By far the worst, least helpful and unprofessional letting agents I have had the misfortune to come across. I’ll keep it brief as their failings are too numerous to list here. They failed to collect the final months rent from the tenant, despite contacting me to assure me the payment would be in “at the start of next week”. They failed to collect his final payments for electricity or water. They did an inspection on the property after he left and said it was in good condition. A second letting agent who viewed the property drew up a long list of damage that had been done, the repairs ran into thousands of €. Daniela, at Marbella Hills Homes, put forward the proposition that we could lower the price of the property, if selling it, or, and I quote here, “The alternative is you fly in and put everything right”. Thanks Daniela, very helpful when we are based in Ireland. They have since ignored all correspondence.

Very professional and courteous company. Took very good care of my family and I. Big thank you to Nadine who helped coordinate my family vacation. The property was stunning and super comfortable. The balcony had the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Seeing Gibraltar and Morocco from your balcony definitely isn’t something you get used to. Definitely coming back so see you again next summer!

Contacted PLP and nadine from the agency helped us with the perfect property for our two weeks holiday with the family. Nadine was very responsive, very helpful and supported us before arrival during arrival and after leaving the property. She insured that everything was delivered according to our requests. It’s a beautiful propert and we are planning to visit next year again.

We have just returned from a holiday that was booked via Nadine at Pure Living Properties. Our experience with the company was great – specifically Nadine, Iago, and Sophie. Very responsive service and great communications from beginning to end. I hope to use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Pure living were very easy to communicate with; we organized our stay with Nadine and Lorena and they were both very helpful. The house is beautiful and modern and very cozy, and location is great. A few comments on the property itself : the manager of the house was not very friendly when we arrived, the AC wasn’t working on the 1st day, some of the closets and drawers are locked by the owners so we did not have all closets, cleaning service was part of the agreement, however, cleaning was done poorly. Other than that, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend pure living for rentals.

Worst Vacation Ever – AVOID FLOX 1/2 JAPANESE GARDENS PUENTE ROMANO PureLiving Is a Joke Rented “Flox 1/2 Japanese Gardens” through PureLiving – a total disaster. No running water for 4 days (with kids!), and they never told us about the issue until after we checked in. No showers, toilets, or laundry. The condo smelled like mildew, door locks were broken, and once water was back, the washing machine still didn’t work. PureLiving’s “solution”? They offered to do one load of laundry. Manager ghosted us after promising a callback, and CEO was apparently too busy playing golf to speak with paying guests. Embarrassingly bad service. Avoid PureLiving like the plague.

My husband and I had been looking for a property to rent in Marbella for a period of two months. We had been in touch with a couple of agencies and contacted Pure Living Properties as we had dealt with them once before in the past. Pure Living in my opinion also offers the widest and best selection of luxury properties in Marbella. I was incredibly fortunate to end up dealing with Nadine Tolmeijer. Nadine understood immediately what we were looking for from the exact location, budget, style of property etc. She went the extra mile on the golden mile (excuse the pun!) and found us the perfect place for us all in a matter of days. First of all, I would like to thank Nadine for helping us find an apartment in a short period of time with the best location and arranging a good driver that would pick us/drop as at the airport she was more than a good help. On the other hand, the apartment itself was below expectation, it was not what we hoped for, simplest thing that there were no trash cans in the rooms nor bathrooms ( only one in the kitchen ). hygiene wise it was no the best, there were coffee stains, hair fall, personal stuff from previous clients. There was no kettle to heat our water. In addition there was this pounding sound coming from the toilet for our complete 13 day visit, i asked for it to get checked out but it didn’t go away. Other than that we had a good stay and the apartment was affordable and would defiantly contact Nadine next time to find a better apartment that’ll would suit us. Regards.

Would not recommend! We were threatened by an English man called Henry and a big mixed race english man with tattoos because we complained about the noise at unsociable hours. Staff did not help us at all!

Great complex but issues with security, lots of break ins and nobody seems to be able to do anything unless they are the president of the complex. Great to air bnb for a week or so but not to live in unfortunately

I am a patient of Dr. Cortes. She is treating me with hormone therapy. This month of March, I was supposed to have a pellet placed, but when I called to make an appointment with the doctor, her nurse informed me that there is a stock shortage and they do not have any pellets. Why wasn’t I notified in advance to look for an alternative???!!! Does a clinic like PLANAS really not have other suppliers….???!!! 😊: Extremely friendly and helpful host – gave lots of recommendations for restaurants etc nearby and was v friendly and accommodating. A fabulous apartment in a really lovely location with amazing views and just a few steps to the beach. The complex and beach ( Playa de la Bajadilla) felt very locals, not full of tourists, like neighbouring beaches. Really good beach bars/restaurants on Playa de Bajadjello and the old town literally a ten min walk. Apartment itself was really lovely and well equiped- kitchen had absolutely everything a family would need if wanted to cook and eat in, beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms were both very big, clean and have rain showers!! Living area is extremely comfortable with large couches and indoor dining seats six very comfortably. Balcony area has gorgeous view of the sea with palm trees and also looks over the pool area to the left. All in all a fabulous apartment and highly recommend. Really well stocked supermarket with bakery a three minute walk too!.

😊: Fabulous apartment in an amazing location with direct access to the promenade and a short walk from the old town. The apartment is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean and is equipped with everything you need. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of kitchenware. There is a good supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment which was great. We really enjoyed our stay!. 😢: The only negative is there is only 1 set of keys given for the apartment and complex gates which was a bit difficult at times for our family. It would be beneficial to have 2 sets of keys. Otherwise, everything else was great 😊.

