1 year ago I ordered internal doors at a cost of €5,500 today they are still not complete. The architraves are now on the fourth attempt of manufacturing them to an acceptable standard as the last three have been a disaster there are zero quality checks and even less customer service my home has been a mess since your fitter ripped put the old doors to discover all of the new doors we’re damaged. Every single doors scratched marked. We have doors now but still the quality is terrible, you’ve offered nothing in the way of compensation. Truly a disaster every ticket I open you close because you’ve arranged another future date. This is not acceptable. I want financial compensation for the mess you’ve caused. Here we go again another update to this mess. The architraves have been delivered today and they are the wrong size again they are all damaged and the colour does not match the door. One whole year and the order is not complete a house could have been built in this time. The order number is 883014

Whole of the paint section meaning paints , tools are under refurbishment, so instead temporarily relocating to another sectionike construction or finding space , they decided to do lazy way , very typical of Spanish . Manager needs to be sacked and someone with brain put in charge

Got a new kitchen designed by Ana and fitted by the team as well. It looks fantastic and the service from Ana in design, Jose planning the install and the whole install team of kitchen and marble fitters were first class. A brilliant result, really pleased.

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from Leroy Merlin. About a month ago, I purchased a mirrored bathroom cabinet, which was delivered damaged due to improper handling by the delivery team. Since then, I have been waiting for a replacement. I was initially told it would arrive a week ago, and I stayed home all day for the scheduled delivery. By the afternoon, as I was still at home waiting, I contacted you to ask where the delivery was. Only then was I informed by email that it would not be delivered on the day confirmed delivery by Leroy Merlin. After reaching out again a few days later, I still received no proactive update. Now, I have been informed that the delivery has been postponed once more, this time to April 8th (an uncertain date nonetheless), with no clear installation date provided. WE ARE STILL WAITING! Today is 12 April 2026. It is unacceptable that a paid product, delivered damaged through no fault of the customer, has still not been replaced after nearly two months. Even more concerning is the lack of communication, updates are only provided when I actively chase them. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and accountability.

A while back I fave this store a 5 star review, as it was in line with my experiences. Not anymore, unfortunately! They somehow marked my order as “picked up at the store” even though I wasn’t in Spain when it was delivered to the store! Not to mention it was supposed to be available for pickup “within two hours”, not over a week later. I reached out to them several times to get a cancellation and refund, to no avail… I wouldn’t buy from them anymore, unless absolutely necessary (or they have a very good deal).

Redhead sales lady with glasses is so rude, only wanted to return earbuds and said we can’t because it was unsanitary and compared them to “returning underwear” not the same, didn’t even want to explain calmly to my father and gave attitude to him, I asked if it was broken, could it possibly be returned but only got “esta roto entonces?” with a tone as a response. I love shopping there for books etc but I probably won’t ever buy electronics there “head staff” lady.

I got my new phone few years back and a nice gramophone. They have everything there with all possible price range. Shop is equipped with literally everything you need for any taste and budget. It’s quite big, so allow yourself a bit of time while buying, staff is rather friendly then techie clinical while helping you which is great.

I was today to Fnac at La Cañada to return a Starlink I bought. When I bought I thought instead of ordering it on Amazon or from Starlink I should support my local shop. When I purchase it a specifically asked the sales person if they where a Starlink authorised dealer, and he told me they where. He also told me I can try it for 30days. Now when I come back to claim a return for my Starlink that I bought with in the 30 days. They refused to return it. Claiming they are not Starlink dealer and they have there own return policy of 7 days. After asking to speak to the working manager, I try to explain the situation that it doesn’t work for my house and that according to the promise sales person when I bought it say that I can try for 30 days. The lady manger that I spoke to was rude and did not wanted to hear anything other than voice of her self speak. I have bought a lot of things for my self and for my company true Fnac. But it is the last time I set my fot in this shop. Would not recommend it at all. This store needs new management. And also a clear communication what they sell or not. Next time order on line at least you can return if you have problems.

I needed some electrical material to finish the renovation on my propety .They were great .

I requested a couple of quotes from them in the store. They said that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I called them, after they did not get back to me, a few times over a couple of weeks. They never had the quotes ready. I finally stopped calling and bought the items elsewhere. They never followed up with the quotes. It was just a waste of my time, even though I was trying to do business with a local shop.

