I went to the store this week. It was on Thursday at 18:30 h and a lady on a very rude way mentioned that it was already close. However, some ladies were inside trying bags. It was very disrespectful from her. I do not recommend to go.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was outright disrespectful. From the moment you walk in, they look you up and down as if judging whether you’re “worth” their time or what you might have to sell. I was attended by who I believe is the owner—extremely arrogant, cold, and completely lacking any sense of empathy or professionalism. I will absolutely never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from Gina. I have bought previously of her before. I decided to visit her new shop and to congratulate her but instead she was with a friend with champagne and didn’t even say hi or to greet me. I then asked how much the designer bag was in which she looked at me and didn’t respond , I repeated my self multiply times in which she ignored and pretended not to know me . Don’t ever treat your customers like that it’s absolutely disgusting !! So fake , one minute nice to your face and then whispering behind your back. I recommend going to Deja Vu in Marbella ! They are the nicest people ever ! And the experience was wonderful. I will never come back here and buy from her again. This shop is an absolute disgrace and not worth your time !!
