Absolutely terrible experience at the Lil Baby concert tonight. The waiters were aggressively demanding an additional 10% tip on top of the bill and putting customers under pressure to pay it. ( theres is a 10% included anyway but they added even another 10% on top ) When people refused, security was allegedly called over to intimidate them. This felt like a pure scam rather than hospitality. The waiter with the long beard was especially rude, arrogant, and unprofessional throughout the evening. Customer service was completely unacceptable. This thief needs to be stopped! Also, the rating of this venue seems highly questionable. People are being offered free alcohol in exchange for positive reviews, which makes the overall score very misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful when paying your bill and don’t be fooled by the rating. Very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience at this beach club. The location is beautiful, with relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to spend the whole day there. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The food and drinks were fresh, well-presented, and reasonably priced for the quality. The sunbeds were comfortable, the facilities were clean, and the music created the perfect vibe it’s an excellent place to relax, enjoy good food and drinks, and spend time by the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun yet peaceful beach club experience, and I’ll be coming back on my next visit.

Would 100% come back.

Unfortunately, we ended up paying a very expensive price for the lesson at this place, just like so many others. 😡 I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was one of the worst experiences of my life! You can be sure they’ll rip you off. We ordered one calamari, but they charged us for two. 😡 Everything is ridiculously overpriced. An Aperol costs €25, and I won’t even mention the prices of everything else. 🤷🏼‍♀️ They’re only interested in taking your money, and they even mislead their customers. They tell you that you’re required to spend a minimum of €70 per person plus sunbed, but what they conveniently forget to mention is that the kitchen closes at 6:00 p.m. (this was on a Thursday). As a result, we were forced to order more drinks just so we wouldn’t lose the money we had already committed to spending, because we couldn’t order any more food. They were completely inflexible. When we found out the kitchen was closed, they weren’t even willing to prepare a simple fruit platter, which would have taken about five minutes. The service is low-quality and feels like a tourist trap. There is absolutely no empathy, and they try to project a luxury image in the middle of nowhere. It’s simply a place that burns through your money. Never again!!

Nice venue, decor and sun loungers. Lovely front of house staff. Shocking (and I mean shocking) waiter service. Utterly useless. Having spent my Saturday day there, the whole day I had to chase them for everything I had asked for. Chase to be served, chase for where my order was, chase again. Unbelievably slow, inefficient and lack lustre (aside from one blonde haired guy who seemed to be British?) otherwise most the male waiters were honestly shockingly useless. It put a real dampener on the day. Especially considering it was so quiet so there was no excuse. It was also extortionate for what it was, so be prepared. I’d perhaps not care as much if it wasn’t such poor service. Settings surrounding the venue are also a bit rough and run down. Apparently Sundays are meant to be more of a vibe but not sure I’d recommend this one considering the huge amount of competition.

I came here with high expectations, based on the “luxury beach club” image they try so hard to sell. What I found was a very expensive lesson in branding versus reality. Highlights of the experience: * Apparently, basic math is not part of the management strategy. The number of bathrooms is completely insufficient for the number of guests, so at some point people start migrating to nearby public toilets. Very exclusive. * The décor feels like a showroom for plastic plants and budget furniture pretending to be “Mediterranean chic.” * We were served by a Russian waiter who somehow managed to double charge the service fee. A bold interpretation of hospitality. * The wine list is impressively overpriced for the level of wine being offered. Paying luxury prices for average supermarket-quality bottles is certainly… ambitious. And then comes the masterpiece: €100 sangria. At that point, it stops being hospitality and becomes performance art. Perfect place for people who enjoy burning money while convincing themselves they’re experiencing luxury. If your standards are low enough, you may even call it “exclusive.”

Terrible customer service. We preordered our food for a group of 12 people and they were very slow in giving the food and very slow in giving the drinks and they still got everything wrong. It was not even busy and the staff spent most of it chatting to each other. Would not recommend or visit again. Atrocious and diabolical.

