Best sculpture parks in Marbella: find options near you

Visited this park in the morning and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was quiet, relaxing, and a lovely place to sit for a while before the town became busy. Later in the day it gets much livelier, so the morning is definitely the best time to visit if you’re after a bit of tranquillity. It’s quite a small park, so there isn’t a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. The beautiful tiled benches and traditional Spanish design give it a nostalgic feel and make it a pleasant spot to take a break, people-watch, or simply enjoy the surroundings. A lovely little green space in Marbella that’s well worth a short visit if you’re passing by.

The park is a beautiful little oasis when the weather is hot. It’s shady, peaceful and very well maintained, with lovely trees, flowers and traditional tiled benches. A perfect place to cool down and relax for a while before continuing to explore Marbella.

Parque de la Alameda is a lovely little park in the middle of the modern part of the city of Marbella. It’s very leafy and has a traditional looking fountain as well as photogenic benches that are tiled with ceramics.

This park is incredibly charming and so lush! At one end is a water fountain and the other end has a cafe + restaurant. In the middle, off to the side, there’s an entertainment area for children. A little oasis in the heart of Marbella.

The park is a well-maintained green space with walking paths, fountains, and a wide variety of plants. Majestic trees provide shade throughout the area, creating a pleasant environment for a walk or a break. Benches decorated with tiles are placed in different spots, offering comfortable seating. It is a calm and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding….

Very nice and easy walking. Beautiful scenery, you can take a long walk. Many different sort of flowers.

The beach is the best one we have found near Marbella/Estepona. To the West of the stone jetty is clothing optional but there weren’t many nudists around when we visited (stay East of the jetty to avoid altogether). Parking is easy up to about 10:30am but beware the self appointed car park organisers who cause chaos and expect to be tipped for it (just point blank refuse if, like me, you think the local council police should be doing something to stop them)

Very nice beach and dunas area to walk around.

Parking is close by. You can walk by the wooden footbridge. There is an old tower which you can spot at the beginning. Nice descent to the sandy beach. In the sunny days, water is crystal clear. In general, it is a great area for walking.

Beautiful beach. We went on a nice day in October and it was quiet. Parking lot is large and has a guy who directs you to your place and looks after your car for as long as you like for €4.00. The famous boardwalk starts here and has an easy walk, wheel chair accessible, which is the blue route. The red route is making detours to beach entrances and is a little more strenuous. The beach has no chairs but you can bring your own towels or foldable chairs.

Really enjoyed our visit to the Dunas. The scenery was beautiful, the trails were clean and well-marked, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a perfect place to relax and connect with nature.

The sculptures are a great addition to the walk along the seafront. Even if you’re not an art expert, it’s impressive to see Dalí’s works displayed outdoors with the sea in the background. Well worth a stop if you’re exploring Marbella.

I never knew that there are Salvador Dali’s sculptures in Marbella, but I was very glad when we discovered this open air museum. For me, every piece of Dali’s work is thought provoking. What was his intent? What he wanted to tell me? Or maybe he wanted me to just be puzzled? What about you? It was very enjoyable for me and I THANK YOU, MARBELLA!

Truly impressive. It is amazing to see so many sculptures by Salvador Dalí gathered in one place. Walking among them feels special and slightly surreal. Definitely worth a stop.

Very nice place for a short walk and enjoy the sunny wather in the open. Beside lot’s of sculptures, there are the one which really tells the warm story of the boy holding the flowers in front open window. It represents freedom and free speach. Let this world stays free as it is the most important thing if we want better future 🙏🏻

Beautiful place with statues from Salvador Dali

This is a lovely square stretching from the coast to old town, running up the centre is a series of unique sculptures created by Salvador Dali.

Very nice place to walk through, sit and drink or eat something, lovely place to read book. It is full of art and history

Avenida del Mar is a modern pedestrian street that leads to one of the more popular beach spots in Marbella. In the land of overdevelopment, this street sets an example for others that try and fail to be attractive and modern at the same time. There’s a series of sculptures in the middle of the street that are mostly attributed to Dali. Whether they are by or inspired by the artist is a minor debate or a major controversy, depending on who you ask.

Great place to watch the football finals! Should have got there earlier though.

Great Park with great playground. Our 4 and 2 year old sons really enjoyed playing and safe in shade. Toilets right by playground. Walk then around park to see fountains and enjoy the greenery

Beautiful nature in the middle of the city, 2 min walking from the beach and the lighthouse. The nature is simply amazing, several rare trees can be admired and also birds and cats. A good place to rest and meditate.

This is a nice shady park offering a break from the touristy glitz of Marbella. It is located on the site of a plant nursery and some of the older trees date from that time. The park has a playground, a cafe, public toilet and space for concerts and festivals.

We took a short cut through here for the obvious cool shade the trees provided and worth it. Park benches to take a break. Discovered lots of wild living green parrots next to a fountain.

