Such a Lovely space. We recently spent 4 nights here celebrating a hen weekend. Carmen was lovely and couldn’t do enough. She provided a beautiful breakfast of pastries, churros and fresh bread which was a lovely surprise. The villa was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. One small piece of advice would be to have all white bedding/towels and individual pillows in bedrooms. Everything was clean and fresh. I would highly recommend a big party like ours to book this villa.

Carmen was amazing gave us instructions on where we were situated, the villa was well Suited for a large group and exceeded all our expectations we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. Pools were great and indoor pool was heated. Can’t recommend a trip here enough See you again next time thanks so much

We visited last week as a group of 25. What a perfect villa for a hen party! Spacious rooms with bathrooms, we used both the indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to beach bars and you can walk into the old town (30 mins). We had the most amazing time thank you Carmen.

Brilliant Villa. Excellent hosts, available 24/7 on WhatsApp for anything we needed. Huge facility, 2 pools, games room, more than enough bedrooms and space for our 16 people on a stag party. Even dropped off a huge breakfast hamper for everyone on our first morning at the villa. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again, thank you.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Swish Marbella completely ruined our family holiday through poor advice, lack of transparency and an unacceptable level of customer service. Apartment W48 is advertised as a luxury apartment, but it falls far below that standard. We fully expected Puerto Banús to be lively; what Swish never disclosed was that both bedrooms are directly above a nightclub operating until 6:00 a.m., while the opposite side of the apartment faces another venue filled with drunk tourists until around 2:00 a.m. There is simply no quiet side of the apartment. Sleeping was impossible. Knowing that we were travelling with two children, a professional agency should never have recommended this property as suitable for family. The concierge service also failed to deliver what was promised. Once full payment had been made, we were left to organise most of our reservations ourselves. We also arrived to find the apartment still being cleaned, and its overall condition was far below what anyone would expect from a luxury . Instead of enjoying our family holiday, we spent our time searching for alternative accommodation because staying in the apartment was simply impossible. What should have been a relaxing holiday became a stressful experience. A luxury agency should protect its clients from experiences like this—not create them.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Villa Playa in Marbella — a beautiful villa with easy, direct access to the beach — but what truly made the stay exceptional was Swish and their incredible team. From the warm reception on arrival, everything was taken care of end to end. The villa was perfectly prepared: kitchen ready, fridge fully stocked, every detail thought of before we even asked. We recently stayed in Villa Tuscany in Nueva Andalucía and had such a great experience with Swish Marbella. From the moment we made the booking, the team was really helpful and easy to deal with. I would genuinely give this property a five-star review. The villa was fabulous, in a stunning location, with a beautiful heated pool in a secluded setting overlooking the mountains and blue skies. The property was spacious enough to accommodate 16 guests comfortably, with ample room for everyone. It was modern, spotless, highly secure, private, and equipped with impressive high-tech facilities. The villa team went above and beyond to make our stay special. They organised airport transfers for us and, at my request, beautifully decorated the property for a 21st birthday celebration. They also provided drinks, snacks, and a specially made cake for the birthday girl. I sent them a picture of the cake design I had in mind, and they were able to replicate it wonderfully. No request was too much trouble, and their service made the whole experience even more memorable. I would not hesitate to return — we absolutely loved it!

Having booked a four week stay at the Golden Beach 4 bed/4 bath apartment in Marbella , we arrived to a delayed (24hours) check in , no hot water and a substantial building development within 20 yards of the entrance to the apartment. I fixed the hot water myself the next day having reported the incident the previous day. A few days later water was pouring down outside due to a development above which the agents acknowledged and explained that this would be a temporary issue however they continue to ignore the issue of the development and that it is not disclosed on theirs or the VRBO website . Frustratingly we are here for another three weeks and alternative accommodation is only going to be available at our own expense.

We had a great stay at Lirios villa 5 – the location was amazing, close to restaurants, bars and activities! Eva was an amazing host and was always on hand to help. The villa easily fit 20 people and we didn’t feel on top of each other once – thanks for an amazing stay!

Fantastic stay over the May bank holiday weekend for a hen party of 19 at Villa 10! Location was perfect. Rooms and villa were better than we ever imagined. Eva had been brilliant the whole way through, excellent meal with the private chef also!

Everyone loved the villa. Pool was larger than expected and very well used by both kids & adults. Our party of 13 found the whole place very spacious. Location is excellent for shops, restaurants & bars and only a short walk to beach/Marina while still providing privacy and peace if required. Rooms were large and well appointed. Great communication throught out from the team. I would highly recommend booking this, we will definitely be coming back.

What a great villa to stay at!! We got a lovely and welcoming reception from a wonderful host. The house was so spacious and great for big families. We were a big group of 35 people and stayed in villa 10 and villa 4. Both villas were absolutely amazing. The villas are clean and top standard, and have an excellent location. Eva is also a great host. She welcomed us personally, she is very friendly and responded very quickly if we were wondering about something. We would love to come back if she lets us!

