I brought in a car with steering issues. GuerreroCar acknowledged that there was a problem, took the car in, and had it for several days. After having had the car in for three days, they called me and said the issue was fixed – but it wasn’t. I tried to reach out to them again, but they never got back to me. My impression is that if GuerreroCar encounters an issue they don’t know how to fix, they simply claim it’s resolved and hope you don’t notice. This unprofessional behavior is, in my opinion, a clear indication of their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I’ve never left a review before… (this happened last year or year before) I booked two water sports activities and was told when I got there they didn’t have the inflatable for one of them (why advertise it?) and one due to wind conditions which was fair enough. The one they offered was significantly cheaper than the both I chose. I asked for a refund at the time and said they would, tried contacting multiple times through phone and email and kept trying to contact and never heard anything. I paid €90 and the inflatable we used was €15/20. Complete scam.

We had a fantastic experience renting a boat without a license. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly before we set off. Their short introduction was more than enough to make us feel comfortable and confident operating the boat. The boat was perfect for four people, and driving it was easy, relaxing, and a lot of fun. We booked it for two hours, which turned out to be a great amount of time to enjoy the coastline. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable day on the water. We will definitely come back next time!

We had rented a boat from here for 4 hours, and we were advised when we arrived that the sea was choppy and was due to worsen as the afternoon went on. Having had some experience before driving a boat, I appreciated the notice. They definitely were not wrong – the conditions were really wavy and given the small boat size and HP available, we were getting thrown around a LOT. We decided to call time after 1.5 hours and went back to the marina, and the guys were very fair, and offered without prompt if we wanted to use the jetskis instead, to nullify our expenses we spent on the boat rental. I thought this was very generous and great customer service. Won’t hesitate to come back and rent a boat during slightly calmer conditions, or use their jetskis.

Had the best time with these guys! Had such a blast on the jetskiis with my family, we also rented a yacht with skipper which was a amazing experience. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about doing it.

Would 100% recommend Boat2Go, experience was amazing from start to finish! We hired a SeaRay270 for my sister’s Hen Do and it was honestly one of our favourite activities of the weekend! What made it was Maarten our skipper, he was great! So welcoming, helpful and lovely to speak to.

Had the most amazing time!! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Hired a boat through Luke who was outstanding! Made the whole thing so easy to do and would highly recommend going with these guys if you want to spend a day out at sea 👍

They are to honest and the best, so it was a bad weather and we payed for 2 boats because of the weather we had to go back in 30 minutes they gave us full refund the most honest people, i hope all the best for them it was not ther foult that there is a bad weather’ and yet they chose for giving us back all the money ❤️❤️love guys

They serviced and checked my car for any problems. They are a superb garage in my opinion. The staff are extremely efficient and very pleasant dealing with customers. They even washed the car for me before handing the cars back to me. My go to garage and I live over 100kms away but we’ll both the journey for such professionalism. Thanks guys 😊

Crazy bad service. My Citroen wouldn’t start after stopping at the gas station down the street and I knew from previous experience that all it takes is to delete the fault code which takes like 2 min. So I went over to AC99 and asked if they could help me out as I only stopped in Marbella for gas. First, they said they would not come the gas station which is 2 min away with me because even though they could that’s “not a service they offer”. I offered to pay and got the response “even if you offered to pay 2000 euro, we do not offer the service of walking to the gas station with you”. When we discussed if we should tow the car for deleting the error, they said I would have to wait 10 days for “one of the 25 mechanics” working for AC99 would have time to delete the error code. I was baffled and initially I thought it was a misunderstanding but they actually meant it and the guy at AC99 was just rude and ignorant – crazy. I ended up going to Car Doctor just a a few minutes away from AC99 and they helped me immediately without any fuss. So go there – they are extremely competent and helpful. Avoid AC99 at any cost.

Excellent treatment and really good prices. Ernesto at the main desk will provide you with tge best treatment you have ever had from somebody in the reception. It DOES maje a difference. Honest.

We had an issue with our tyre and they were able to order our specific tyre model by the next day. Julio changed the tyre within 10 minutes and we were quoted a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I am amazed with the speed and price of the process. I highly recommend this garage to anybody with issues with their car.

Appointment on the same day as I called. They ordered 4 new tyres for my car and changed them the same day. Quick, easy and cheap. What more can you ask of? 😊 Thank you.

I went to Dautos car after a friend’s recommendation and couldn’t be happier! They gave me an appointment for the next day, replaced my engine and gearbox mounts for a great price, and had everything done super fast. They’re one of the few trustworthy mechanics around,once they even scanned my car for free when I had a check engine light on. Highly recommend them!

Dautos Car are heros! They came to save us when we got a puncture and were stuck by the side of a busy road in a rental car on our first day on holiday in Marbella and they were about to close and go home. They went out of their way to help us and make us safe. They even brought us ice cold drinks! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Very decent kind people! Thank you guys!

