1 year ago I ordered internal doors at a cost of €5,500 today they are still not complete. The architraves are now on the fourth attempt of manufacturing them to an acceptable standard as the last three have been a disaster there are zero quality checks and even less customer service my home has been a mess since your fitter ripped put the old doors to discover all of the new doors we’re damaged. Every single doors scratched marked. We have doors now but still the quality is terrible, you’ve offered nothing in the way of compensation. Truly a disaster every ticket I open you close because you’ve arranged another future date. This is not acceptable. I want financial compensation for the mess you’ve caused. Here we go again another update to this mess. The architraves have been delivered today and they are the wrong size again they are all damaged and the colour does not match the door. One whole year and the order is not complete a house could have been built in this time. The order number is 883014

Whole of the paint section meaning paints , tools are under refurbishment, so instead temporarily relocating to another sectionike construction or finding space , they decided to do lazy way , very typical of Spanish . Manager needs to be sacked and someone with brain put in charge

Got a new kitchen designed by Ana and fitted by the team as well. It looks fantastic and the service from Ana in design, Jose planning the install and the whole install team of kitchen and marble fitters were first class. A brilliant result, really pleased.

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from Leroy Merlin. About a month ago, I purchased a mirrored bathroom cabinet, which was delivered damaged due to improper handling by the delivery team. Since then, I have been waiting for a replacement. I was initially told it would arrive a week ago, and I stayed home all day for the scheduled delivery. By the afternoon, as I was still at home waiting, I contacted you to ask where the delivery was. Only then was I informed by email that it would not be delivered on the day confirmed delivery by Leroy Merlin. After reaching out again a few days later, I still received no proactive update. Now, I have been informed that the delivery has been postponed once more, this time to April 8th (an uncertain date nonetheless), with no clear installation date provided. WE ARE STILL WAITING! Today is 12 April 2026. It is unacceptable that a paid product, delivered damaged through no fault of the customer, has still not been replaced after nearly two months. Even more concerning is the lack of communication, updates are only provided when I actively chase them. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and accountability.

Incredible store. Gigantic!!! Fantastic service and selection of everything. We bought clothing, liquor, food, shoes, sampled perfumes and enjoyed the enormous range of products. We even had dinner in an extraordinary restaurant upstairs. Love a great European superstore and this was fantastic.

Very cool Department store. Way better than anything you’d find in other countries. The place also has a very cool tech section. The best place to go for a quick blast of cool air conditioning in the hot area. Often visit just to cool down in the porch……

I was in the children’s department of Ralph Lauren last night where I bought a yellow Ralph Lauren jumper for my teenage daughter at about 19.10 hours last night. We met a seriously unpleasant woman with shoulder length brown hair. I don’t speak Spanish but this lady was being very unpleasant. At one stage I thought she was going to hit my daughter. We made our purchase with another Spanish lady with blonde hair who was pleasant. Could management please seek out this woman as this behaviour is completely unacceptable and very unusual behaviour for this shop. You need to investigate this further.

Fantastic place to visit, underground car parking available at cost. Plenty of different units to visit from sportswear to wine. Mostly top end prices but all quality items. Food places as well from tapas to pasta. Well worth a visit but be prepared to pay the price

Was ignored for 25 minutes in the champagne bar. Menu brought after 10 minutes but no one came back to take our order. Don’t waste your time here.

Great but you need a little Spanish

Hi, My 2 new scarves are destroyed, each cost 80 euros. I even wrote out all the washes & temperatures. My scarves bright Royal Blue, & Rose Pink, are a shadow of what they were. You ruined them by washing them at 40 degrees. I wrote 30 degrees. Now Ive to buy dye to redye them, theyve lost thair brightness. You even put a white nightdress in after & told me, it went pink! Why did the owner not show you how to use the machines, you were her childminder. Poor show Rapid Laundry I wont go back.

I leave work at 2 in the morning and stop to buy bread (I love the bread you have) and to get diesel when I need it, but it always happens that when one of your workers is there, they never have bread or even start making it. I have to say that it is always, always out of stock, but then they start making it and they have it in 2 minutes. I suppose he has the obligation to have it just like the other workers 🤷. It even makes me angry to get out of the car when he is there because it’s a waste of time. They don’t deserve 5 stars, they deserve double. The kindness and help that the two gas station attendants offered me with a small issue I had with my car was incredible. I was traveling in Marbella and at another low-cost gas station, they charged me but didn’t put any gas in; both attendants helped me and informed me about everything. Also, when checking the tire pressure to start my trip back home, one of them checked and filled them for me. I live in Alicante and I am not used to gas stations being so kind or helping me. I don’t know the names of the guys who were working on October 15th at the Marbella gas station, but I have a great memory of them. I wish there were more people like that and that your great work is recognized.No se merecen 5 estrellas, se merecen el doble. The worst wash I have tried. They say each euro lasts 2 minutes and 10 seconds, lie. The gun has no trigger, once the water starts coming out it cannot be stopped, so you have to manage as best as you can. The pressure is almost non-existent, the car left just as dirty as it entered. Terrible terrible terrible! Seem to not care at all and dress came back exact same as I left it and she even cut off part of the headpiece so she could wash but sewed it on terribly making it even worse than it was before. They really do a bad job at cleaning and took 96 euro refusing to even give anything back even though nothing was cleaned! She told me they tried 3 times but Iv spoke with a lot of cleaners and they told me the dress should bid been cleaned to a better standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible! They shrank my Hugo Boss dresses and shirts, doesn’t seem like they know how to read labels before dry cleaning.. I would not recommend them service to anyone.

My curtains were returned torn and they did not tell me. I had to steam press them myself as they were so badly ironed. I was very disappointed with the work.

Outstanding service and value in the center of Marbella. No need to search anywhere else. Dama in charge of the premesis is kind, trustworthy and gives help and advice. Machines have detergent dispenser built in no need to take or buy your own. Machines are quick and efficient. Results are fantastic.

Really simple to use as a visitor to Marbella. Instructions are provided in English and my clothes are clean again… Smell lovely and look very clean. Detergent is provided within the price which is great when travelling. Grazias!

Signs in English but using the discount card was awkward but easy when a customer explained how to use it. 10.5 Euros to wash and 2 euros to dry sounds a little pricey. But I block away several good restaurants and bars while the clothes dry😃

The lady who works there (Lorena?) was most helpful with my washing and drying. I ended up using a bigger machine for a small load as the smaller machine was occupied, so it cost a little bit more, but no big deal as clothes clean and dry! Thank you

Honestly, this place is a lifesaver. I completely ruined one of my cashmere long sleeves with pizza oil and thought it was a goner. Brought it here along with my suede shoes, and they got the stain out completely. They really know what they’re doing with delicate stuff. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience. A close friend of mine brought in several expensive items for cleaning, including a high-value sweater, and they were returned damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff were initially unapologetic and did not offer any form of compensation. What made things worse was their attempt to “fix” the issue — they actually cut out the lining of the sweater and claimed it was repaired, which only further ruined the garment. The handling of the situation felt careless and unprofessional. Customer service was very poor throughout the entire process — dismissive, rude, and not at all customer-friendly. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting them with valuable clothing.