We visited Playa Padre for the BohoSunday event last week as a group of 9 to celebrate our friend’s birthday, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. A special thank you to Sarabel, Alex, and Miguel for their amazing communication, attention, and service throughout the day. But honestly, the entire staff stood out, everyone knew exactly how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The place itself is stunning, with a very unique vibe, beautiful atmosphere, great music, and an energy that makes you want to stay all day. We especially loved the evening atmosphere inside, the music was amazing, the sound system was excellent, and the decoration and overall design of the place are truly impressive. You can really feel the quality and attention to detail everywhere. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Marbella. We’ll definitely be back 😊☀️

The atmosphere at the restaurant was amazing and very comfortable, and the service was excellent, especially from our waitress Alex. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional, which made the experience even better. The beef tacos were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. However, the steak was unfortunately overcooked and burnt. We politely asked for a replacement, but the second steak came out with the same issue. I hope they pay more attention to the steak preparation because everything else about the restaurant was really enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my time at Resto Momento. From the moment I walked in, it felt warm and welcoming, with a relaxed but stylish atmosphere. The food was honestly delicious—the risotto, salmon, and tacos were all standout dishes for me. Even though the menu is familiar, everything is prepared with care and full of flavor. The service and staff were outstanding, I left feeling happy, satisfied, and already looking forward to coming back.

There is nothing wrong with the venue itself, but the staff were so rude that we decided to leave. The young women at the entrance were particularly unfriendly. I do not understand why someone would choose to work in the service industry if they are unwilling to treat customers with basic courtesy. This place has the potential to be excellent if the staff were more welcoming and professional. Hiring friendly and positive employees would greatly benefit the business. It is disappointing to see such a beautiful venue overshadowed by the poor attitude of its staff.

This club was surprisingly empty, with hardly anyone dancing apart from me and my friend. Towards the end of the night, a waiter barged into my friend while walking past with a tray. She calmly told him not to touch or push her as there was plenty of room to walk around. Rather than apologising, the waiter immediately went to a bouncer, who had been friendly with my friend earlier in the evening, and told him to remove us. The bouncer came straight over, was extremely rude, refused to listen to our side of the story, and simply ordered us to leave. We hadn’t argued, caused a scene, or behaved badly in any way. We were removed simply because my friend stood up for herself after being pushed by a member of staff. As it was my birthday, this completely ruined the end of what should have been a special night. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and disappointed by how unprofessionally the situation was handled. Customers should be treated with respect and at the very least be given the opportunity to explain what happened before being thrown out. Sadly, based on my experience, I wouldn’t return or recommend Momento Club.

The service was on point, our waiter really knew his stuff and made the experience even better. The vibe was unmatched, with a lively atmosphere that made the night feel special. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for a high-end night out in Marbella. Note that there is a £150 per person spend.

It didn’t live up to expectations at all, and honestly it would be better removed from the menu rather than serving something that feels like a gimmick. The service felt a bit cold and not as warm or attentive as expected, which slightly affected the overall experience. What was more disappointing was finding an additional €25 service charge on the bill without any prior notice. If this had been clearly mentioned during the reservation process or on the menu, it would have been easier to accept. The issue is not whether the charge is €25 or €2 — it’s the fact that customers should be informed in advance rather than being surprised at the end. Overall, it didn’t feel fully justified for the experience provided.

It was a very nice place. The vibes and music were amazing ♥️ The food was delicious 😋, and the waitress was so friendly and cute — unfortunately, I forgot her name 🥹. However, despite the place being almost empty (as shown in the video), we were told that all the beach beds were fully booked (the most affordable option for swimming and dining). Instead, we were offered a table in the restaurant area, which had no extra charge and we only paid for our food and drinks. Overall, I would give it 4⭐ because I’m sure the service can be improved, especially regarding table and beach bed bookings. Also, the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming 😎. Before I forget, the security guard was very friendly and kind 😊.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Nikki Beach Marbella has a beautiful setting, a great atmosphere, and attentive service. The staff are friendly and professional, although at times it feels like they are constantly trying to upsell food and drinks. The biggest disappointment is the beach bed policy. To reserve a bed, you are required to meet a €500 minimum spend, and most importantly, that minimum can only be fulfilled by purchasing a 1.5-liter bottle of champagne. If you prefer to drink wine instead, that is not an option. The issue is not the minimum spend itself, but the lack of flexibility in how guests can use it. If you are expecting the same beach club atmosphere as Mykonos, be aware that it is quite different. There are many families and children around the pool, creating a much more relaxed, family-oriented environment. Overall, I would recommend visiting Nikki Beach Marbella for the restaurant, the food, and the atmosphere, but I would skip renting a beach bed unless this policy changes. A little more flexibility would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Nikki Beach is a must if you are in Marbella. The restaurant offers an extensive menu of delicious options. The sea bass, burrata and poke bowls were perfect. The service is impeccable and the views are unreal. On Sunday, they had an amazing DJ that played the best music for dancing and relaxing by the beach. The experience is pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommend, we had a blast!

