be very tricky as we discovered!

Absolutely fabolous marina where the very wealthy yacht and ship owners berth. The king of Saudi has his ship berthed here. All the top designer shops and jewellers have outlets

Nice range of resteraunts & shops. Shame that they allow traffic along a very narrow road with little room for pedestrians. Means that what could be a relaxing walk looking at boats is replaced with dodging vehicles.

Lovely marina to visit and see some of the most fabulous boats and the many upmarket shops pleanty bars and resturaunts in the area perfect to watch the world go by day or night. Fantastic place to visit.

Forum Marbella is a remarkable new addition to the city’s offerings. It truly serves as a central hub, providing everything one might need. The kitchens in all the establishments are particularly impressive. This venue is a fantastic resource for the community. We are delighted to see such a valuable space become available.

Rude and disgusting valet staff. After I paid and said thank you, the man standing next to the ticket and payment machine didn’t say a word he looked at me and spat next to my car. People should have better manners and show respect to others. This happened on 29 April 2026 at 17:14.

Forum is such a lovely spot. It feels really different from other places. There’s a relaxed, welcoming, friendly vibe you don’t find everywhere. It’s a great place to just hang out, browse and enjoy the calm atmosphere – and of course the amazing food and coffee!

A must visit to any Marbella trip. Shopping mall is well taken care of and very clean. All stores were very taken care of as well as the grounds. The fountain floor within was by far the best part of the day. Highly recommend

Bad staff, when I visited this store a few months ago I wanted to buy my first Hermes product (a bracelet). I hoped that it would be one of many products from Hermes. But when I entered I had to wait 40 minutes. I get that’s it is a luxury store and the like to sell you the image off being busy and exclusive but come on 40 minutes is insane. After that the sales person decided to not look me in the eyes when talking and be quite absent. Not the way you would like to be treated in a luxury store. When I was done with the measurements for my wrists the salesperson told me to hurry up. I haven’t been back at Hermes since and I doubt that I will ever be. I like the brand and the “exclusivity” that comes with it. But I have had way better experiences at other luxury brands. Please Hermes fix this.

There are two Hermès boutiques in Puerto Banús, one large and one smaller store dedicated only to shoes. A quick tip, be careful with the opening hours. We went on Sunday and it was closed, even in the middle of summer. It is only open Monday to Saturday, 12 to 2 pm, then 3 to 7.45 pm, so it is worth planning your visit carefully. When we went back on Monday, there was a short queue outside. Only two assistants work in the shoe boutique, and each of them serves one client at a time, but the system is smooth and we only waited around 15 minutes. Once inside, the service was excellent. The sales assistant who helped us was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. She quickly understood what we were looking for, gave great advice, and made the whole experience effortless. Overall, a very positive Hermès shopping experience in Marbella. With a bit of planning around the schedule, it’s definitely worth the visit.

Disappointing experience at this store. I have asked sales about birkin and he repeated old story with wish list, so I went to other floor to check sneakers and heard him making fun of me out loud repeating my question. Such unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Those sales representative think that they are higher rank of people. You are JUST sales representative!

In many Hermès boutiques, you’re met with a touch of arrogance. Here, not at all. The staff are kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive — a rare and refreshing experience. Even though the boutique is small, the service feels grand in every way.

Had an amazing experience. A lot of exotic shoes which you can never find in the states. Highly recommended visiting during off season (I visited in may). Amazing customer service. *Note quota bag wishlist is closed for now. I was told it’s about two years for birkin or Kelly.

Very recommendable repair Shop. Good diagnose of an unusual issue and fast repair. Not cheap but fair price compared to the incredible amounts the swiss manufacurers ask for. Last not least the shop owner showed a great sense of humor. Nice experience.

I had an old Tag with broken strap and some internal issues. I thought it was unrepairable without spending more than the cost of a new one. It was expertly repaired at a very reasonable price. Excellent service and very friendly. Mike

Dr Watch is great professional. Gilles has repaired for me many watches. Always the service is better, faster and good price vs big manufacturers. And it is such a pleasure to speak with Gilles . Always smiling , witty and knowledgeable. The only place of such a quality in watches I know.

I went to change my Cartier watch and Tissot watch battery. Also, Gilles sold me a concord watch which i really love. I liked the services he provided. I will go back to fix my watches if needed!

Part of a large retail group with 200 branches across Spain, apparently. I had visited the branch in Velez Malaga a few months ago which went very well, and the similarly laid out shop in La Cañada is also very shopper-friendly. They seem to specialise in watches from Calypso, Festina, Lotus & Jaguar (not the cars!) which means huge ranges on display. Particularly good service, I thought.

I bought a pair of gold earrings. After fifteen days of use, one of them broke. Despite having my purchase receipt and the fact that it was a recent purchase, the technical service claimed it had broken due to misuse, and I had to pay €38 for the repair. My daughter wore them for a week, and she has already lost one earring because the clasp was not in proper condition. The worst shopping experience of my life. My daughter has worn the same pair of gold earrings for 12 years, day and night, without any problems, and these ones lasted only 15 days before a break and a loss. My daughter was given a watch on May 22nd, and on the 24th, I noticed that the second hand was loose and not working. I went on the 27th to bring it in to get an identical replacement, and they told me they would have to take it to the technical service to see if it had received a blow, even though the photos show that it has absolutely nothing wrong with it. I filed a complaint form and they replied after 15 days saying that the technical service has not yet looked at my watch, therefore they cannot process my claim… and days later, I am still here waiting for them to tell me something. I find the service to be terrible; it was a Calipso watch for €30. It’s not about the price, it’s about the service they offer.
