Would not recommend! We were threatened by an English man called Henry and a big mixed race english man with tattoos because we complained about the noise at unsociable hours. Staff did not help us at all!
Great complex but issues with security, lots of break ins and nobody seems to be able to do anything unless they are the president of the complex. Great to air bnb for a week or so but not to live in unfortunately

I am a patient of Dr. Cortes. She is treating me with hormone therapy. This month of March, I was supposed to have a pellet placed, but when I called to make an appointment with the doctor, her nurse informed me that there is a stock shortage and they do not have any pellets. Why wasn't I notified in advance to look for an alternative???!!! Does a clinic like PLANAS really not have other suppliers….???!!! Once again, I have been left unattended and without any kind of option or alternative!!!!!Soy paciente de la Dtra Cortes. Ella me está tratando con terapia hormonal. Este mes de marzo tendría que colocarme un pelet, pero cuando yo he llamado para pedir hora con la doctora su enfermera me ha comunicado que hay rotura de stock y no tienen pelets. Porque no me han avisado con tiempo para buscar una alternativa???!!! Realmente una clínica como PLANAS no tiene otros proveedores….???!!! De nuevo me he quedado desatendida y sin ningún tipo de opción o alternativa!!!!!
