My friend took his dogs for vaccinatons yesterday,when i visited them today they were unhappy and full of fleas! I had to take them back myself there today and the vet was “suprised” he didn’t notice it before.got charged another €35 euros for the flea drops after all.not impressed

Terrible service! AVOID! My poodle had operation for a pretentious tumor in the dug, though wen i went to bring her to the surgery even the doctor agreed the so called tumor had gone smaller from size of cherry tomato to lentil. Still they wanted to do the operation?!? After operation the stiches are irretaded, the stiching is horrible, i think even a monkey would have been able to perform better. Absolutely devestaded on the service! Theses people obviously are here only to make money, NOT caring about the animals really. My recommendation is simply to avoid this place, at least for sure from now on I will.

I am 51 years old and have been seeing Dr. Recatero since 2018 and am incredibly impressed by what he can do. He first fixed my unstable knee which had a total ACL tear 20 years prior to the PRP treatment he gave me. Then he successfully treated my osteoarthritic hip, which was causing me a lot of pain and trauma. All my life I have been told that I would need surgery and Dr. Recatero was the only one who actually helped me. Maybe one day I will need surgery, but so far, Dr. Recatero is keeping me young and active. I am now treating my face with my own platelet rich plasma and holding off on botox, which I also thought was the only way to keep the skin looking young. Five stars is not enough for this exceptional Veterinarian team . We have a dog that loves the beach and who managed to swallow a fish hook . A visit here confirmed that she had a hook in her intestine but importantly gave confident advice on how the problem was going to be solved . We are delighted that at the first 24 hour stage of the crucial treatment Maisie ( dog ) managed to pass the hook averting the need for surgery which the team were on standby to perform. Very grateful to Doctor Sabine who has looked so well after my dog Happy as if it was for her own dog . He needed an emergency operation and Sabine did a very good , accurate job there and followed him up every day that week after, even in the weekend! Very reasonable with costs too . The best veterinary care for my pets. The whole staff are very welcoming and considerate and the level of care is exceptional. We brought our cat here having been told that the prognosis was very negative and that she would have to lose her tail, Sabine put together a comprehensive treatment plan and saved our cats tail. The cataract surgery on the first eye 2 days ago was efficiently done and relatively painless. Already the difference between the eyes is noticeable. The new lens is brighter with whiter whites. Assuming the surgery on the other eye goes as well, I would recommend Vistalaser highly.

Coming all the way from Scotland to have my eye lense replacement surgery at Vistalaser was a great experience. Staff and medical staff very professional and friendly. Today, one week on from my operation my eyesight is better than 20/20. Cannot thank Vistalaser enough. John McNulty

I can’t recommend this clinic enough. From the first appointment right through to the day of surgery and to the post op appointments, the staff have been nothing but accommodating and polite. Had an appointment with one of the doctors yesterday here at Vitalaser, it was very insightful. I went to have a test for an operation. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. The doctor was very patient and was very very thorough in the checkup. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The offices are situated in the centre of Marbella, but just out of the main centre very easy to get to there is parking around which was very easy for me to get to the clinic. I would recommend giving them a visit .

I am extremely happy with them, both with Melody at reception, as well as with Ramon and Sergio. All three of them are a delight!! After going through several clinics and having a very bad experience with one in particular, where I had to sacrifice another dog due to a misdiagnosis… I arrived here out of fear, and from the first visit with Ray until today, I have been very happy. He arrived with skin problems and weight loss (he went from 25kg to weighing 19kg), an American Staffordshire, which are large dogs… it shocked me a lot to see him like that. Several diseases were ruled out and they performed blood work. Diagnosis: environmental allergic dermatitis. As of today, with treatment, he is happy and curled up in a ball. 😁Contentísima con ellos, tanto con melody de recepción, como con Ramon y Sergio. Son un encanto los 3!! Después de pasar por varias clínicas y tener muy mala experiencia con una en especial ya que tuve que sacrificar a otro perrito por mal diagnóstico.. They are the best, both in terms of treatment and professionalism. Sergio always helps my dog whenever he can, whose problem they couldn’t find until she arrived at their place. I have had many issues with my puppies, and they have always taken care of them as if they were their own! Melodi is polite, attentive, and empathetic; on several occasions, I have seen people speak to her in a very rude way, and even then, she remained polite and kept a smile on her face. I strongly do not recommend this hospital. The service is extremely disappointing. They almost never answer the phone, WhatsApp messages are ignored, and the reception staff are not helpful at all when you need assistance. I booked an appointment, traveled all the way to the hospital, and when I arrived, I was told there was no appointment under my name. It was a complete waste of my time. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I have tried several times to contact the hospital regarding an urgent matter, and every single time I have been transferred from one department to another with nobody answering or taking responsibility. Considering how expensive this hospital is, this level of service is completely unacceptable. When it comes to healthcare, patients deserve professionalism, proper communication, and reliable customer service. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I’ve had a very positive experience at HC Marbella, mainly through endocrinology and pulmonology consultations related to sleep, weight, and general health. In endocrinology, the care was excellent. I felt listened to and properly guided from the beginning. The doctor ordered comprehensive blood tests, reviewed important markers such as cortisol, and explained clearly what I could do to lose weight and improve my overall situation. He also supported me with treatment options and medication where appropriate. The approach felt serious, practical, and very professional. In pulmonology, my experience was also positive. The specialist reviewed my case carefully and helped clarify important questions around sleep and breathing. I especially appreciated that he did not simply assume a previous diagnosis was correct, but instead looked at whether sleep apnea was really the main issue. Overall, I felt that the doctors genuinely tried to help, with clear explanations and professional care. For a private hospital in Marbella, I also found the consultation prices reasonable compared with other private clinics I have used. My overall experience has been very good, and I’m grateful for the care I received.