Great food, bad bad service. Waited 40 minutes to order our drinks, took another 15 to get ( water and wine, nothing complicated to prepare). We got the bottle on the table, asked to keep it cold but we ended up having the bottle on the table till we left.

Andreas David and Alba were our hosts this evening, they were so attentive and they made our night so enjoyable,, attention to detail was amazing. We will be back!

I came here recently on my hen do and had the best night ever! The staff were super friendly and attentive and made our night so enjoyable. The food was really nice and food and drinks were reasonably priced in my opinion. The best part was after dinner, the staff literally helped me onto a table and I had the time of my life dancing the night away on the table with my friends. Truly a night we won’t forget!

Best place to come if you’re looking for some delish food and a fun night out afterwards. Recommend booking a late dinner, maybe 9pm.

Great lunch here with a group of 12. We had the deinksnpackage for an extra £35. The vibe was brilliant, DJ was amazing, and the food was incredible. The staff were lovely and really made the experience. Only issue was at the end when splitting the bill one staff member was quite rude and unhelpful, said she wouldn’t split the newly £1000 bill between 12 of us as it was inconvenient for her. Although another did sort it for us!

we came here for dinner and really enjoyed the food. I really appreciated the amount of vegan / vegetarian options and everything was delicious. However I do have to say that I found the music (live singer) very loud. As the evening went on, it became increasingly difficult to understand and have a conversation. I wonder if this is due to us going on a Saturday, as the restaurant is connected to a bar. Other than that I really enjoyed the evening and would come here again! Really great food.

My husband loves a Sunday Roast and he says this is the best Sunday roast out of UK also better than a lot of places we have been in UK! I have to say food is good and very well presented. We had a little problem with our outside table last Sunday but host gave us a delicious Brownie desert in apology! They didn’t have to but I thought that was really nice from them. Lady that served us inside was lovely, smiling and always coming to check how was everything. My second time here and definitely not the last! Lovely place, lovely waiters lovely atmosphere!

They struck the perfect balance between fun and teaching us how to make great cocktails, and you could really tell how passionate they are about what they do. The whole session felt special because of them—they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. If their manager sees this, Alfredo and Eric truly deserve recognition for how amazing they are at their jobs. They turned a fun activity into something exceptional, and we’re still talking about it now! We booked in for an afternoon party (1pm-11pm) for a stag do. There were 4 us in total so took a large bed space in the VIP area worth it. We were at the back of the resort over looking the entire pool area with a great view out to the beach and sea also. Included package with champagne and soft drinks to start with waiter service throughout. The staff were excellent, very quick and accommodating. There was a mix of familes and parties through the day, each in their own respective areas but you were able to use the entire area and walk freely anywhere. Excellent food, drinks and facilities, all spotless cleaned and maintained throughout. There were a couple loose flooring boards in the VIP area which had to be maintained duriing the day through heavy foot fall but nothing promlematic. Prices are steep but the area demands it really, its an expectation. A great day of entertainment and enjoyment.

I’ve always enjoyed yoga with Alex, but since he started floating yoga at Ocean Club in Puerto Bañus it’s become a very new, very elevated and exclusive experience. I can only recommend it to any and everyone interested in an adventurous yoga session, in a beautiful environment.

Ocean Club Marbella is an amazing place to spend the day — the vibe is super chill, the environment stylish yet relaxed, and the service was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and well-prepared. We had 6 liters of rosé wine and 2 bottles of champagne — everything was top quality and served perfectly chilled. The whole experience felt luxurious without being too formal. Great music, beautiful setting, and the perfect spot to enjoy the Marbella sun with friends. Definitely one of the best beach clubs on the coast!

Stylish, super clean, and very well organized. You don’t choose your bed – the staff assigns it, which actually keeps things flowing smoothly. Service was excellent all day, the crowd a relaxed and slightly older mix (35+), and the music stayed pleasantly in the background. One thing that surprised us a bit: there were quite a few families with small kids around – not exactly what you’d expect at a beach club vibe-wise, but still fine. Another note: on windy days, umbrellas stay closed unless guests explicitly take the risk – which makes sense, but it’s good to know in advance. Big plus: you can stay until 9 PM and really enjoy a full beach day.

Pool is big and the water is clean and has a perfect temperature. Service is very good and proffesional. The prices are quite expensive. Food is good but also expensive. If you are willing to spend around 250€ per person for a day (with tickets incl.) then it’s a great place to go.

