We contacted Futurcret to renovate the kitchen and a bathroom. Carlos managed and worked on the project along with his workers. They did a great job and we are very grateful for the result, which was spectacular. It is worth mentioning the great attention and kindness of all of them. The completion deadlines for the work were exactly as Carlos had proposed. For our new bar/restaurant we used Maria and Leo from Microcemento Marbella Futurcret. We first went to their showroom to see all the different options and colors, they really took the time to explain everything to us, from A to Z. They planned everything very well, they came to look at the property itself several times, to check, in our case, all the walls, edges, corners etc, just to be sure. And during the work Leo came to check as well. Also the workers that put the microcement on were very professional. Marbella dream builders’ expertise and advise made this project flow seamlessly. Indoor space is much more important to us than outdoor or garden, they were able to find us a plot that was smaller, much cheaper but had with a high build allowance, so we could build the house we wanted whilst saving a lot of funds on the land. The architects were great, they took our initial idea and made and made it even better. We couldn’t be happier with the way the house turned out. If you want an easy process and a great house, these are your guys.

I used Marbella Dream Builders to carry out renovations on my new home. The work needed to be carried out before I could move in, so I discussed my requirements in great detail with Fraser and Richard and left them to carry out the work in my absence. I returned to Spain and was pleased to find the work carried out to a very high standard. There were a few small changes to be made and after discussing them, Fraser returned with his team and carried out the changes without any issues. Fraser and Richard were very pleasant to deal with and easy to get along with. Their team of workers were also very polite and helpful. I am very happy with the results of the work carried out by Marbella Dream Builders, they are a professional company who listen to you and follow your instructions to the letter. I’ve had a horrific experience with this company. I trusted them and paid them a fortune to fix a humidity problem in my house. They inspected the house and wrote me a guarantee that their work would fix the issue. A few months later the problem returned. All of a sudden they can no long speak English and they are excepting no responsibility, offered no help and just walked away. I feel they took advantage of me as I’m a foreigner. I’m left with a house I have no idea how to fix and no help. Devastated.

I definitely recommend them! I had some doubts at first because I didn’t have any references for this company and it has been a discovery. They met all my expectations.
