Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We absolutely loved our stay at Mirador 211 in Marbella. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more and would highly recommend Casa Adel to anyone looking for a villa stay. We would definitely return in the future.

Marie was an amazing host from start to finish. She was always available for check-in, check-out, and any questions we had during our stay. I had a great experience with this SOLO. The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was spotless and the car was absolutely perfect on pickup. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. I had no issues at all during the rental, and everything went very smoothly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end. DO NOT USE! I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn’t have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems. I hadn’t heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890. They can only discuss this over email as apparently it’s a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area. If the company changes it’s stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was easy, the car was clean and in perfect condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. Pickup and return were quick and convenient. I am very satisfied with the rental experience and would happily use SOLO Rent a Car again. Highly recommended!

Charged €100 for this and apparently some hair which they did not send me evidence of. Even though I paid FULL coverage! Clearly don’t clean between clients as expect you to valet after your use. I’ve seen similar reviews. Pure greed. We used to rent 7-8 times per year through this company but instead of valuing customers they would rather €100 euro 😂 Do not use this company

Could not recommend this beach club more! This was my second visit and it did not disappoint, if not excelled my visit last year. I have not yet eaten in the restaurant (which I definitely will one day) but used the sun loungers on the beach. There’s a lot of competition on this stretch of beach with Nossa, Bono, Luuma and the more local ones but this is by far the chicest. It’s definitely the more relaxed one with new, premium sun loungers and set up. Drinks menu is a delight and beach snack options are excellent. But what made my recent trip so enjoyable was the service. From entering to leaving – staff are utterly fantastic. Front of house is incredibly friendly, helpful and go out of their way to accomodate you. But Nico my waiter on the beach was brilliant. An excellent waiter with the perfect personality to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Nothing was a chore, he went an above expectations and was a delight to be served by. When I return to Marbella, I will always return here. Bit of advice is to ensure you book sun loungers in advance as it does get booked up!

Dune Beach Marbella is absolutely spectacular, but the most memorable part of our visit was Frederick. He welcomed us with such warmth and gave us incredible recommendations that made the whole experience unforgettable. The food is simply delicious. If you visit, don’t miss lunch or dinner here, and definitely order the pink prawns — they may very well be the best prawns you’ll ever have in your life. The artichokes were also outstanding. Even the wine was spectacular. What makes this place special is not just the beautiful beach setting, but the entire atmosphere. Trust Frederick’s recommendations, go with the flow, enjoy the moment, and let yourself be surprised. A truly wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time.

Really beautifull beach club, food was amazing. Best burger we ever had, we order it twice haha, could not leave without trying again on the same day. Our waiter ‘Ayelen’ was so lovely🙏🏼, DJ playing relaxed music, not to loud. Everything was perfect. Good vibes, good food, good people

I usually stay at any beach for 3-4 hours, but today I broke that record staying for 8 hours. That is because the staff, food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Alen was awesome! He is a hard worker and super friendly. The location is outstanding and the restaurant and beach area were fantastic. Next time I visit Marbella, I will spend another day at Dune! Well done!

I had an excellent experience with Lucky Rent a Scooter! From the very first call, the team was incredibly helpful — they even came to pick us up from our location, which was super convenient. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the whole process was quick and easy. The scooter was in great condition, and the overall experience was definitely a 5/5. They very professional, good prices, speak English and always open. Good location as you can go shopping for for coffee or lunch while you wait for car. Simple but good waiting area too with hot and cold drinks in machine.

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my car for an oil and filters change. After two hours they told me my car didn’t start because of the problem with the fuel pump. I gave them the car that was fully functioning and they returned to me a piece of metal on wheels. The car doesn’t start and nobody even cares for it. All the time that I’ve spent here they are telling me to wait for some person. And then this person tells me to wait for another person and this goes on and on. This is insane to bring in a car for a simple service and get back the one that doesn’t start. If you value your time and mental health better choose another service station. Norauto and quality service are two different things that don’t combine

I left my car at Norauto Marbella for a simple brake replacement. After more than three hours, I was informed that the car was “ready”. Nothing had been done. Their excuse? They claimed the brakes were “too rusty” and impossible to remove or repair. This is coming from a company that calls itself automotive experts. Now the humiliating part—for them. When I got home, I took a basic hammer. Within 30 minutes, the supposedly “impossible” brakes were off and loose. No special tools. No drama. No excuses. Let that sink in: What their “professional workshop” failed to do in over three hours, I solved myself in half an hour. This is not bad luck. This is sheer incompetence. Either their staff lacks even the most basic mechanical skills, or they assume customers are clueless and won’t question them. Both scenarios are unacceptable. ⚠️ Do NOT trust their diagnostics ⚠️ Do NOT waste your time ⚠️ Do NOT leave your car here If a workshop cannot remove brake components and then hides behind excuses, it should not be allowed to touch customer vehicles at all. Avoid Norauto Marbella. Completely.

