El Corte Ingles sells apple’s products. In the past I have purchased an iPad, iPhone and recently I wanted a printer. The lady who sold me the printer was informed that it had to work with Mac and She recommended a HP laser printer. I could not figure out how to pair the printer and so I took it back to El Corte Ingles to get help. That proved impossible. The service clerk doesn’t know apple products and couldn’t figure out how to pair a printer with my mac. Instead he closed all my tabs and ruined the work I have spent the day doing. Avoid!

I am very disappointed with the service quality. The staff does not communicate with each other at all. I ordered a battery replacement, and they told me that it was ordered on 08/12. It has been two and a half weeks, but no one can tell me what is going on or when it will be ready. There’s a complete lack of information and responsibility. I have no desire to deal with this company again.

Shockingly bad. Yesterday I picked up my Mi 11 ultra after screen (and battery) replacement for 440EUR, realizing later the fingerprint sensor does not work. After a quick google search it was clear, that after every screen replacement a fingerprint sensor calibration is required for the new screen, and for that a 10EUR plastic calbration too is needed – then it takes literally 2 minutes to calibrate. This morning I returened, the staff had no idea, and they apparently had no calibration tool, offered no solution. It was a long time ago I experienced this level of unprofessionalism, incompetence and negligence. I am genuinely surprised how this service can exist in the prestigious El Corte Ingles. Will never use their services again. Edit: how the heck a customer can be more specific on what the issue was? This empty reply is not doing anything. I will not use their service again, plus knowing they are responsible for warranty issues at El Corte Ingles, I will not buy any tech there in the future.

I paid 25 euros to get a screen protector with bubbles. The girl who was at the desk put it on my phone in a very wrong way. My protector was covered in bubbles because it was attached too far to the left, making it impossible to put on a phone case. They don’t take refunds, and I was supposed to pay 5 extra euros if I want to have a new screen protector. It’s very unfair because I paid 25 euros and got a spoiled protector by their fault. Had my husband take my phone with a cracked screen to be replaced they told him 45 minutes to an hour. He came back 45 minutes later and still not ready an hour and 15 minutes later they were giving him the phone €120 for a cracked screen repair three times as much as it would have been in the UK not ok to rip off the tourist market! the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone no longer works and the back of the phone has been glued into position with glue leaking out the edges and the glue not adhering to the phone device making the fingerprint sensor obsolete and access to Critical biometric security systems obsolete! will be taking the phone back today to see if further repairs can be done to rectify their mistakes!!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the beginning the communication was great, very easy to make an appointment and everything was explained to me. During the hearing test Patricia made sure to make me feel welcome, she is very knowledgeable and kind, we went through the options of the different hearing aids, and she gave me a lot of advice. This must be the most unprofessional place in Marbella, do not go there. 1 star is 1 to many. If you book an appointment, you can not be sure that there will be any physiotherapist that meet up/have time. Even if they confirm the appointment. So unprofessional, not possible to trust this place, choice another one. Go to a place that you can trust from start to end.

This Sunday, I called beforehand worried about my dogs ear as she was experiencing a lot of pain and they said to bring her in, they were super helpful and looked after Ruby with great care. Really friendly, overall great experience and Ruby is now on the mend. Grateful for how efficient and kind they were!

My dog couldn’t pee for a day as she was holding it due to the car ride to Spain. I called the clinic at 10pm, they said we should come in. After a thorough examination my dog was treated with anti inflammatory medication. We felt taken good care of and treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend this clinic.

Woke up Sunday morning and my dog was throwing up blood. Had a warm welcome the minute we got there and they treated Frankie with the best care! Kept him overnight for observation. Thank you for looking after him so well.

Friendly and attentive staff, my dog is elderly and suffering from severe arthritis. The vets there gave my boy a thorough examination and some medication for pain and swelling. I was happy with the cost of emergency treatment as it was bank holiday Labour Day..

I brought my cat in late at night after she had a suspected fall and head injury and was confused and bleeding in the eye nose and mouth. They treated her very well and were very kind and gentle, and their calmness made me feel at ease too. They kept her 24hrs to treat her and monitor her condition to make sure she didn’t develop symptoms of a brain injury, and she has returned home and looks/feels so much better, and they advised a check up on her eye. They also speak English which was helpful. Thank you for helping my cat. ❤️ The price was fair too for emergency care, so yes I would recommend this clinic.

WORST VETERENARY CLINIC I VISITED IN MY WHOLE LIFE! I called them 2 hours before as i live far from Marbella, as i was worried for my pet i explained what was going on with her. ( She fell 3 meters from a balcony) The person in the phone told me to bring her there asap as there can be an emergengy. As she told us to we came. First we waited for 1 hour. As i enter the room with A veterinarian named (Kira), the first sentence she tells me is “Why did you even bring her here, she is not in a life or death situation?” What the hell??? She didnt even check nothing before saying this. Bloodtest/ listening to the heartbeat etc. After i tell her how can you know without checking, she starts listening to the heartbeat. While she is doing this she is repeatedly telling me to hold the cat and “chill out” “aaaah” etc. Then when i confront her and explain to her that this is not the right way to work as a veterinarian showing 0 empathy and trying to make the situation a little more comfortable. HER EXCUSE IS WE HAD 3 DOGS dying today. Never visit this place, if they treated my pet like this infront of me, only god knows what they are doing behind those closed doors! I do not speak for the other vets in there, but if i was the manager i would Fire the lady named Kira on the spot.

I visited Dr Jean and felt reassured by the vast expanse of his knowledge and competence , I learned so much and was eased with support in taking my necessary supplements to start my healing process and the IV that was a good kickstart for my program , all the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive . I’ve gone to the clinic and the experience while there, is helpful. However, once things were not done correctly, and I needed assistance, it’s like they’ve disappeared. I’ve spent so much money at this clinic to be ignored and I only want to get correct prescriptions, which I originally asked for! This has been worse than getting a tooth removed with out any anesthesia. Ignored on WhatsApp Ignored on phones calls I’ve begged I’ve pleaded I’ve begged some more I’ve pleaded over and over with multiple attempts for assistance And I only needed two corrected prescriptions… I don’t understand why they insist on ignoring people, who’ve paid so much money to them, for no good reason, it’s so unbelievable. I’ve even suggested how to make their business more efficient (we have an accounting firm and I understand how things can get over looked) But this is just blatantly giving me the finger, saying they only want more money. I’ve bought supplements and got the IV therapies, when I went for HRT and that still isn’t correct. I don’t think this is the way to handle things, but here we are after multiple attempts to get what I actually want and need.