Food and drinks were decent, it’s priced as you would expect in this part of Spain at a Beach Club. Service started out a bit slow, but picked up after the first drink and they found us a table as walk-ins. Wash rooms and the venue in general is very nice and well maintained with friendly staff. This place is very kid friendly, which may be a positive for some, but personally I don’t want to pay €250+ for a bed and have screaming children running around.

the beach club is beautiful and the food tastes amazing. the spicy mango cocktail we ordered tasted incredible. the only issue is that we were served the sushi before our starters. the music and atmosphere is really modern and enjoyable. It was my first time visiting Nosso, and I was truly impressed by the level of service and the way the staff take care of their guests. I would especially like to thank Dani, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. You can really feel the attention to detail here. From serving water directly on the beach to taking care of every aspect of the guest experience, everything is done with genuine care. They even serve the water in glasses and ask whether you would like lemon—it’s these thoughtful little touches that make all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious, the beach was spotless with beautiful white sand, and I also loved the stylish design, the atmosphere, and the crowd. Everything about this place creates a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. Nosso has definitely become one of my favorite beach clubs, and I will happily recommend it to all of my friends. I can’t wait to come back

Very disappointing experience at Nosso Marbella. We had a very unpleasant situation regarding the bill. The price was increased twice, without any clear explanation as to why. When we asked to see the supporting receipts/invoices, they refused to show all of them, despite the fact that several invoices had apparently been issued with increase after increase. Instead of calmly explaining the charges and resolving the matter professionally, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Security was called, and we felt pressured and prevented from simply leaving while the dispute was ongoing – and thus forced to pay under pressure. The behaviour was, in my opinion, completely unacceptable for a venue that presents itself as high-end. A restaurant should be transparent with its billing, especially when prices are changed multiple times. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I would not recommend Nosso based on how this was handled.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was of very poor quality, the dishes did not seem fresh, and they were definitely not worth the prices charged. What was even more disappointing was how the staff handled the situation. I politely informed the waiters that the food was not acceptable, but they showed complete indifference. They made no effort to resolve the issue, did not apologize, and simply walked away from our table smiling, which made us feel that our concerns did not matter at all. One final piece of advice: avoid ordering the chicken burger. It was by far the biggest disappointment of the meal. Honestly, the chicken burger from McDonald’s is at least ten times better. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to both the poor quality of the food and the lack of professionalism from the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I certainly will not be returning.

We absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious and the staff were very careful and polite. Everything was perfect, the sun beds, the music, the vibe, the beach! We also booked a relaxing massage which was great. Highly recommended!

Booked a VIP sunbed for €200. Service was fine, but when it came to asking for a table for lunch (2 people), we were turned away. We counted 10 empty tables at which were not occupied for at least 30 minutes after requesting. Decided to go to Dune beach instead, far better service.

LOV this dinner show! 4 of us visited last night and had the best evening. The hospitality welcoming and so friendly. The welcome drink was strong! 😂🍸 We shared a sushi platter that was incredible, followed by the truffle pasta which was absolutely delicious. The live singing, dancing and incredible costumes made the whole experience so much fun. Thankyou to Pablo for looking after us and making sure everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back! 🤍

This dinner show was amazing! I’ve been to many places, but this one truly has it all. The food was delicious, the performances were spectacular, staff was friendly and the entourage kept us dancing the entire evening! We had such an amazing evening at LOV Marbella. The atmosphere was incredible from the moment we arrived. Everyone was having a great time, the energy was amazing and the entertainment was so well done. There were so many different acts, and everything flowed perfectly throughout the night. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious. It’s definitely one of those places I’d recommend to anyone visiting Marbella. A special thank you to Pablo, who really put the finishing touch on the evening. His service was outstanding, he was so welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for us. We were welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for a great evening. Huge thanks to **Pablo** for the outstanding service !!! super attentive, friendly, and he truly made our night even better. If you’re visiting and need anything arranged, ask for Pablo… he takes care of everything flawlessly from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Nice atmosphere that they have with the good shows they produce and good performances from the people they represent in. The food was below average it might be much better but it’s okay. People working there was good as well. The thing about being leaving the restaurant when we are about to step to our car someone approached us and asked us to show him the bill that we paid 🤔 we was like what? But he insisted and he got rejected from our side. This kind of attitude makes me think 💭 twice about this place. As they know we paid in advance and the extra cost was paid as well. Must provide the audience a ticket 🎫 once they paid the bill. And if this guy asked us we might provide him this confirmation ticket that we are not going anywhere without paying them!!

100/10 would definitely recommend. Food is delicious and staff is so helpful and attentive. Show is incredible beyond words, we were left speechless. A must go for sure!