Lovely park hidden in the centre of the city, great Brasilian restaurant in there too

🌳 Nice lake with large beach area. Plenty of shade too. 🏕️ Seems like it is popular with campers. You can drive up to the water and camp. 🎣 Many people also fish on from the shore and from the dam. 🥘 There are picnic tables in the shade. Some tables are under a big tent. 🅿️ There is plenty of parking. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 There a kids playing area. 🏃 There are couple of trails suitable for walking and running.

i wish the place were well taken care of. there were no restrooms but still, it was nice. there’s a small playground and lots of benches, pretty relaxing

Great natural place with water dam and lake with turtles. They are not visible in winter but from April start to show up. Playground for children and paths to climb the mountains.

The name is absolutely fitting, there are indeed turtles! We almost gave up looking for them when it occurred to us they might be avoiding the ducks. And the people, and dogs maybe. Further away from all of this, we saw about 6-7 of them while standing on the the dam – both on the shore and in the water. This was in early October. They would float and chill for a bit, then dive suddenly, reappear after a short while… Really cute to watch!:-) The water itself is not very clear, though.

Cute small lake with some nice trails surrounding the area. Great little spot to bring your dog and explore, and if you sit there quietly, apart from spotting the ducklings, you can spot the turtles popping their heads out of the water and swimming around the lake.

Not a very well maintained lake. Greenish hue water with surrounding mountains. Was expecting a better experience

Very little water there now. Quite nasty to be honest. Alot of dog poop everywhere, hidden under leaves. Alot of loose dogs as well. Not a great spot for toddlers. Saw one turtle.

Amazing concert of my favorite band! Very good venue and the staff.

Great venue marvellous use of the building. The sound system was perfect Chris de Bergh did well shame it was not a full house, my only complaint was the extremly high price for drinks 12 euro for beer was a bit two much otherwise I would have given it Five stars! Also the ticket operator did not give details in English after the tickets were booked on line in England. now all correspondents is coming in Spanish, which is a shame as my friend does not know how to translate it to English

Old bull ring turned into a lovely open air areana. UB40 concert featuring Ali Cambell was amazing.

Much better experience than other places like Starlite(sorry but true). Went to see Elton John Experience. Very well organised, toilets clean. Spacious and gently staff. Well done!!

Venue is stunning 5 star for sure aesthetically brilliant for a concert. Down point is the drinks are outrageously expensive though so have a few drinks before heading inside as it was €14 euros for a beer.

Good small park , good to see greenery near the populated city.

A very nice park in the industrial area of San Pedro de Alcantara. Plenty of installations for kids to play, beautiful nature all around, views of La Concha peak and also tables to have picnic and small celebrations.

Great park, very spacious and big. A lot of places to run and play, spaces for grilling, pool with ducks and 2 playgrounds for the kids.

Very nice, empty, playground was clean. Quite a bit of rubbish on the floor.

Absolutely lovely. A great mix of shaded, sunny areas for kids to play. There is a playground with equipment that works for 2 year olds and 7 year olds – and a cycling path too. Toilets are not great though. Get your own gear and don’t think of changing your babies there.

Beautiful park next to San Pedro Alcantara. There are two different children areas, plenty of space to walk, barbecue grills (that you have to book in advance), a lake with ducks… and sometimes throughout the year parties are arrange to conmemorate local festivities.

This park is a green jewel in Marbella, very close to the mountain. The nature is luxuriant, very well kept and you can also watch several birds around the small pond. There are 2 parks for kids and 1 for workout and also a nice theme restaurant where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. This is the Art of Gardening !

Such a nice surprise, this park. Was looking for paygrounds near Centro Comercial de Cañada, and this was pretty close. I love that it has two separate playgrounds for bigger kids and for toddlers, so the big kids don’t run the little ones over. And there is a cute little “pond” with turtles in it next to the toddler area.

Nice small park with two kids play areas. One more for under 5s. Met the ducks chilling in the shade and the restuarant which looks new was open which looks very big with indoor and outdoor seating. It is a small park so good for about an hour or so. Lots of bins also maybe too many in fact only criticism.

Lovely little local park with rabbits, ducks and pigeons. 2 playgrounds for younger kids too and lots of benches around for adults to sit. Just outside the park, there is a cafeteria too. It was closed on an April evening but possibly opens in the summer.

Lovely, accessible park in Marbella. Some fabulous trees of many varieties that attract a good many birds. Nice, continuous water feature. Children’s play area and cafe complete the scene.

Lovely little local park with 2 children’s play areas, an adult’s exercise area, a lake with ducks. Peaceful. Would be excellent if it had a cafeteria.

The most beautiful and quiet park to explore and relax! Beautiful views of the city and very well kept flowers

It is an epic place to have a walk and admire the beautiful sculptures of Santiago de Santiago. You can also go up towards the Paco Canto sports facilities and go through the trail that passes by several small caves, beautiful greenery and lots of pine trees.

Beautiful park. Although de lower walk way is closed, you can follow it for about 300 meters befpre you have to return. The upper walk way leads to some nice views and 2 work out area’s. The end is a bit weird. We decided to walk back a little bit and go down the stairs of the golfclub HQ. which unfortunally has seen better days.

A relatively well kept but not very leafy ‘park’, used mostly by people tfor it’s underground parking. Certainly not an attraction by any mean. Its two attached grottos are quaint but filthy and reek of (human) urine. Avoid!

Nice place to just sit and relax. Caves are pretty and the square is full of sculptures