😊: The accommodation offers a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with moisture and mold on the ceiling and walls, but the host quickly resolved it by repainting. In cold weather, two electric heaters are available. However, there was no ceiling lighting in the living room. The kitchen lacked a baking tray, a grater, and wine glasses—we ended up buying them ourselves, as the host did not address this. When we arrived, the elevator was out of order, and only one key was provided..

Completely unacceptable experience with East & West Homes. They have withheld my security deposit without justification and have completely gone radio silent. They refuse to answer my phone calls, emails, or text messages. On top of the communication blackout, the property information provided beforehand was highly misleading. Avoid booking with this company—their lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking.Also thryctske a disorder for towels but won’t refund. Beware and be cautious, much more honourable people out there – stay clear

The apartment was clean and very well located, just 5 minutes from the beach. The host was very helpful and responded to all my requests quickly. I will definitely stay at this apartment again in Marbella. I recommend it 100%.

Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest company. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a fully functioning house, you won’t find it with East and West homes. What you will find is a complete disaster. We stayed in one of their Marbella properties for a week, of which four of the nights we spent without electricity. No light, no air conditioning in 30+ degree heat, no kitchen appliances, no ability to cook or charge a phone. If you are lucky enough for the clueless staff members to pick up the phone, they will either hang up mid-sentence or deliver a vague “someone will come to fix it”. As expected, no one will turn up. Now, a month after our stay, they still have not sent back our 1000€ deposit, which we have been told many times will be paid back to us. This company has zero accountability and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you enjoy being scammed, East and West Homes is for you. If not, do yourself a favour and book anywhere else. I am rating this one star because zero isn’t an option.

The property we stayed at in Marbella was even better than the pictures—immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was ideal, close to the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to unwind. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, providing excellent local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Their attention to detail and exceptional service made the entire experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday rental and will definitely book through them again for our next trip to Marbella. This property has very bad dampness, mould and musty smell. It is cockroach infested and furniture is falling apart. They have multiple air fresheners seeking to disguise the dampness and dangerous spores in the air in the property. This is not acceptable. We had to move to a hotel because it was very poor for the health of my children especially one child who has asthma. Also we booked as it had five bedrooms which it doesn’t. this property is in poor state and unfair description of the property. I would not have paid €5,400 for such a property. I took it that paying this amount would guaranteed me a high end property without dampness and must. These people are liars and steal from unsuspecting holiday makers – avoid at all costs . I sought compensation to no avail.

The utilities and service of East and West Home were beyond unacceptable. Over a stay of 1 week, we had severe power issues for the majority, with the power going out almost every 10 minutes, causing disruptions in wifi, periods with no hot water, and the fridge shutting down – resulting in a lot of food being wasted. East and West Homes handed it terribly, replying once every few days claiming they would send an electrician, which they never did. The company was almost impossible to reach. Not to mention, its been almost a month since our stay and they refuse to give our deposit back, with no damage having been done to the apartment. As usual, contacting them regarding this has been near impossible, with them hanging up on the phone when we asked to speak to the manager. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible, do not recommend. My daughter stayed for a week where for the majority of the stay there were power cuts, with little to no response from E&W homes. What is most appalling is the fact that the €1000 deposit payed a month ago has not been returned, with horrific response times and rudeness (being hung up on on the phone). Would advise to stay away from this company, you risk having a stay with no basic necessities, assistance and losing money. Shocking.

I and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a traditional Spanish house in Marbella, where the swimming pool, beautiful garden, and stunning views were especially delightful. The location of the area was also great.

Fantastic family holiday at this beautiful Villa. Dragos made us feel very welcome from arrival to departure, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent, clean, spacious, well equipped rooms and facilities. Perfect for our family of 10 with 4 teens in tow. We had a fabulous week and would definitely consider staying in the future.

We have stayed in a sunmarbella apartments 7 or 8 times in the last few years. We are going back again in October 2023. The quality of apartments and level of service is excellent. Dragos has a great team. We are always met at the apartment on time and given a quick tour to be shown how everything works. Apartments are spotlessly clean. Our two week stay in Marbella was picture perfect thanks to this amazing apartment. Spacious, clean and beautifully furnished, the apartment is just steps away from the complex pool and beach and very close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient and we loved that our property manger met us to give us a tour of the apartment and answer any questions upon arrival. We will definitely stay here on our next Marbella vacation!

Good hosts met us and explained everything clearly. Including local restaurant and bar advice. Location is good and villa is nice. Would give it the additional star but our bed was a little hard and there was a water pump noise at some times, plus the TV channel choice was poor. But villa good, pool good, quiet location, beach just round the corner – we left some items in the appt when we left and Hosts were super helpful getting them back to us.

property was exactly as advertised . As we were there in January and cold at night we were very impressed how well the properties heating worked were were also impress that when we had a problem with a door lock Sunmarbella had some on out next morning to fix it. We would have no hesitation to book again with Sunmarbella, indeed we did try to book this autumn but the property we wanted had already gone. I should also point out that evertone from the company we had any dealings with (gardener, locksmith, Arlow and Dragos himself were very friendly and obliging. We stayed in the River Playa apartment in Fuengirola in 2022 and liked the apartment and location so much that I stayed in contact ensuring I could book our early 2023 holiday at River Playa. The apartment is modern & bright with great shower rooms and very comfortable beds. The large terrace is great for sunbathing, relaxing with a book and eating alfresco We are retired and our stay was for 2 months and therefore you need the apartment to be comfortable and have everything you would need for a long stay. The service provided by Sunmarbella, special mention should go to Dragos for exemplary service. I would highly recommend Sunmarbella for your holiday rentals. Fingers crossed that the apartment will be available for our holiday in 2024
