Another fantastic stay – as always! From the moment you arrive, you feel the great atmosphere and positive vibe. The service is exceptional, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Everything is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and well looked after. The pool area and pool restaurant are fantastic – the perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and soak up the atmosphere. We always feel at home here and look forward to coming back every time. Highly recommended!

A luxury escape. It’s so peaceful and decadent with a relaxed vibe. 3rd time staying here. Rooms are beautifully done. The daily yoga and Pilates was a bonus and the instruction was to a very good standard. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. The gardens are immaculately kept. My only negatives would be that we spent a lot of time by the pool and we were driven mad by the repetitive playlist. Please bring back the club sandwich at the pool.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! My friend and I came here to celebrate San Juan, and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere was beautiful, lively, and created such a special vibe for the celebration. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the evening, making us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious!! Everything about our visit exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. As a resident here in Marbella I can really recommend Boho Club in Marbella. It is special. It looks beautiful, but it also feels easy and relaxed. And the food. Everything you order is delicious. The service is also always quick and friendly. After dinner there is a DJ playing happy songs that make this place even better. The restaurant itself is very pretty. There are plants everywhere, and the chairs are comfortable. The outside area is my favorite. I really love my nights at Boho Club. The food is great, the night is fun, and the place is beautiful. If you are in Marbella with friends or family, do not miss it. I promise you will have a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Boho Club to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Marbella. We can’t wait to come back!

A truly exceptional hotel. We stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a beautiful bungalow with a private terrace opening straight onto the gardens — green, quiet and completely peaceful. The staff had noted the occasion and marked it with a handwritten letter, cake and wine waiting in the room, along with countless small gestures throughout our stay that felt genuine rather than routine. We never left the property once; everything we could want was already there, and we happily worked our way through every restaurant on site. The kitchen is serious. They even set up an enormous screen for the World Cup with a fantastic atmosphere. Worth every euro, and we’ll be back. Could be improved: Honestly very little. The cocktails at the pool bar in the late afternoon were the one thing that didn’t match the standard of everything else — a small training matter, and easily fixed.

An amazing Dining Experience at Boho Club Marbella From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, stylish atmosphere that perfectly combines elegance with a relaxed bohemian vibe. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, whose warm, approachable, and highly professional attitude truly elevated the experience. For starter, I chose the Smoked Beef Tenderloin, served with a delicate Vitello Tonnato sauce, capers, and pickled onions. The beef was beautifully tender with a subtle smoky flavour, while the creamy tuna sauce added richness without overpowering the dish. As my main course, I had the Iberian Pork with green pepper, scallions, and chive oil. The pork was exceptionally juicy, tender, and full of flavour. To finish, I ordered the Cheesecake, described as a creamy cheese blend with a crispy cookie crust. It was the perfect ending to the meal. The entertainment deserves special recognition as well. Throughout dinner, we enjoyed amazing singer, later evening continued with DJ set, which made party atmosphere. Boho Club offers much more than good food. It’s complete experience where outstanding cuisine, exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and high-quality entertainment.

The hotel was excellent, and my stay was comfortable from the very first day to the last. The rooms were clean, the food was varied and delicious, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. What I enjoyed the most was the entertainment team. Eli, Mireya, and Maite were absolutely amazing. They were always smiling, full of energy, and made every activity fun for both adults and children. They truly played a big part in making my holiday so special and full of wonderful memories. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely come back again. The apartment was huge and the beds were comfortable. We had a pool view apartment but you could see the sea from the mezzanine level – though it’s a bit sad that the wall of the upstairs balcony was so high that you could only see the view while standing on the bed. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher and ample dishes. The breakfast was fine, though much of it was clearly made from frozen – there’s a cooking station with eggs and bacon though. Kids enjoyed the chocolate fountain but they don’t have it every day. Indoor pool was very warm but the jacuzzi was not working. The location is fine – close to a large road but you can walk over it to get to a sizable grocery store and several restaurants. Well placed to visit nearby towns but nothing right by the hotel except a small beach. All in all, not fancy but good value for money.

A really amazing hotel. Rooms are located in blocks around the pool, ample parking facitilies if you want to rent a car also. Service at breakfast and throughout the day is really nice. Staff are so friendly, especially the activities guy Eli who has events for all ages from pool games with the kids to playing bingo with the adults and families. Tucked away nicely outside of Marbella, a taxi to Old Town is ~€17, with shops and some bars & restaurants a short walk away. We opted for 1/2 board, with a buffet breakfast every morning from 0800-1030. Thank you! 🙂

Location is good to get to other areas. Rooms are good however room towels only changed every 4 days. The pool area could be so much better. No cleaning of pool area has taken far so far and we are on day 6 of our holiday. Pool has green algae on the tiles, sunbeds and floor area are not cleaned down. Litter from the previous day can be found under sunbeds. Bins are emptied around pool at the end of the day but other than a man with a leaf blower No other cleaning has taken place around the pool area. Shame really.