Simply perfect! The house is beautiful and very spacious, plus it has a perfect pool for taking a dip and even swimming freely. The location is magnificent, with plenty of shops nearby and even leisure sites just a few minutes by car. The beach is also just a few minutes by car. The owner of the Villa was very attentive to ensure we didn’t lack anything and was charming with us. We will definitely repeat! Highly recommended.Simplemente perfecto! We spent a weekend in this wonderful Villa; honestly, it is a dream place, you breathe pure peace and fresh air, with spectacular views of the Concha. It is located 5 minutes from the center of Marbella, a 15-minute walk. The facilities are impressive with all the amenities. Five stars: a truly exceptional villa experience This was my second stay at Villa Monte Elviria, and it was every bit as magical as the first. The house itself is absolutely magnificent: spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The view from the infinity pool is simply breathtaking: a sweeping panorama of untouched hills with not a single house in sight. It’s hard to believe such tranquillity exists so close to Marbella. Inside, the villa is exceptionally well equipped. There’s a cinema room, a pool table, ample bedrooms with luxurious marble bathrooms, and a high-spec kitchen and laundry setup that makes longer stays easy and comfortable. Everything has been thought through. While the location in the hills feels wonderfully private and peaceful, it’s just a short drive to great restaurants, beach clubs, and all that the Marbella area has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We recently stayed 2 weeks in Christian’s villa with 5 adults and 3 children. It’s a great villa with beautiful view, also in great shape. All rooms have AC, there are 4 bathrooms and 5 double bedrooms of which 1 children’s room. It can easily accommodate groups of 8-10 people. The house manager Pepe looks after the place and its guests, is very friendly and very easy to approach for any requests one may have. The Villa is located approx 10 minutes from Elviria village. The way to the villa is quite steep and curvy, hence a car is strongly recommended. Also to explore the area and to go out. It takes approx 10-15 minutes to get to (larger) supermarkets (Carrefour and Mercadona), beach etc. Car can be parked in front of the house. Home delivery of food is also possible. Lastly, a big plus is that the pool has infinity view and is heated. Even though it’s summer, this is especially nice for children. All in all, would definitely recommend to stay here, we had a great time.

We are just back from our second stay at this beautiful villa. With stunning view’s, great access to local amenities, a 15 minute drive to the beach and mountain hikes on the door step Villa Monte Elviria is located perfectly. The villa grounds, including the heated pool, cinema/games room and large kitchen and bedrooms are secure, peaceful and all maintained to a high standard. Any questions or concerns were responded to promptly by the villa manager Pepe.

Christian’s villa is absolutely incredible, with an amazing view and is spotless. He is the perfect host, very generous, very welcoming and provided great recommendations for private chefs, nearby restaurants and things to do. The villa is perfectly located for all activities, only minutes from the beach and from Marbella town centre, and you can definitely not get tired of the view. Pepe, the villa manager, is very welcoming, extremely friendly and takes care of the villa meticulously and without you even being aware! We would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to be back very soon!

Villa Monte Elivira was all we could have hoped for: great location and views to the mountains and the sea, a heated pool allowing for swimming at any time, high interior and exterior standards, and an overall feeling of being in the right place for a family holiday. The home cinema room was a big plus. The owner made it very easy to book and get a confident feeling that it would work out as planned, which it did, also after our stay. Pepe, the villa manager, was a great host, very informative and helpful, who made our stay very enjoyable. We can only recommend this villa as you’ll have a wonderful stay.

My stay at Villa Monte Elviria was a delight from start to finish. The location and view from the house were the first treat upon my arrival. Perched on the heights of Marbella, in quiet, well-preserved area, the view the infinity pool and terraces onto the nearby hills is breath-taking. The house itself is modern, comfortable, decorated with taste and offers all the amenities and facilities that one could wish for their holiday, from the multiple outdoors spaces to enjoy the wonderful Spanish weather and colourful sunsets to the home-cinema or vast kitchen. I also enjoyed long walks in the nearby hills, there are quite a few good hikes available, and along the beaches which are only a 10/15-minute car ride away. The owner of the house was professional and congenial throughout my stay, and I would absolutely recommend Villa Monte Elviria to anyone looking for a spot to enjoy all that Marbella has to offer!

We had the most amazing weekend at Villa Issabella, the villa is absolutely stunning and the perfect place for a big group! It was modern, spotlessly clean and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. The chef preparing us a gorgeous breakfast on arrival really started the trip off in the best way. Absolutely out of this world from start to finish. We came here for a long weekend for my hen party and wow! No pictures can do this villa justice, it’s even better than you could imagine. Absolutely amazing experience! We visited in mid October with a group of 14 ladies for a long weekend and the setup was incredible. We spent most of our time around and in the (heated) pool with gorgeous view towards the coast. The ensuite bathrooms were highly appreciated and def difficult to vind in comparable properties! Hayley in an incredible host – very responsive, extremely helpful with tips and organizational ideas. I highly highly recommend it!

