The whole process of exchanging uk driving licence into Spanish was very easy and efficient. I’ve contacted them via WhatsApp, they have replied within minutes and arranged an appointment for the following day. Super quick, super professional, honestly I couldn’t recommend them enough. As an expat in Spain, I have done all of my paperwork myself, BUT it cost me a lot of stress, which is not worth it, you lose so much time. Definitely allow them to do all the work, and all you have to do is just turn up for your appointment with the right paperwork which they will notify exactly what you need to bring. EASY! Extremely caring and compassionate – if I could give seven stars I would. On holiday one of my dad’s hearing aids became damaged. Without them he’s unable to hear us. I phoned the store at 9am, they were very understanding, whilst they usually run to appointments they explained if we came down they’d try and fit us in. They were able to repair the hearing aid within the hour, my dad can hear again and is able to enjoythe rest of his holiday. 🙏🙏🙏

I just wanted to say, that I have never been treated in such a friendly and proactive way before ! I had several blockages in my cervical and thoracic spine. Salvador Marin treated me very professionally, and I felt much better immediately. He is extremely competent and knows exactly what needs to be done. I highly recommend him for musculoskeletal issues.

Highly recommend! I visited Salvador as was in lots of pain in my neck and shoulder and nothing was working to fix it even chiropractors didn’t work. The following day after my session the pain had completely gone in my shoulder and gradually my neck got better also. Lovely guy and made me feel very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic work. I wish I found Salvador earlier. I luckily got 4 sessions with him and really have to give him 5 stars. Such a professional with a really down to earth personality who was able to help so much. I have elbow, back and leg problems and Salvador was able to locate the problem very quickly and also find other areas I didn’t even know I had problems with. Definitely look him up!

I cannot praise Haim enough. He has been a consummate professional. As well as alleviating pain relating to Parkinson’s Disease he has allayed my anxiety through explaining what he is doing and why. He has supported me through providing an exercise programme for me to follow at home. At my recent Parkinson’s review my consultant was delighted with my progress. Excellent massage! My wife and I have visited Banyan Thai Massage the last 5 years and tried many others in Marbella. This is the best massage, if you like Aromatherapy massage or Thai massage. We have been to Thailand 9 times over the last 30 years and May (the owner) has managed to move “the authentic Thai feeling” to Marbella center at a very affordable price with therapeuts, who are both very skilled and gives a very enriching and relaxing experience.

We’ve been with Dr. Rocio for about three years now and I honestly hardly ever write Google reviews, but she truly deserves one. She is an incredible pediatrician — warm, patient and wonderful with children. She has a very special way of making kids feel safe and calm, even when they are scared. As a parent, I always feel taken seriously and she explains everything clearly and kindly. She is also extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she is very up to date with modern medicine and current approaches. The whole clinic is amazing as well. The reception team is always friendly, helpful and reachable. As a family living abroad, having a multilingual clinic like this gives us a real feeling of comfort and safety. I had a really good experience here at this clinic. The whole atmosphere is calm and the reception team put you at ease from the first contact. I went in without an appointment but was able to see a doctor within just a few minutes who dealt with my wound very carefully over 3 visits. I hope the need doesn’t arise but if it does I would go there again.

We were at the Gyn for pregnancy care, and now with our baby at the pediatric and preventative baby physio therapist. Dr jamie answered the phone and after me explaining the symptoms he recommended we meet to diagnose and treat. I drove down to the clinic where he made me fell very comfortable and at ease. New Dr at the practice called Dr Jamie Weber-Macarthney I took my daughter to him this morning. She’s normally extremely difficult with doctors but he was wonderful with her, really mad a fuss of her and made her feel very comfortable. Didn’t do unnecessary checks stressing her out just listened to the issue and checked the related areas. When we left she even said how much she liked him. High praise from a kid who hates going to the doctor. Very happy

El Corte Ingles sells apple’s products. In the past I have purchased an iPad, iPhone and recently I wanted a printer. The lady who sold me the printer was informed that it had to work with Mac and She recommended a HP laser printer. I could not figure out how to pair the printer and so I took it back to El Corte Ingles to get help. That proved impossible. The service clerk doesn’t know apple products and couldn’t figure out how to pair a printer with my mac. Instead he closed all my tabs and ruined the work I have spent the day doing. Avoid!

I am very disappointed with the service quality. The staff does not communicate with each other at all. I ordered a battery replacement, and they told me that it was ordered on 08/12. It has been two and a half weeks, but no one can tell me what is going on or when it will be ready. There’s a complete lack of information and responsibility. I have no desire to deal with this company again.

Shockingly bad. Yesterday I picked up my Mi 11 ultra after screen (and battery) replacement for 440EUR, realizing later the fingerprint sensor does not work. After a quick google search it was clear, that after every screen replacement a fingerprint sensor calibration is required for the new screen, and for that a 10EUR plastic calbration too is needed – then it takes literally 2 minutes to calibrate. This morning I returened, the staff had no idea, and they apparently had no calibration tool, offered no solution. It was a long time ago I experienced this level of unprofessionalism, incompetence and negligence. I am genuinely surprised how this service can exist in the prestigious El Corte Ingles. Will never use their services again. Edit: how the heck a customer can be more specific on what the issue was? This empty reply is not doing anything. I will not use their service again, plus knowing they are responsible for warranty issues at El Corte Ingles, I will not buy any tech there in the future.

I paid 25 euros to get a screen protector with bubbles. The girl who was at the desk put it on my phone in a very wrong way. My protector was covered in bubbles because it was attached too far to the left, making it impossible to put on a phone case. They don’t take refunds, and I was supposed to pay 5 extra euros if I want to have a new screen protector. It’s very unfair because I paid 25 euros and got a spoiled protector by their fault. P.S The proof that I got my screen protector put on my phone in this place is attached below

Had my husband take my phone with a cracked screen to be replaced they told him 45 minutes to an hour. He came back 45 minutes later and still not ready an hour and 15 minutes later they were giving him the phone €120 for a cracked screen repair three times as much as it would have been in the UK not ok to rip off the tourist market! the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone no longer works and the back of the phone has been glued into position with glue leaking out the edges and the glue not adhering to the phone device making the fingerprint sensor obsolete and access to Critical biometric security systems obsolete! will be taking the phone back today to see if further repairs can be done to rectify their mistakes!!