Although the appartments and rooms are quite big, they are inadequetly insulated for noise. If you are a big noisy family or dont mind noise you’ll be fine. Do not expect to relax here or sleep peacefully. It is really a shame, but for families I suppose its great. The beds are great, kitchen ok, very old bathrooms and kitchens. Poor lighting for relaxing and reading. Again, just not what I needed as I was looking to relax with other adults off season. Personally I think it is over priced for what it offers, but the staff were great. I would only recommend during high season and for families with young kids.

We have stayed in the Lima hotel before and very happy to revisit. It’s a very nice, friendly hotel, not too big and very close to the beach, bars, restaurants etc. it’s also a stone’s throw from the old town as well as easy access to the promenade which takes you along the coast to Puerto Banús.|The rooms are very comfortable, nice linen and towels. Water pressure was good and they provide toiletries – and beach towels – so you can fill your case with more clothes! It’s reasonably priced for Marbella and we would be happy to return again. |The attentive staff even decorated our room for my birthday during our stay with balloons, chocolates and a handwritten card.

Absolutely gorgeous stay! I only stayed for two days, but I could easily have stayed much longer. The rooms are beautiful, incredibly spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The food was excellent too, with fresh breakfasts and delicious options for both lunch and dinner. The staff were amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. I especially loved the pool area, which was very relaxing, and the whole place had such a lovely atmosphere. The stylish décor and homely feel made it really special. I’ll definitely be back! It’s just a 15-minute taxi ride from Marbella Old Town, so you really get the best of both worlds. I spent most of my time relaxing by the pool and headed into Marbella one evening for dinner👌🏽

The best stay in Costa del Sol! I have stayed in Almunecar, Nerja, Malaga, and El Cortijo Boutique in Marbella is truly the best experience! Each room is unique, decorated with custom curated artwork by the owner Silvana. The hospitality of her staff is 5 STARS!!! They are warm, welcoming, and take care of me like family. Views from the pool terrace of the Mediterranean, birds chirping in the gardens, and ambiance music throughout the grounds far surpass the chaos of condos and hotels. Let me start by saying we will come back again! We loved the hotel character, art, and history. Our room was perfect. The art pieces in the room (All done by the owner herself, Silvana) were unique and told a story. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The location was in a quite and clean neighborhood. There is a supermarket close by. We had dinner at the hotel several nights and we highly recommend the paella! Just back from our 10th stay at Puerto Azul, and it truly remains our favourite place to stay in Marbella. We visit around three times a year, and whether we’ve come as a family of four, a couple, or even a group of ten, every stay has been consistently fantastic. The atmosphere is always calm, welcoming and relaxing.||The location couldn’t be better for us. We love being close to Playa del Faro and Puerto Deportivo de Marbella — perfect for the beach, the bars and the great choice of restaurants.||The cleanliness is exceptional. No matter what time of day you leave your room, you always return to fresh towels and perfectly made beds. We’ve stayed in both front‑facing and side‑facing rooms, and every one has been clean, spacious and comfortable. Even on the street side, noise has never been an issue.||The staff are wonderful — always smiling, friendly and genuinely helpful. The Sirocco restaurant on the ground floor is brilliant for lunch, offering three courses for under 20 euros, which is amazing value.||If I had to mention one tiny negative, it would be that the beds are a little on the firm side, but it’s certainly not enough to stop us returning.||Already counting down to our next stay in five weeks time.

The property is well maintained and the front desk team is incredibly helpful. However, at a rate exceeding $260/night, guests should expect basic resort perks like complimentary beach towels, etc. Additionally, housekeeping operations are rigid; rooms are skipped if not available when the attendant passes, and no service or towel replenishment is available after 16:00, which detracts from the value.|After I mentioned the problem with the towels on hotel site, I’ve got the answer:|”as part of our policy … towel changes are not scheduled for stays of up to 4 nights”|I think this is outrageous!!!

We had an excellent family stay at Aparthotel Monarque Sultán over the weekend, which included a six-year-old child. The location was perfect, only a five-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The facilities were excellent, but more importantly, the room felt more like a fully furnished apartment than a hotel room. The size of the accommodation was superb, giving us plenty of space to relax comfortably as a family. The grounds, gardens, terraces, and pool area were beautifully maintained and created a really peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay. The outdoor pool area was very well laid out, although it was a little too cold for an early morning dip during our visit. Thankfully, the indoor pool more than made up for it and was well worth using instead. The hotel was ideal for families, very relaxing, and perfectly located for both the beach and local amenities. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be stopping here again in the future.