I regret to say that our stay at this villa was nothing short of a nightmare. The property was in an appalling state of cleanliness. The bedsheets were stained with what appeared to be blood and other unspeakable filth. Ants were everywhere, and the kitchen was devoid of usable utensils, with the few provided being filthy. To make matters worse, there were cameras placed in the living room and on the stairs, which felt invasive and uncomfortable. The pool was also in a deplorable condition; despite our multiple requests, it was never cleaned, and the filter was most likely broken with no action taken to fix it. The air conditioning was a mess as well, with no way to adjust the temperature, and again, no effort was made to address the issue. As if these problems weren’t enough, upon our departure, the management tried to withhold our deposit, falsely claiming we had broken furniture when it was already damaged. I strongly advise against staying here. It was a dreadful experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

We had two villas both were clean however lots of ants, and were in need of a little updating. I agree with previous review regarding kitchen & Pool, firstly the kitchen you get a small welcome pack, contains 1 dishwasher tablet & 1 washing machine tablet, cloth and sponge. One villa had a kettle which didn’t work & the other didn’t have one at all, no oven trays, oven dishes or tea towels. We were only there a few days so not much of a problem. ||We bought hand soap & various other items however we had to bin everything as €150 charge it bin not emptied. Didn’t want to risk a charge of anything getting left, so booze coffee jam butter all in bin.||The pool was nice but lots of tiles missing needs attention as dangerous, lots of flies as villa beside the main bins. ||Great views beds comfortable & rooms spacious. Beware of €150 late check in charge & €150 late check out charge. ||Taxi needed if going to Puerto Banus, but you can walk into Marbella old town & beach takes about 30mins.

Absolutely beautiful villa, ideal for a large family or extended family stay, but not really suitable for those with todders or very young children, due to the layout and choice of finishes. The pool is nice, but it is small and not heated. We visited in early May, so maybe it is better when the weather gets hotter in June/July/August. We had some issues with hot water for showers in the upstairs rooms, due to thermostat settings allegedly, which were eventually sorted after a couple of days and calls to the agent. Not great wifi in the building, so you might want to bring your own dongle/mobile hotspot if you plan on watching Netflicks or streaming TV in the evening. Make sure to do a household products shop at the nearby Supermercado, or bring your own necessityies (tea-towel, washing liquid, scouring pad/sponge, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, soap etc.). Driveway at the side of the villa is good, with an electric gate, and there is on-street spots in front of the building for those with multiple cars. The Bus Station is only a short walk away, but I wouldn’t fancy doing it with suitcases, so if using public transport (good links), you might want to finish the arrival journey in a local taxi.

Lovely villa with amazing views. Bedrooms very good sizes, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has the bare essentials, really set up for people who eat out. The agent was very helpful and bought us anything we asked for. He even told the neighbours off when they made too much noise. Easy walk to the beach and the supermarket is really close. Lots of buses near by or taxis only costs €8=10 from the centre of Marbella. A lovely place to spend time with friends or family.

Lovely large villa suitable for a family! Me and my partner had the whole place to ourselves. Any questions I had I was responded to straight away. Would definitely rebook, thank you again for a fantastic holiday 🙂

Beautiful property, very spacious with a nice pool. Large supermarket (shut on a Sunday) 5 minutes walk that sold everything. Bus stop outside that took you down to Marbella Old Town and Beach. Our host Jose was very helpful and on hand if required.

We were a group of seven girls, who stayed here for five nights. We left a €800 deposit and cleaned the villa before we left, however, during our stay we only had 4 sub loungers despite requesting more and found that the garden chairs were broken. On the day of our departure, our host went through the house and straight to the plastic garden chairs, after a very quick inspection he has, what happened to the chairs, I replied they were broken before we got here, he gave a sigh and refunded my deposit. I believe that had our party been younger or left the villa less clean, the host would have tried to charge us for the broken chairs from our deposit. There were other things that we had noticed were broken in the villa, such as lampshades and fridge trays but we did not discuss this with the host, neither did he make this an issue. On the day of our arrival when using the unsuite shower there would be an awful drain stench when we flushed the toilet. The host did send an engineer out to explore this but nothing came of it as the smell left very quickly. In general, the villa is a great size, the property was surface cleaned but definitely needed a deep clean. There were ants on the floor of most bedrooms and we were provided with very small bath towels – one each. There weren’t any tea towels provided and we believe that the toilet rolls left were from the previous people that had stayed as we also left about a rolls of toilet paper. The sheets had a musty smell to them, I’m unsure whether they had been washed or beds had just been made after the previous stay? The villa is a bit dated but the space is great. Altough the villa is situated closely to other villas and apartments there is a heightened sense of privacy with the high fences. We did not use the basement room as there were not 10 of us, but it was very dark and uninviting. The other rooms were fine, but basic. The sofas in the main living room aren’t very comfortable but the dining table was great. There are no trays to cook in the other and very limted kicthen utensils/ pots, but more than enough cutlery. The villa is located less than a 10 minute walk from Mecadona supermarket. It is ideal if you need to buy essentials and make meals. We stayed during low season and between 7 people paid a reasonable price, altough with the same budget we could have stayed in a hotel closer to town and had fresh towels/ sheets and cleaning services. We took a taxi to Peurto Banus daily, which costs between €15 – 20’s depending on the time of day. If you want somewhere basic to stay, that is spacious with no frills, this villa is ideal.
