I had been thinking about getting a hair transplant for many years and was researching multiple options. Through word of mouth I heard about Dr.Pannos clinic in Marbella and decided to go for it. It was a great decision and I couldn’t be happier with the results after 8 months. The process itself was seamless and Dr.Panno was there at every step. After many years of researching hair transplants all over the world, I had mine done with Dr Panno and his team yesterday. Unlike other clinics, Dr Panno is actively involved at every stage (although nurses/technicians perform alot of the work too, with excellent precision and patience). Dr Panno was waiting for me personally at the clinic when I arrived and took me through all of the admission forms. The procedure itself was long (approx 11 hours for me) but I was always able to take bathroom/water breaks as and when needed. Whilst it is still early days for me, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Panno and his team to anyone considering a hair transplant. His prices are also very affordable.

I have had 2 procedures with Dr Panno and his team. The first one was 6 years ago and I am very happy with the results. The second one was yesterday and so far so good. The team are fantastic. The consultation is informative and you feel very comfortable. The price is also very good. Turkey has become very popular for transplants but for the very affordable price Dr Panno charges I don’t see why you’d waste your money or time going there. His quality is second to none and a great price. The days leading upto the surgery you get regular updates from the team. On the day there’s no messing or waiting around so if you’re a little nervous or unsure then there’s no time to stress or worry. Other than the injections at the start you feel nothing during the surgery. I had a follow up today and both Dr Panno and I are happy with the results. Another follow up in 3 days time. The aftercare is second to none. I highly recommend using this team. You won’t regret it.

An absolutely amazing & successful experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend his clinic to anyone considering it! Pisano is an true artist, the results are and look totally natural. I was not really considering doing this, but when I saw how they truly transformed the appearance of people (of all ages), I unhesitatingly went for it. Personally I had a large bald spot at the back of my head that really bothered me, plus a receding hairline in the front. With a one session at his clinic, they basically resolved it all for me- I no longer felt like I was prematurely aging. It was a very noticeable change and improvement. I would consider returning for a second session sometime in the future to achieve an even fuller improvement, and without any hesitation I fully recommend Pisano to anyone.

Terrible. I had an upper blepharoplasty that turned out awful. They had to redo it, but with a different surgeon. And a mini-lift that, after 6 months, was already the same as before. From the moment I arrived at the airport in Malaga my experience was fantastic. Pol collected my wife and I and brought us to our accommodation. We were then brought to the clinic which was modern, clean and bright. We the met the lovely Yari who explained the whole procedure from start to finish. Yari was with me the whole time supervising everything. The very patient Sem and Muj performed the procedure over a period of about 7 hours. Apart from the initial anaesthetic injections the process was pain free and comfortable. Since my procedure the after care has been exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for Yari and her team, always available for any questions I may have. 4 months on my hair is coming on very well and starting to thicken up. I had a transplant in October 2025, it is now June 9, and no one has cared about me. I chose Medik Hair expecting not only a good surgical result, but also proper aftercare and follow-up. Unfortunately, while the surgery day itself was well organised, the experience after that has been very disappointing. The initial consultation was smooth, and on the day of surgery everything seemed professional — accommodation and logistics were handled well. However, even at payment stage there was already a lack of attention, as they tried to charge €200 more than agreed. Mistakes can happen, but it set the tone. What really stands out is the complete lack of post-operative care. Since my surgery in October 2025, I have booked two online follow-ups (December and May), and in both cases no one contacted me — not even a message afterwards to apologise or reschedule. I also travelled for a face-to-face consultation in February. After waiting over an hour and a half, I was told the doctor was not available. Instead, I was seen by someone else for about three minutes and received very poor, generic feedback. The only guidance I have received since the surgery is a prescription given back in October. Since then, no one has followed up to advise whether I should continue the treatment, adjust the dosage, or assess my progress. What I find most ironic is that Medik Hair promotes on social media how closely they support and monitor patients after surgery. Based on my experience, I genuinely don’t know how that support works — because I certainly haven’t seen it. Very disappointing experience when it comes to patient care after the procedure.

Rochar lies more than they speak, poor quality, you only have to look at their Instagram, and good treatment until some issue arises, then they leave you stranded and start lying non-stop. I’m lucky I got away. I was supposed to have surgery in Barcelona at the end of January, and the week before, they inform me that they are delaying the intervention until the last week of March. If I want to have surgery in January, I have to go to Marbella. This was NOT the agreement, and they still haven’t returned the money, 2,500 euros, which they promised a dozen times they would return instantly. Stay away from these people.Ni os acerquéis.