I just wanted to thank Marina who works in accounting for how kindly she assisted me; I sent her several emails and phone calls and she was always attentive and helpful. Big store, carry known brands, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Much better option than the few small pet supply shops I’ve been to before and at better prices. There’s parking for clients, which is very useful as there are typically few street parking options available. 5/5

Excellent pet superstore in Marbella near to the poligono. Great selection of everything you’ll ever need for whatever pet you have. Staff are very helpful and speak enough English to help you get what you require. Prices are reasonable too.

The worst pet store I have ever been too! If you have cats, do not waste your time to go there! Huge space, but they waste all the huge space for accessoires, fish food etc. Less then 40 (!) % is for dog and cat food. This is divided approx. in the relationship 80 % dogs and 20 % cats. Do Mascota Planet really think that nobody in spain owns cats? Probably 20 years ago, but not nowadays. Of the puny cat food offer, 85 % is dried food. So if your search for wet food for your cat, Mascota Planet is the biggest laugh of all pet stores. They nearly have no wet food for cats (and the little offer they have, is at high end prices). So Mascota Planet in Marbella was by far the worst pet shop I have ever been to. If you own cats, stay away – you just waste your time.

I stumbled upon a fantastic brunch spot right in the heart of the city. It was honestly a really pleasant surprise, and I’m so glad I found it. The atmosphere was just perfect for a relaxed weekend morning. We tried a few different dishes, and everything was delicious. The coffee was top-notch too, which is always a big plus for me. I’m definitely planning on going back there again soon. If you’re ever in the area and looking for a great brunch, I highly recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed!

Today is our second time here. We really enjoyed all food we ate so far. We tried sweet pancakes, local mini-roscow cake which is just brilliant and brioche with bacon and eggs, toast with salmon. We can recommend everything. The atmosphere here is very vibrant and joyful. It gets busy on weekends but it is worth to wait for the table. The service is very good. Guys who are serving are very sweet and polite. Recommend for visit!

Absolutely loved our visit to Maleva Bakery! The food and bakes were absolutely delicious, made with top-quality ingredients and full of flavour. The coffee was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. A fantastic spot with a great atmosphere!

What a delightful family-owned bakery and café, located just a minute’s walk from the Paseo Marítimo promenade.Today was my first visit to Maleva for brunch and coffee. I ordered a café latte and an omelette with spinach, accompanied by homemade brioche. Everything was freshly prepared, of excellent quality, and exceptionally delicious. The service was kind, polite, and very attentive. The atmosphere—both indoors and outdoors—is calm and relaxing. In addition to eat in, you can also purchase freshly baked bread, cakes, and other homemade products to take away. I highly recommend trying the fresh croissants, focaccia, and carrot cake.

Loved absolutely everything about Maleva. I don’t usually write reviews but visited Maleva for breakfast this morning and it most definitely warranted a 10/10 review. The staff were really warm and friendly, there was a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious! Already excited to return!

The shop is a chaos. At the small food restaurant in the center they send you from the cafeteria to the meat counter to order. A minute later they open the cafeteria counter again, because there are too many clients at the meat counter. If you just ate there and want to leave the shop, you’re not allowed to do it by the cashier counters, have to go all the way back to the entrance and go against the flow out of the store. Ridiculous.

Best supermarket overall. Best average prices, massive choice of cheeses, beers, wines and spirits in particular. Helpful staff and welcoming checkout clerks. Easy parking, especially early mornings.

Alcampo is a big supermarket with a great selection of products You will find fresh vegetable frutes at meet market as well they have prepared plates to eat in place or take away; the service is excellent and fast. Thee winner selection consist Spanish origin. The prices are competitive

Good store in general. I only wish they had better fresh produce and more international products (authentic Mexican, German, Italian, Asian), not brands that people barely use or know.

Supermarket cafe, but for the price, was excellent. Just a few sandwiches/baguettes, some cake and some drinks but couldn’t fault it. Cheap as chips too.

I visit Viveros Guzman at least every 2 weeks and its always a pleasure. For a city garden center they have wonderful selection of plants and basically everything you are looking for. Staff is also very friendly (if you cant find one) Highly recommended!

I often patronize here, like flowers, buy flowers. Is a very happy thing! They have many kinds of plants, and you can find anything you want, including flower species, various medicines and flowerpots.

Today I bought flowers and 10 bags of corteza, I was offered no help to carry those bags to my car, and when I did ask for help they rudely told me no one was available and I had to do it myself. If you’re planning of visiting jardeneria Guzman, make sure you come with a man to help you out because they will not.