Used these guys 2 years in a row, always great fun, great value for money, captains are lovely, would definitely recommend ONLY thing is to ask the price of the ‘extras’ we booked a donut/sofa once on board without being told the price and it was €250 for an HOUR so make sure you’re aware of this extras

Had a very mixed experience with this company. The boats booked directly from Boating Lovers were as expected and staff was wonderful. We reserved a third boat for surfing with a third party called Hour for Play. The owner drove and its was awful. He was on his phone while driving and unaware at times of the wake and how close he was to the surfer. We had him drive us back early. We shared our experience and asked for a partial refund. Unfortunately Boat Lovers did not take responsibility and asked that I work direct with the third party. For two days I got continual text messages gas lighting and telling me I was a liar. Pretty crazy. I had to eventually block the owner and received zero refund. Not a great experience and would have hoped the Boat Lovers would have stepped in between since I paid and contacted with them directly vs putting me in a situation to have to deal with a pretty volatile owner.

Had a wonderful experience with this company on our Marbella vacation. Our Captain Einar was great, very easy going and personabale and made sure we had an enjoyable experience throughout. Highly recommend!

If I could, I would be giving this service a negative rating. This is the absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered anywhere we have ever lived. 1,200€ for nothing, no official diagnosis, no identification of the source of the problem. They should be ashamed to charge someone for failing to find the cause. Then 1,300€ more just to diagnose (possibly) for a repair job that could cost up to 10,000€ on top of all that, which is absolute rubbish. And after holding the car hostage for several days, when we came to take it home and look for another service, an employee expressed interest in buying the car and later made an offer of 6,500€ for a 2019 AMG A3 Mercedes with 80,000km. This is an absolute joke. So if you have something real that needs fixing, I would strongly advise you to go to another service. Our car finally has a diagnosis and it didn’t require taking apart a hand assembled AMG engine, which these crooks suggested to do.

Do not go here!! They cannot seem to fix an Audi. There was some minor damage and the car has been there for multiple weeks now already. No one is giving information and they keep postponing the pick up.

Left my Citroën for a recall repair and an annual service. When I picked it up the windshield washer was broken. After 2 more visits and 5 days they fixed it but left me with a 170€ bill for replacing a broken fuse (which I didn’t break). Worst experience by far.

5* servicio. New light and front panel needed so they fixed the light so I could get through my MOT and then they fixed the panel. Very polite and accommodating at all times. After our air conditioning failed for the 4th on our 2021 Citroën C3 Aircross. They did a good job of diagnosing and fixing (hopefully) the problem. So far we have spent an amazing 2,800€ trying to fix this problem.

Don’t use we had a small dent on a BMW x5, now they are redoing in 3 times! and wasting my time giving me a tiny replacement car and been without a car total 14 days days as they can’t do the work… Rude and bad service! but most important they don’t actually do the work!

Excellent auto repair station, I came here with a problem with my wheels, they changed my tires, also helped with the drives and I’m waiting for the CV joints to be replaced, recommend them! P.S They also have a comfortable waiting room with air conditioning.

Very happy with the work I had done at this garage. The owner is very helpful and explained everything about how they were repairing my car which I really appreciated. As I wanted to wait while my car was being fixed it was great that they have a lounge with free coffee, sofa, tv and even phone chargers! Good value for money and will definitely go back next time I need something fixing.

Top class experience dealing with these guys! We needed prompt help with a front aero cover that had come loose and was dragging on the ground. We arrived without an appointment and they had the car lifted and the problem solved in no time. They were very hospitable and had a nice waiting room stocked with teas and coffees. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

Superb experience with Nautica Yachts in Marbella. We booked a good month in advance, told them what we were looking at and they shared many options over WhatsApp. Team were very helpful and answered any questions before we booked. Communication before our arrival was good and clear which didn’t cause or add any stress on the day. Someone from the company met us in Puento Banus and walked us to the yacht to where we met our crew Tommy and captain Mirian. Both crew were lovely and spoke very good English. We set off and they touched on some rules and off we went. We stopped opposite La Cabane as we wanted to stop there for a drink which the crew organised for us a table and the tender to get there. Back on the boat we brought some snacks and drinks but they gave us a beautiful fruit platter, and cheese + meat platter as well as soft drinks and some other drinks which are included in the charter. Of course we couldn’t not try out the activists on board. There was a type of seabob which we all think was more for children not heavy big men and the paddle board and jet ski were very good. The crew were so lovely, so attentive and nice to be around. The boat itself was great, amazing size (although we were only 6 people) and very clean. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to charter in Marbella and recommend our crew Mirian and Tommy. Thanks so much guys!

I went there to fix body damage. They say they will call you in a few days and after a month they still don’t have a date. In the end, I had to wait 2 months. If you let them know you are busy, they might accept or not.