A great location and well maintained but not for families or groups as there are very strict community rules. This is a residential community with mostly permanent residents and noisy guests are not welcomed and will be reported to the police and evicted. Strict pool and behaviour rules apply and are firmly enforced. If you are quiet and respectful of your neighbours you are warmly welcomed but if not, don’t come because you will not be here long,

Three adults shared a 2 bed sea view appartment on the 3rd floor. Appartment was clean and modern and proved to be a good base for our stay. Approx 15 mins walk from Old Town and 5 mins from the beach. Pool wasn’t huge but still big enough for a swim and wasn’t too cold. Not many umbrellas and some were broken. Sun loungers on the beach were 6 euros pp. Nice cafe at the front of the appartment building. Uber from the airport was 60 euros, and 80 euros in a regular taxi when we returned. Access code required to enter the complex at night, but the gate was permanently open during the day. From a security perspective I would have preferred the gate to have been closed/locked at all times. Entry to the appartment block also required an access code – again sometimes the door was wedged open so anyone could just walk in. Overall, a good place to stay and I would recommend.

We loved our stay in the Aqua apartments Marbella. Communication with us was very clear, check-in was easy and well explained. They provided pool towels for us at no extra charge – any extra charges that may occur during our stay was fully explained at check-in. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a fully functioning kitchen. We were a 10 minute walk from the beach, there was free-parking on the road near the apartment, we were lucky to find a spot each day. Check-out was equally as easy and I would have no problem returning to these apartments.

For anyone that is considering: DONT. Unles you dont care about cleanliness. Location is ok and about the only thing that is ok. Staff is polite. Hotel is totaly run down and rooms (at least our room) was plain filthy. For 140 eur/night we did not expect luxury. BUT we expected a clean and pleasant room. Hair everywhere, sand on chairs, bathroom glasses dirty..the room is completely worn out. Towels are probabbly 50 years old, all torn around edges. Shower curtain is gross (which hotel uses shower curtains? They are impossible to clean). This is not an attack on the cleaning lady. She was on one floor for at least half a day because she was alone. Never saw only 1 cleaning lady for whole hotel of this capacity. Judging by the whole operation, management just does not care. No investment, just pure money draining.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marbella! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. They kindly gave us our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated after traveling. To make it even better, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay extra special. As a lovely welcome gesture, they also gave us a free drinks card. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We truly felt valued as guests. Highly recommend this hotel – we will definitely come back!

A superb hotel offering great location, large room s with kitchenettes and full bathrooms. Check in was great and the room was clean with coffee and tea topped up daily. Our room with balcony overlooked the pool and local sports club. Can’t fault it especially for the price- we dod have to park elsewhere as the parking on site is not suitable for large cars

Avoid, unless you want to time travel back to 1970s (with The Shining vibes). Location is great, 200 m from the beach. Beds are very good, the room doors are new, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything else is direly in need of renovation. Avoid.

The staff’s service was extremely poor, and there were delays in returning rooms. The cleaning was very bad. I do not recommend dealing with them.

The room needs full renovation, bath should be replaced, air conditioning looks very old and dirty, glasses were all dirty- it is a shame to leave used glasses to other guests. Very small choice for breakfast. But the worst was car park- on hotel website it says it is available and cost 15€ but they forgot to say that the car park is only for smart cars- not possible to park there any bigger car. You have to go on other car park which cost 25€ per day and then you need to walk to the hotel. Only staff was very nice and helpful.

Recently stayed and had a great time, the staff were very friendly and it was next door to a lidl which for us was fantastic. The only negatives were the rooms were a little tired, the fridge was stocked as a mini bar making it difficult to fit your own stuff in, and the pool didn’t open till 11am (which i understand is out of their control). Would definitely return again though and recommend.

Little bit disappointed that it’s not clearly advertised that the pool is only open on weekends (booked on booking.com) So if you are booked from Monday to Friday you will have no access to the pool other than that, the apartment is good and does the job and is reasonably located so it’s not too far to walk to old town Marbella. I guess they compensate with giving you towels to go down to the beach with, which is a positive as it’s a very short walk. I think it’s important they should not advertise as a hotel, so people understand better what they are in for when they arrive. Again due to it not being a hotel they take a hefty €200 deposit on arrival which I can only imagine will take time to be refunded to you when you leave.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Although we were required to pay a €200 deposit, it was refunded within an hour of checking out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained.

Rooms were very good but a little dated. The fridge temperature gauge was broken so all the contents froze and we unusable. The pool was not available to use on the Monday so this was very disappointing. There was no bar available which was also disappointing.

The hotel itself is in a great location, a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute drive from porta banus. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean and the showers have great water pressure, they also have very spacious balconies. You can rent bikes and electric scooters at reception.