I bought a kaki tree there and although properly packed the root was cuted before the packaging. It’s just shameful they sell a tree like this and even say their quality control assures all is done properly. The photo is quite clear about the quality of the plant that was sold to me. If I was not now in the opposite side of the peninsula I would just take it back and demand for a justification in person.

A bit expensive, stopped off for two bags of top dressing but nearly 28 euros? Also wanted an organic fertiliser but staff couldn’t help me. Won’t go back.

Nice garden center. It is only a pity that they never have the trumpet flower (brugmansia) except 3 skinny plants with wite flowers instead of the popular yellow ones. One of the most lovely and nicest smelling plants that you can find everywhere, except in garden centers apparently as we are looking now 2 years occassionly.

Very clean and helpful staff. Stock a little limited on basics such as small ivy for decoration around pots and mini palms. Bigger indoor plants limited and what there is, is expensive.

Great showroom to visit and gather ideas for your project. They have a great shower display. They offer lots of tile options. Staff leaves you alone so you can explore as you wish. Some stuff is overpriced and parking is terrible around the area.

Poor Customer Service at Media Markt – TV Section I visited the TV section of this Media Markt today, July 23, around 1 PM, and had a disappointing experience with an employee (name starting with “Zam”). I was completely ignored at first. When I finally got his attention, he responded rudely and dismissively. What made it worse was the communication — he clearly understood English, but every time I asked a question, he replied in Spanish only and ignored my attempts to get a clear answer, as if he simply didn’t want to be bothered helping me. This kind of attitude from staff really affects the shopping experience, and I hope management looks into it, since customer service should be a basic standard regardless of language.

1 person serving the computer department with about 10 people waiting. Staff I asked for help were rude and wanted to be left alone. The only retail experience I have every had where I was waiting to pay a lot of money but they didn’t seem to want it I asked one staff member for help and he said no. I asked his name and he said no he wouldn’t give to to me. Please stay away from this store, they do not deserve your service. FNAC is close by so you should go there where there is more than one person in the store willing to work

The most disgusting company in Marbella. Never, ever buy anything here! Instead of next-day delivery, I had to wait a whole week for my dryer. Then, after that, the dryer worked for one single day, and after that it started making a noise like a drill, or like a Boeing 747. I immediately called customer service, and they told me they would take care of it. I waited a week for a phone call that was supposed to come, and nobody contacted me. Then I waited another four days for their call, and again nobody responded. After that I called them once more, and once again they told me they were “handling it.” I have been without a dryer for a month because I bought a tumble dryer from this rat-infested, vomit-worthy, useless cheap company. Never, never, never, never buy anything from here!

Very bad experience just happening.I ordered a clothes dryer online and it was supposed to be delivered last Friday. So far nothing happened : no information, no email , nothing at all despite all my phone calls and my emails. It’s just unacceptable from a big company like Mediamarkt .

Media markt advertise a price of a product on offer. When I went to the checkout the lady said no this is not at the sale price, in a rude manor and waved her hand at me, After 25 minutes of waiting then asking to speak to the manager who was not helpful at all, he stated the sale price only for the silver colour. It didn’t state anywhere on the sale board about the colour it just stated the brand and model which is what I took to the till. The manager refused to do anything about it and Confirmed he didn’t have any silver ones left to sell. “Ok so put your misleading sign away then” I will never buy from there again.

I don’t know about other reviews but one of the workers – Ivan needs a serious raise. He is super helpful, kind and professional. He went above and beyond to help me, and was the reason I’d bought so many products of Media Market. I am surprised he doesn’t work in multinational company on Walls Street. He is top class!

I wanted to buy a phone for my kid. They tried to cheat me and sell me a used phone. When asked the consultant directly if it was used, they said no, it’s new, but he actively started deleting smth on the phone. Already on payment, another employee admitted that it was from the showcase, but new. At the same time, it is the only one on the website for sale at this price marked as used. Be careful, the sediment is very unpleasant, ndid not expect this from mediamarkt.

Beware of contracting with Endesa .. I purchased my apartment on the 24th October this year and asked Endesa to connect my electricity – since that point they have made every excuse under the sun to do the opposite – I live alone and have no possibility of making food or even lighting my apartment except for a candle – this is like the third world – be careful with this company – they don’t care about their customers !!
