Not really. Some cheap brands without any highlights. Okay for a stroll but really not impressed by this shopping center. A pity that the brands that had any fashion aspirations are all out of this center. Well, Banus visitors aren’t trendy anyway. What a boring place to hang out.

I am a regular at this establishment and I’ve never posed a complaint until today. The shopping center overall is great but the women’s bathrooms are always dirty. This afternoon I began my menstrual cycle and none of the stalls had toilet paper. I asked if the cleaning lady could put some and she said she’s coming. I WAITED 20 MINUTES before leaving and when I left I saw her chatting. It was the old blonde one with glasses… Again, I like shopping here but these things give a bad image and make the experience a hassle.

Good location. Good parking. Easy access. A small mall clean with a decent selection of shops. Good ac with 30° plus outside.

The tidiest Primark I’ve ever visited. Everything was neatly organized. There was no clutter in the way. My compliments to the staff for making this happen. Friendly lady behind the cashdesk.

Good selection, very nice proper shorts, tshirts etc. Prices also low and great. Personnel very nice and accommodation. The problem is quality, which is overall poor. This is not were you go to buy lasting great quality clothes. But for what it is its a good place and budget friendly.

The manager is the best! He helped me several times on getting bedding stuff although it’s not his corner! Really helpful man shout out to him!!

Nice store well laid out. Very small food hall. Clothes are quite expensive in comparison to other stores in the mall and somewhat ‘old fashioned’ styles but excellent bra fitting service. Very helpful bilingual staff….

Slightly disappointed, the food hall part was basically non existent, and after reading the receipt (not being told by the member of staff who served me) I am unable to take back a bra I haven’t worn and won’t ever wear as it just doesn’t fit right and the policy says you cannot return underwear 😒. Some lovely other items of clothing in store though and a massive underwear range if you fit into anything under an E cup

It has quite a good selection for women.Not so much for children just uniforms and underwear.A limited bedding area but good for getting your basics and a small shopping area. Well worth a visit if you love Marks and Sparks and miss home. !

I like this brand because have a different design then others same quality range brands and the prices is very friendly. Also very important, if ordered any products online you can receive and tryed in shop. i will be very happy when this brand will be in my country!

Good Springfield products but very very very Bad service from two employes on July 11, z022 at 4.30 pm , with one female Asian and one male employee, slightly bearded, with glasses, a bit suntanned, very strong Andaluz accent, who pretends to be the store manager (encargado de la tienda). These 2 persons do not respect clients, and when I wrote an email to complain to their president (of the Tendam company) in Madrid , I got not answer. No accountability of this Tendam company ! I will never come back in that store in Marbella!

There are 3 workers. Two fill the shelves and one is at the checkout. There is congestion at the checkout, but others will not help. I left the purchases and left. I don’t have time to wait at checkout. If paying is not easy, I will go elsewhere.

Poor service for delivery to home or store. Sent wrong item to my house then sent the wrong item to the store to replace the one sent to my house. 3 trips to the store to waste my time.

The only shop in marbella that sells swords! (espadas) – you won’t find toy swords anywhere else which saved my Zorro costume!

We were dealing with Ainhoa in the Gucci store on Puerto Banús and I have to say, she was amazing! So accommodating and helpful. She was the reason we came back to Gucci and purchased the Jackie bag. I went to the store this afternoon to have a scarf cleaned and fixed, and also to verify whether the diaper bag I had been given was original. It turns out the sales assistant ANDREA… was extremely unpleasant!! She said she couldn’t take the scarf because I didn’t have the reference number and that it didn’t appear in their system!!! She didn’t even try to look for it in any files or call Italy to get the reference, nor did she allow me to speak with the store manager. Instead, she told me to take it to a dry cleaner and a tailor — hahaha, unbelievable nerve from this sales assistant!!!!!! AWFUL and TERRIBLE service from this sales assistant ANDREA , and awful management at this store in Puerto Banús!! They offer no solutions to anything!!!! I don’t understand how Gucci allows people like this to work there and provide this kind of service!!

An absolute disaster of a store’s customer service!! Never go there. I went in to leave a scarf to have it repaired and they told me I’d be better off going to a dry cleaner or a tailor!! The saleswoman was completely satisfied saying that, clearly she had no desire to work, let alone provide the level of service that the brand is supposed to stand for! Absolutely shameful!! Terrible service!

Some of the staff are not very friendly. They are arrogant and look down on you. They don’t pay any attention to you. I had to wait a very long time before I was served. And no one even offered me a glass of water. The store itself is good, but the staff is lacking.

This place is great when you need anything, they have a wide variety of products. From appliances, products for the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom to toys for babies, children and games to share with the family. They have an excellent relationship between quality and price. It is certainly one of the first places I check when I have to look for something. I recommend it!

Saturday, August 1, at 7 p.m., only one of the two cashiers was working and the other just talked and didn’t help. Additionally, the app doesn’t work and they don’t let you give them your phone to add your points. They speak to you rudely, tell you it’s not their fault, and the people are left poorly served. I just went to the Cañada store on a Saturday and I couldn’t make a 15€ purchase because they didn’t have change for a 50€ bill. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me; it’s already happened three times. They tell you to pay by card, they are encouraging digital payments, this should not be allowed, I don’t think it’s normal or ethical. Terrible terrible staff here! I bought a 79€ rocking horse. I asked to leave it in the shop for 1 hour after I paid for it to save carrying this big rocking horse around the shopping center. To a very rude response of No and impossible but couldn’t give me a reason why. I asked for the horse in the box and they didn’t have it as it was the last one and they had already built it for display. I then went to pay and tapped contactless not realising they added €10 euros on. When I questioned why it was now €89 they said because it was built. I asked for it in the box and not built but because it was the last one I only had the choice for display and they didn’t even tell me it was 10 extra they just added it on. I asked for this to be refunded because it wasn’t my choice to have the display item that was also damaged and they would give any money off the damaged item. But my goddaughter really wanted the pink one and that was the only option. They then proceeded to act like they didn’t speak English when I was trying to get the money back. Very very bad staff and attitude from them both in there!!!

Your hours are incorrect. It says you’re open until 10pm. We spent 20 minutes looking for the store at 6pm. Only to find out it’s closed. Explaining that a toy store is closed to two children is really difficult. Edit: thank you for correcting your hours after I left the review. It now indicates you are closed on Sunday. But that was only made after I left the review.

I recently visited this toy store to wrap a gift for a friend. They told me I needed to buy wrapping paper. After I paid, I found out they only wrap items purchased from their store. They only informed me of this after I bought the paper. As a result, I left the unnecessary paper at the counter and left. It was a very unpleasant situation due to the lack of information. I do not recommend this store.

If this is the level of service in stores, the death of the store will go much faster. If children and adults are not allowed to touch or try toys in a toy store, it is better to just shop online. There are also many ways to give a message to a customer without seeming grumpy or pedantic.

My son bought a plastic gun for 20euro in this store and after shooting once the gun did not load anymore. We brought it back and they said they would call us. They did and said that the technical services tried the gun and that it was not a problem which is covered with a guarantee. You kidding me? Even though it is plastic it should not break immediately! If only I would have bought it in the internet!!! For sure my claim would have bee responded to differently. Well, one client less. Don’t go to shop local!