Very poor and untrustworthy experience. The price for the tire change was agreed in advance at €200, but at payment I was forced to pay almost double. The shop justified this by referring to my signature on a tablet. However, this signature was taken when I handed over the car keys, and no price, contract terms, or agreement details were visible on the screen at that moment. As a customer, I was not given a fair opportunity to review or knowingly accept the final price. The situation was misleading and felt pressuring rather than transparent or honest. I do not recommend this business to anyone who values clear pricing and fair customer service. Be very careful and always demand everything in writing before signing anything.

Over charged for tyres only to find out they’re winter tyres and not sutible. It’s marbella! Why would I need snow tyres? Absolutely disgusting. Go anywhere but here, for your safety. Very poor service, was quoted 1hr for the works but was still waiting 2hrs later. Criminal 🤬

We went there for a Lenny Kravitz concert. The acoustics and sound in this place are outstanding. I could hear every instrument extremely clearly. The location is amazing but hard to access.

Starlight is the perfect 5 star live music festival. All seated, great sound, fantastic views. Superb sophisticated atmosphere. Well worth the money. The Pet Shop Boys Perfectly crafted performance was well suited to this venue. With Neil Tenants poetic vocals clear and melodic over the music.

Fantastic experience across the board. Very stylishly presented venue, lots of helpful staff. Extremely well organised given the extraordinary location, with shuttle busses coming and going without hiccups. Sound quality is superb, BUT I would avoid the sides of the stalls in the front 3 rows given the noise level and obstruction from panels and camera etc. Went to see Kool& the Gang last night. It´s ok, but the absence JT Taylor lead singer and face of the band is something I still can not get over. Still, a good performance.

Book your parking space in advance, it is not free, street parking is available but limited. The venue is all outdoor so be prepared, but excellent facilities, plenty of food and drink at venue prices, and strict security checks will remove all drinks from your baggage.

I was just there for the UB40 concert and have to say what a fantastic venue the Starlight is. Not only aesthetically, but organizationally, it’s very well-run. LOTS of staff who know exactly what they’re doing (kudos to the young lady who took charge to retrieve my phone that dropped below my seat into the rafters. She was phenomenal!), and well-placed people everywhere to ensure smooth flow, safety, great dining options, lots of space, etc. It’s one of the best (and best-run) venues I’ve seen in the world. Also one of the most beautiful and well-planned. Again, HUGE thank you to the young woman (Starlight staff) who led the charge to retrieve my phone. When security really didn’t know what to do, she and her team impressively took control. Fantastic venue, lots of dining and drink options; will definitely return. Greetings from Salobreña. ☀️

Terrible experience this year, they’ve moved the free parking miles away with the old car park costing €50 and absolutely empty. Just feels like a cash grab. We were here 3 times last year and loved each night. Very disappointing

Holiday perfection|We stayed in a 3 bed townhouse. This has been our most successful holiday over many years. We were so lucky as our house had direct access to one of the shared pools. It was so quiet (end of Aug) that most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. |The cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none.|The flowers and greenery around the pool and indeed the whole holiday village were so beautiful. |We didnt hire a car and instead walked into Puerto Banus (25 mins very safe walk. Most of walk is pleasant but you have to go under a busy underpass briefly). Of course if we wanted to venture further we would have hired a car. But we only wanted sun, pool, sea and restaurants so PB met needs outside of a accommodation. We also ate Brunch and/or lunch many times at both of 2 local restaurants which I would highly recommend 👌 |We were honestly so happy. We are a family of 5 with kids age 14, 12 and 6. |Ticked all our boxes and more.|We will surely be returning!

Huge space, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms as well as a well appointed kitchen with washing facilities. Communual pool, terrace all easy access and easy to use. Parking right outside gates too made it super convenient!

Very good place and well located. The facilities are excellent and it’s near the beach, city, and supermarket. A great spot that provided us with a wonderful vacation. As a bonus, they allow pets, which made my dog very happy.

We stayed here from 20/07 – 25/07 check in was easy just punch ur booking number into a screen at reception and get your keys and a map that leads you to ur room. ||Apartment was spacious and well air conditioned, pool was very big and a good temperature. ||The complex felt very secure with gates needing a resident key to open. Within the complex there is a mercado which was very convenient, we bought food here everyday. ||The complex is only around 10 minutes from Puerto Banùs. With other amenities within walking distance as well. ||All in all a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Reception management was exceptional. So so helpful from taxi ordering to advise really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. The only negative is the sun lounger with no cushion and the furniture is outdated but overall spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything we needed.

Note the reviews are from years ago.. It has been closed since 2021.. after the pandemic. Sadly, the people who made the camping special have all gone because there is now a new owner. It is due to open again in August 2026.. There has been some work clearing the trees and weeds.. So now is a new beginning.. wait for new reviews… because the old ones are not relevant.

This campground wasn‘t good. It was too loud until 1am in the morning, there was music everywhere, dogs were barking all the time, the toilets were dirty and the streets aren‘t convenient for campervans to drive. The beach is also 200 Metres away and there are too less showers. Next year there will be a new chef and I hope it will be better.

