El Corte Ingles sells apple's products. In the past I have purchased an iPad, iPhone and recently I wanted a printer. The lady who sold me the printer was informed that it had to work with Mac and She recommended a HP laser printer. I could not figure out how to pair the printer and so I took it back to El Corte Ingles to get help. That proved impossible. The service clerk doesn't know apple products and couldn't figure out how to pair a printer with my mac. Instead he closed all my tabs and ruined the work I have spent the day doing. Avoid!

I am very disappointed with the service quality. The staff does not communicate with each other at all. I ordered a battery replacement, and they told me that it was ordered on 08/12. It has been two and a half weeks, but no one can tell me what is going on or when it will be ready. There's a complete lack of information and responsibility. I have no desire to deal with this company again.

Shockingly bad. Yesterday I picked up my Mi 11 ultra after screen (and battery) replacement for 440EUR, realizing later the fingerprint sensor does not work. After a quick google search it was clear, that after every screen replacement a fingerprint sensor calibration is required for the new screen, and for that a 10EUR plastic calbration too is needed - then it takes literally 2 minutes to calibrate. This morning I returened, the staff had no idea, and they apparently had no calibration tool, offered no solution. It was a long time ago I experienced this level of unprofessionalism, incompetence and negligence. I am genuinely surprised how this service can exist in the prestigious El Corte Ingles. Will never use their services again. Edit: how the heck a customer can be more specific on what the issue was? This empty reply is not doing anything. I will not use their service again, plus knowing they are responsible for warranty issues at El Corte Ingles, I will not buy any tech there in the future.

I paid 25 euros to get a screen protector with bubbles. The girl who was at the desk put it on my phone in a very wrong way. My protector was covered in bubbles because it was attached too far to the left, making it impossible to put on a phone case. They don't take refunds, and I was supposed to pay 5 extra euros if I want to have a new screen protector. It's very unfair because I paid 25 euros and got a spoiled protector by their fault. Had my husband take my phone with a cracked screen to be replaced they told him 45 minutes to an hour. He came back 45 minutes later and still not ready an hour and 15 minutes later they were giving him the phone €120 for a cracked screen repair three times as much as it would have been in the UK not ok to rip off the tourist market! the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone no longer works and the back of the phone has been glued into position with glue leaking out the edges and the glue not adhering to the phone device making the fingerprint sensor obsolete and access to Critical biometric security systems obsolete! will be taking the phone back today to see if further repairs can be done to rectify their mistakes!!
