We decided to place an order for our new kitchen with Kvik. We found Yolanda to be so attentive to our needs, measurements materials, appliances, all fitted perfectly. There were no slip ups. I have just had my new kitchen installed, and I am extremely satisfied with how everything has been handled from start to finish. Thanks to Antonio and Miriam, I managed to have the entire kitchen installed while I was in Sweden. They maintained excellent communication with the builder who demolished the old kitchen and handled the electrical and plumbing work. Nothing was left to chance, and when Kvik’s installers arrived to set up the kitchen, they seamlessly coordinated the final plumbing and electrical details with the builder. As someone who is very detail-oriented, I found nothing to critique when I arrived in Spain and saw the final product. There was a small dent on the front of the kitchen hood that I brought up with Antonio, but he promptly assured me that it would be replaced when I return at the end of March. I can only recommend Kvik Marbella wholeheartedly. A quick update, the kitchen hood was replaced as promised by Antonio.

I absolutely recommend Kvik. Our kitchen is beautiful. The customer service was just incredible. Every single person involved in putting the kitchen together from the planning to finish were both professional and so friendly. The few times I had requests to fix some details, they never asked questions. They didn’t leave until we were happy. The fact that some pieces took somewhat long time to get was that they had to be ordered from the factory to fit our kitchen. That was not a problem for me and not the fault of Kvik’s.🙂

We needed not only quality kitchen furniture, but also help with some challenging layout ideas, and DESIGN SPACE MARBELLA came up with smart solutions we would never have thought of ourselves (one example was suggesting a horizontal hot water boiler instead of a vertical one, which saved space and allowed for a better kitchen layout). We have used Design Space for 2 new kitchens and a house conversion. The first kitchen is modern with the latest fantastic appliances, all supplied and fitted by the team at Design Space. The second kitchen very ‘Spanish style traditional”. Andy and Michaela are very professional, ethical and totally trustworthy. They dealt with licences, design and supply of good. Their team of kitten fitters, builders etc are very hard working, efficient and do a great job. We have had a great experience with the Design Space team and recommend then to anyone for all styles of kitchens, bathrooms and house conversions.

A month ago (13/04/26), I sent them a WhatsApp message with plans of my kitchen to get a quote. I don’t live in the same city; I am only there during the summer. They didn’t answer, and ten days later (the 23rd), I called them by phone, and shortly after they sent me a WhatsApp saying that they would present the quote to me the next day, which they never sent. On the 27th, I sent another WhatsApp telling them they hadn’t sent it to me; no response. Then on 13/05, when I came to Marbella, I went to the store, they apologized and gave me an appointment for the next day. Two hours before the appointment time, they called to tell me they couldn’t see me because an emergency had come up with a client, but that they would send me the quote the next day. It hasn’t arrived. Of course, I have already ruled them out. Put hi range xey kitchen like 10 years ago, little use, by a senior couple , no every day. some laminated panels are wide open, gas hinge not working , some drawers bearings stacked, rusty drawer iron structures under the sink, when not spill has scurred. Asked for a re fit budget , as understand that warranty is expired and had a 1000 € budget. Xey kitchens looks nice , but do not have que quality expected and after sales service has ridiculous price on my experience. Personal attention has been good

I contacted this company because the construction company that sold me the house told me that I could request replacement material from them. Once I picked up the order for the tiles for both the kitchen and the bathroom, they were a different color. It wasn’t just that it was the same material but from a different batch; it was a completely different color. And the company did not take responsibility for the incorrect material, as they told me that was the material used in my home by the construction company. Niclas is a magician! He retrofitted an expo kitchen to our very angled, small space – not an easy task. He didn’t tell us that what we wanted was impossible – he worked out a solution that was perfect for us. We wanted more storage space and more counter space. When buying a kitchen you look at many suppliers and decide over a period of time which one is right for you. The quality of the showroom is always a factor in my mind and Cocinas en Marbella met all our expectations. Niclas, who was our project manager in Cocinas, was very straight forward in the planning stage and designed what we had in mind and suggested options that he felt were better. At every point he was right. The installation was as scheduled and Niclas looked after the project, kitchen, electrics, plumbing tiling etc. It was a seamless project. The project was completed within the time line and there were very few small snags. We would have no hesitation in using Cocinas and Niclas again.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Dmitri and the team at Cocinas Plus. We recently moved to an apartment which has a kitchen from Cocinas Plus that had been fitted around 4 years previously. We wanted some extra cupboards and an extended worktop. They have a great display where you can get ideas for your project. Their prices are astronomical but quality is good. My main concern is the lack of customer service and personal attention. I was extremely interested in Krion but nobody really seemed to care. After two visits, they took my information to follow up with me and nobody did. I also was interested in learning more about their kitchens and there is only one person you can do this with. This person seems to work only a few hours because both times I went there, this person was off work. They never followed up with me either so I took their ideas and took them somewhere else to people that actually wanted to work with me.

If they would have a French or Italien name people would maybe pay significantly higher prices :). Great quality, design and service.

Really bad services, ordering over 70k from them, have been promised I will receive all the product between 6-8 week, but 5 months later still haven’t received all the products. Overall with the manager and sales reps of Marbella and the Malaga stores, there is a lack of communication, promises they have never kept too, and their only interest is to sell the product but with no guarantee when you will receive it. I was supposed to move into my house 2 months ago, but I still haven’t got the shower head, taps and shower screens etc… And still too this day they cannot tell me when I can receive my products. This is a disgrace.