The location of the hotel is good also you can get a public transport from 3 minutes walking distance. We booked that hotel through Booking.com believe that it was 4 stars hotel however it was far from that, first of all if you are a lady and use a separate towel for your hair forget that once you’re staying there, the staff left only one towel for each guest and if you ask extra towel they charge for that, also they don’t change the towel every day, unless you pay extra for that. This hotel has a work system like hostel or cheap hotel near to the highway, they ask deposit and once you are living they left you waiting in the reception for a while until the staff verify the hotel room also if you use the kitchen be careful for don’t use the salt or other basic staff, they overcharge everything. If you are morning person, like to wake up and swim in the pool forget that, you are only allowed to use the pool after 11 am also if you are thirsty at the pool you pay 3 euros for a little bottle of water, basically everything in this hotel has a extra charge. I would say that the price of this hotel remains 4 stars but the staying is an experience in a 1 star hotel.

Hotel Benabola Puerto Banús offers a prime location in Marbella, providing easy access to the area’s main attractions. While the suites offer expansive layouts and scenic views, the overall experience is affected by the dated interior and limited housekeeping services.

Guests may encounter challenges with noise insulation and basic amenities due to the surrounding urban activity. The property presents a functional choice for those prioritizing a spacious stay in a high-demand district over premium luxury comforts.

The location is amazing, the apartment is spacious. It’s not hotel apartments, it’s just rented apartments.. because: 1- The furniture is old and tired many spots on chairs, tables. 2- no water or any complimentary minibar items (coffee or tea) 3- The beds and pillows are uncomfortable we all had back and neck pain after day 3. 4- The apartment included a kitchen (which was not included in the cleaning of housekeeping and had a note that we need to pay €30 an hour for cleaning the kitchen). 5- The washing machine was broken and doesn’t drain water. 6- No amenities (except cheap samples of Shampoo) considering the value and Marbella over priced (everything) – and top notch location of the apartment! 7- Only roll tissues in toilets provided, no tissue box or kitchen tissue rolls. 8- No house keeping after 7. 9- No in-room dining. If you need to stay in a served place choose the rooms not apartments.

Very noisy location. Impossible to sleep a single night cause of only one reason. No soundproofing. The windows are fine like cigarette paper. So you can hear every people talking in the street like they are in your bed. Then imagine all the drunk people going out as Puerto Banus. A disaster in terms of people. A so nice and luxury place full of awful people. Cars are going very fast in the street of Benabola hotel because there is no bumper. Crazy. And you can add the excavation construction in the street as well. Without changing the windows, this hotel is overpriced for the level of the comfort. Bathroom is out of age.

There was mold in my shower. I informed the receptionist and nothing happened. Only after the third time they sent someone to remove the mold. The person removed the mold a bit but then said that it was not mold but the cement losing it’s white color and turning black… There also was no apology or additional help after the incident. I also tried to speak with the manager but was informed that the manager was not there…

This Hotel in Puerto Banus Marbella offers a fantastic experience. Its rooftop area provides truly breathtaking views. It is conveniently situated right in the center of the popular area. You can enjoy unparalleled views of the harbor from here. It’s a wonderful place to relax and take in the scenery.

Terrible experience. Despite having a prepaid reservation, I was not checked in without any clear explanation. This happened on February 6 at 9:30 PM, and I had to urgently look for another hotel. At the reception, I was told to contact them by email regarding the refund. I did so immediately, but almost three weeks have passed and there has been no response. Complete disregard from the hotel. I consider this treatment of guests unacceptable. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel.

Location Perfect location at the entrance of the marina. Close to restaurants, bars, taxi stops, and beaches. About 20–25 minutes on foot to the main bus station. Despite being central, it is on a quiet street with no noise at night. Facilities Clean and well-kept. The hotel has a small market with basic items and a sky bar with stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Not ideal if you are looking for a party vibe. The only thing missing is a pool, though with the location it may not be necessary. Room Spacious room with an amazing view. The bathroom was also very large. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff Generally good, but sometimes staff did not even greet when entering or leaving the hotel. Prices On the expensive side, but considering the comfort and location, it may be justified.

Frequently asked questions about serviced apartments in Marbella

What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a self-contained accommodation unit that combines the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of a private home. Unlike a standard hotel room, these units typically include a full kitchen, separate living areas, and essential furniture. They are designed to provide a "home away from home" experience for both short-term tourists and long-term residents in Marbella.

How much do serviced apartments cost?

The cost of a serviced apartment varies significantly based on the season, the specific location within Marbella, and the level of luxury provided. Prices can fluctuate depending on whether you are booking for a few days or a monthly stay, with high-end beachfront properties commanding a premium over inland options. It is advisable to check current rates as they often change during the peak summer months.

What are the benefits of serviced accommodation?

The primary benefits of serviced accommodation include the convenience of fully furnished spaces, private kitchens, and included utility services. These apartments offer more space and privacy than a traditional hotel room while removing the hassle of managing independent bills or furnishing a property. They are particularly popular for those who want to live like a local while still having access to professional cleaning and maintenance services.
