The Apart Hotel Marbella Center

The hotel was perfectly situated 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina in one direction and 10 mins from the old town. |The hotel was cleaning the staff were very helpful. They booked taxis for us, looked up and printed information for us. The court yard style garden and pool were cool, pretty and comfortable.|Only downside there was some noise from the surrounding area at night, but would recommend and go back again.

For anyone that is considering: DONT. Unles you dont care about cleanliness. Location is ok and about the only thing that is ok. Staff is polite. Hotel is totaly run down and rooms (at least our room) was plain filthy. For 140 eur/night we did not expect luxury. BUT we expected a clean and pleasant room. Hair everywhere, sand on chairs, bathroom glasses dirty..the room is completely worn out. Towels are probabbly 50 years old, all torn around edges. Shower curtain is gross (which hotel uses shower curtains? They are impossible to clean). This is not an attack on the cleaning lady. She was on one floor for at least half a day because she was alone. Never saw only 1 cleaning lady for whole hotel of this capacity. Judging by the whole operation, management just does not care. No investment, just pure money draining.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marbella! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. They kindly gave us our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated after traveling. To make it even better, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay extra special. As a lovely welcome gesture, they also gave us a free drinks card. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We truly felt valued as guests. Highly recommend this hotel – we will definitely come back!

A superb hotel offering great location, large room s with kitchenettes and full bathrooms. Check in was great and the room was clean with coffee and tea topped up daily. Our room with balcony overlooked the pool and local sports club. Can’t fault it especially for the price- we dod have to park elsewhere as the parking on site is not suitable for large cars

Avoid, unless you want to time travel back to 1970s (with The Shining vibes). Location is great, 200 m from the beach. Beds are very good, the room doors are new, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything else is direly in need of renovation. Avoid.

The staff's service was extremely poor, and there were delays in returning rooms. The cleaning was very bad. I do not recommend dealing with them.

The room needs full renovation, bath should be replaced, air conditioning looks very old and dirty, glasses were all dirty- it is a shame to leave used glasses to other guests. Very small choice for breakfast. But the worst was car park- on hotel website it says it is available and cost 15€ but they forgot to say that the car park is only for smart cars- not possible to park there any bigger car. You have to go on other car park which cost 25€ per day and then you need to walk to the hotel. Only staff was very nice and helpful.