We were excited to learn a market was on site, bakery, butcher, The Mediterraneo Bar, plus a separate restaurant. These are welcomed amenities. Ladies and Gents facilities were clean and being renovated. It was an enormous place and the berths were close in proximity. It felt like a permanent town due to the amount of long-termers living there. Everywhere we travel Wi-Fi is free or 1.00 Euro. They charge 5.00 Euros a day and state internet connection is an option. NOT an option these days when one needs to communicate with family and another guest likes (very much) to blog. Oh well … pulled on thought how nice reception was and pool area … oh dear looking for a pitch was a different story ….. a lot of the Spanish have long term pitches which is not uncommon on campsites – however there was old coach buses and old vans that looked like they had been there decades not months and were covered in green mould. The campsite should make them keep there vehicles clean at least. There was a gate at the back of campsite with access straight into a beach. This campsite was not for us. Cleaner campsite two minutes up the road.

Strange camping, perhaps it had to do with the time of year – November. Odd disarray of permanent pitches most appeared uninhabited. Didn’t have a friendly feel at all. Area also very quiet but campsite has close proximity to the seaside. Clean and with good security.

This is Spain, not a boring Caravan Club site with vans all pointing in the same direction and equally spaced.|| If that is what you want don’t come here.||Staff are friendly and speak good English. Amenities are very clean and enough that there is no queuing for a shower.||50 mtrs walk to a sandy beach stretching all the way to Marbella.||Plenty of beach restaurants.||Restaurants and supermarket on site and large swimming pool. At peak times there are plenty of activities for children.||A very safe site.||Good prices, best on the Costa but in the August there are often no pitches available.||All in all a good site and renovations are finished it will be excellent

If I could, I would be giving this service a negative rating. This is the absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered anywhere we have ever lived. 1,200€ for nothing, no official diagnosis, no identification of the source of the problem. They should be ashamed to charge someone for failing to find the cause. Then 1,300€ more just to diagnose (possibly) for a repair job that could cost up to 10,000€ on top of all that, which is absolute rubbish. And after holding the car hostage for several days, when we came to take it home and look for another service, an employee expressed interest in buying the car and later made an offer of 6,500€ for a 2019 AMG A3 Mercedes with 80,000km. This is an absolute joke. So if you have something real that needs fixing, I would strongly advise you to go to another service. Our car finally has a diagnosis and it didn’t require taking apart a hand assembled AMG engine, which these crooks suggested to do.

Do not go here!! They cannot seem to fix an Audi. There was some minor damage and the car has been there for multiple weeks now already. No one is giving information and they keep postponing the pick up.

Left my Citroën for a recall repair and an annual service. When I picked it up the windshield washer was broken. After 2 more visits and 5 days they fixed it but left me with a 170€ bill for replacing a broken fuse (which I didn’t break). Worst experience by far.

Best Mercedes service. Always kind personnel, they get the car repaired punctually and perfectly.. Exactly the service I would expect for a Mercedes. Very recommended. Thank you

5* servicio. New light and front panel needed so they fixed the light so I could get through my MOT and then they fixed the panel. Very polite and accommodating at all times. Came back to me all shining and washed. Never in 30 years of taking cars in for services etc all over the UK, Málaga and Córdoba have I had such great service. Thank you team 👍

I had a great experience with my rental car and the agent that helped me. They did attempt to upsell to upgrade the car several times and I declined, but other than that no concerns. Be sure to take photos and video of your vehicle.

The one good thing was that the young lady who worked with us spoke good English. The bad is to expect to be upsold HARD both on vehicle selection and on insurance policies. Also fully expect an ending invoice MUCH higher than originally quoted with several undescriptive line items. The head office support was really no help at all either. We will never use Sixt again!

SCAM WARNING! Fraudulent branch. This is a fraudulent Sixt branch. There are numerous deceived customers in the reviews here, and now I have unfortunately become one of them. They scam everyone using the exact same scheme: they hand over a damaged vehicle, intentionally leaving the scratches off the rental agreement. When you return the car, they photograph these exact scratches and send you a bill. They deliberately do not take “before” photos of the car. Instead, an employee just writes by hand on paper that there are no scratches. They then compare actual digital photos taken AFTER the rental with these handwritten notes made BEFORE. If I had read the reviews here earlier, I would have never stepped foot into this office. I am writing this to warn other potential victims of this scam.

Really bad service. Gave us an “electric car” that we had to charge 3 times for a 2h drive. 30min to charge and we payed 20€ each time.make the maths. The car model wasn’t the one we booked and we called for assistance and we got redirected four times to have the key. Also for the “live agent” we never got connected. We got redirected and hung up on 6 times. I don t recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect until I got charged additional 250 euro 7 days after rental for so called additional costs for extension of rental. The price of extension was shown and I accepted it and paid for immediately but then I’m charged again. This is literally stealing money from costumer that wasn’t aware of additional costs. Its sad because I really enjoyed the whole process from the beginning. I guess I will have to choose Enterprise next time
