The most trusted company I ever met. Not only because they’re fast and commited in solving anything(that almost doesn’t happen),but because they do it right and GENUINELY! They even helped me with a reparation and installation that other company almost ripped me off on, the guy was transparent with me and advised me in better and cheaper options(true costs). I highly recommend them. It’s rare to find in Spain a honest company that has everything ready to use without problems whenever i come to Marbella to enjoy my holidays.

It has been unusual for me to write an unfavorable review but the sheer casualness apparent from this firm forces otherwise: I have, like many in Marbella, a pool. That has a window. That is leaking. Google led me to this company with rave reviews. I contacted them & initially received an out of office msg. An hour later there was a msg acknowledging the urgency. This was followed 2 hours later with request for prepayment for an appointment – not unreasonable. 5 minutes after receiving an invoice, I had paid. 3 times I needed to send my address. Chasers were sent the following day, until at 17:19 I was given an appointment the following Tuesday. A week later. Given that ultimately the work on offer was for a full pool refurb, I seriously doubt the veracity of this company. caveat emptor UPDATE: Nearly 2 weeks have passed since German Jose promised to refund my payment & nothing has happened in spite of reminders. I realize that the first red flag was being asked to pay up front before even a date was offered for an appointment. Since then I have used this tool to dig deeper – man & a van operating in true “fake it till you make it” silicon valley ethos is appropriate.