My experience at this hospital has been positive when it comes to the doctors. The medical care and professionalism have been great. Unfortunately, the experience at the reception areas was very different. On several occasions, there were long waiting times, very limited communication, and a general lack of clarity. For one of my tests, I was not properly guided on how to prepare, and I had to look up the instructions myself to be sure I was doing it correctly. That should not happen. The tone at the reception area downstairs felt distant and, at times, uncomfortable. It is a sensitive moment for most patients, and even small gestures, such as clear explanations or a more welcoming attitude, make a real difference. I believe there is room for improvement, either through better training in patient care or by moving toward more automated systems, similar to what Quirón has implemented. Reducing the need to wait at reception and streamlining administrative steps would greatly improve the overall experience. The medical team reflects a high standard of care. With some attention to the reception experience, the hospital as a whole could match that same level.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Marco Antonio Herrera Ruiz. He is an outstanding professional with truly golden hands. The injection was completely painless — I didn’t feel it at all, which was very important for me, especially because I have anxiety. The wisdom tooth extraction was quick, gentle, and very smooth. The doctor worked at the highest level — you can clearly see his experience, confidence, and care for the patient. I would also like to highlight the service and the speed of the appointment. In Spain, it is usually very difficult to get a quick appointment, especially at an affordable price, but here everything was perfect. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this doctor to everyone.

I came here for the first time over a year ago. Being from the United States where healthcare is at its finest, I found HC Hospital FANTASTIC. Everything from making appointments on WhatsApp which is ridiculously convenient to the doctors who are amazing. Having had to stay four days in the hospital I can attest the food here is AMAZING! Who is responsible for the five star culinary experience? WOW! Thank you HC for providing such wonderful care and service to your patients!!

I had to come in for a gastroscopy this afternoon, and I just wanted to thank the staff, especially the anaesthesiologist that worked with me. I have a very intense fear of needles and I was a bit of a mess, but everything went very smoothly and quickly, from sedation to recovery. Thank you so much for your care and patience. Unfortunately, with the state I was in, I now can’t recall the name of the professional who worked with me, but I just wanted to leave this here regardless, because I’m really grateful. If I ever have to undergo any sedated procedures here again, I’ll definitely feel way more at ease.

The standard of treatment I have received at HC Hospital has been absolutely excellent. From Dr Nuño at my initial assessment, followed by the daily sessions with Jorge, Julia and Fran in the radiotherapy team, the personal attention and care I have received throughout has been of the highest level. I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months now, the owner Said and his wife are super welcoming, and you can see that they really care about their gym, because it’s what they like and want to do 👍🏽. The gym is divided in 2 main rooms. 1 The famous Hummer Strength machines with lots of racks, including Olympic ones, starting with 15kg/32lbs dumbbells, z bars, etc…, everything you need. 2 you have all the cables, and every machine that you’ll need, and dumbbells from 1kg to 60kg, also with a small room full of bicycles. Then you have a hallway with cardio machines, and two rooms, one with the floor padded for boxing🥊, and the second one to dance or do whatever you want I guess. In the reception you have all sorts of protein bars, supplements and energy/Iso drinks, they’re great, and there’s changing rooms with showers and bathroom’s for both genders, it’s a gym for people who really want to train, if you’re focused on doing it it’s worth every penny, I recommend to everyone I know, and the best thing it’s that theres enough machines and dumbbells for everyone, no more wasted time waiting!!!👌🏽

This is one of those few gyms that has a ton of machines, treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes….etc. The setup is divided into two areas. One with the regular machines and free weights, the other with the more advanced Hammer strength equipment. The place is very clean and well maintained, and the owners are super nice and friendly. The location is just perfect situated in Cristamar, Puerto Banus. Everything is within walking distance. It’s just perfect for my needs . Great job Platinum Fitness.👍👍👍👍👍

Great gym! If you’re looking for a reasonable price and a ton of high end Hammer Strength equipment for real training this gym is totally worth the fees. I was here two weeks for 75€ card included. The kind woman who said hello to me every day extended the membership by one day without fee because my stay in Marbella was that one extra day longer than my membership. This is my gym for future trips to Marbella. Maybe my experience was better since I had no run ins with the crazy bald guy in the 1. Star reviews 🤣👍🏼 Thanks Platinum Fitness.

Good gym. Trained here a few times during our short stay in Marbella. Equipment is very good and a huge selection. It’s €20 a guest pass which seems incredibly expensive and to not have access to a water fountain so you have to buy bottled water is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. But overall a good experience.

Said and his team are super professional and extremely friendly. The training equipment is very high quality and extensive. The spinning instructor is great and also the possibility to train different routes with the virtual trainer from ICG is really good. The whole studio and the changing rooms and showers are very clean. The subscription is certainly not the cheapest in the region, but from the price / performance ratio significantly better than other studios in the region and therefore absolutely recommended. I would not go to any other gym.
