I really don’t understand having person working in the shop if she’s doesn’t bother helping customers. specially as I told her that in Marbella same shops helps with phone top ups and she told here we don’t do. it doesn’t matter what they do in Marbella. on top of that without any shame stands in front of the shop with cigarette and phone in the hand.

El Corte Ingles sells apple’s products. In the past I have purchased an iPad, iPhone and recently I wanted a printer. The lady who sold me the printer was informed that it had to work with Mac and She recommended a HP laser printer. I could not figure out how to pair the printer and so I took it back to El Corte Ingles to get help. That proved impossible. The service clerk doesn’t know apple products and couldn’t figure out how to pair a printer with my mac. Instead he closed all my tabs and ruined the work I have spent the day doing. Avoid!

I am very disappointed with the service quality. The staff does not communicate with each other at all. I ordered a battery replacement, and they told me that it was ordered on 08/12. It has been two and a half weeks, but no one can tell me what is going on or when it will be ready. There’s a complete lack of information and responsibility. I have no desire to deal with this company again.

Shockingly bad. Yesterday I picked up my Mi 11 ultra after screen (and battery) replacement for 440EUR, realizing later the fingerprint sensor does not work. After a quick google search it was clear, that after every screen replacement a fingerprint sensor calibration is required for the new screen, and for that a 10EUR plastic calbration too is needed – then it takes literally 2 minutes to calibrate. This morning I returened, the staff had no idea, and they apparently had no calibration tool, offered no solution. It was a long time ago I experienced this level of unprofessionalism, incompetence and negligence. I am genuinely surprised how this service can exist in the prestigious El Corte Ingles. Will never use their services again. Edit: how the heck a customer can be more specific on what the issue was? This empty reply is not doing anything. I will not use their service again, plus knowing they are responsible for warranty issues at El Corte Ingles, I will not buy any tech there in the future.

I paid 25 euros to get a screen protector with bubbles. The girl who was at the desk put it on my phone in a very wrong way. My protector was covered in bubbles because it was attached too far to the left, making it impossible to put on a phone case. They don’t take refunds, and I was supposed to pay 5 extra euros if I want to have a new screen protector. It’s very unfair because I paid 25 euros and got a spoiled protector by their fault. Had my husband take my phone with a cracked screen to be replaced they told him 45 minutes to an hour. He came back 45 minutes later and still not ready an hour and 15 minutes later they were giving him the phone €120 for a cracked screen repair three times as much as it would have been in the UK not ok to rip off the tourist market! the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone no longer works and the back of the phone has been glued into position with glue leaking out the edges and the glue not adhering to the phone device making the fingerprint sensor obsolete and access to Critical biometric security systems obsolete! will be taking the phone back today to see if further repairs can be done to rectify their mistakes!!

Bad experience!!! My friend advised me a shop close to my house only costs 15€ for computer checking, but I found this shop in internet which have many good credits so I choose to walk about more than 20 mins to arrive but since the address is wrong in his WhatsApp information page so that I totally walked almost one hour to arrive, when I arrived in the shop, he told me that it charges me 35€ for checking even my laptop can’t fix, I don’t know why it costs more than double that other shop….. it because I’m not Spanish ?! anyway, will not come anymore for sure.

If you need to fix your screens on any device in Marbella this is the place. A young, friendly and attentative person runs the place and with genuine interest in his job. He fixed my broken Ipad screen in a day and also added a protective screen. Very good.

Excellent phone repair service. I had shattered the screen of my Google Pixel phone and he was able to repair it until the evening of the next day, so in just over 24 hours. Really fast and friendly service. I was really relieved that he was able to order the new screen until the next day although my phone is an older model, plus he gifted the screen protector on top. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service! I accidentally spilled coffee with milk over my MacBook, and I was very worried about possible corrosion and permanent damage. Royal Phone cleaned the computer using an ultrasonic cleaning process and also cleaned every individual key because coffee had made the keyboard sticky. The repair was completed within one day. After I asked for more details, they took the time to explain exactly what they had found inside the MacBook and even sent me photos of the cleaned interior. They told me there were only small traces of coffee inside, everything was carefully cleaned and inspected, and the inside now looks like new. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency and excellent communication. The MacBook is working well again, and I feel much more confident knowing what was actually done. Highly recommended if you need professional and trustworthy MacBook repairs in Marbella.

My ipad screen was broken. In appstore La Cañada they told me that they couldnt change it. I came to this shop and they repaired it in a few hours, now working perfectly fine.

Worst service, the camera lenses inside of the phone are dirty and there is dirt inside of the camera lenses that are just flying around also the back panel is coming loose, only the front screen was supposed to be replaced

I came in to get a screen protector on my Samsung s22 ultra as mine cracked whilst on holidays. 2 ladies was unable to fit tempered glass protector on my phone. Kept saying it’s tricky on this phone. After about 30mins I was ready to ask just sell me this protector and I will fit it myself because I have done it before and it took me 10mins 🤦‍♀️ they then offered hydrogel (or whatever its called, soft one) instead of tempered glass, I appreciated them trying so hard to sort my screen protector so agreed. They fit it on, told me the line in a middle will dissappear in a couple of days.. well one month later it’s was still on my screen 😃 and it wasn’t fit straight on the screen but I didn’t want to spend another 40mins of my short holiday waiting for them to fit it correctly 😃 so paid €18 and left. After about a week I got 3 holes on screen too.. this was done with my short nail whilst texing. Not sure about the quality might be just a dodgy screen protector but the service is shocking shouldn’t offer fitting if not trained correctly. €18 spent for £3 worth protector but just replaced it with tempered glass myself in under 10mins.. ladies was nice though polite and talkative.

Great offer and service for my new business lines and internet of 600mb fibra. The office of Movistar in Ricardo Soriano is really well layed out and decoration very modern. Fresh design and great layout. The new seated service is much friendlier than previously arranged, a better service all around. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the service is always great and fast.

Worst service EVER, been customer for 30 years!!! Went to the local shop to cancel a subscription, they asked to call 1004 and press 1 for English. That did NOT work, but got in line for 25 min on the phone. There were 5 telefonica-Movistar staff members, NOBODY would help.. They asked us to dial in.. So we did for 25 min, and then we had to leave…

I’ve read about this and the reviews are so wrong at the most busy time I came in with my friend and tries creating a phone and AirPods case unfortunately they counldnt do it because printer was broken and this is totally normal but how did the employees respond? Even better they answered all my questions while being kind WHILE being busy and helped me through everything I wish I could’ve gottetn her name just so I could personally thank her amazing services in their store and even better employees Edit: just to make sure I was at the bottom store near Dunkin’s so if you chould check the workers that were working yesterday at like 6 I think and personally tell them I said thank you please do

Despite the large number of shoppers for a small store, there were many attendants to help with questions and make purchases. It’s a very small category of items but within it many choices. The process are reasonable compared to online purchases. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not sure of their English level.

Bad attitude and control freaks in the worst way. Also screen protectors are low quality (as expected for 10 euros) but if you rock without a case you can cut yourself on the sides. As soon as you get a crack get rid of the glass or else you’ll have sharp glass all over the place. Took mine off and bought Panzer immediately Just a little response to your reply. I’m not coming back cause of your bad treatment. And none of your protectors have an anti shatter film. They’re bad quality and will mess you up if you crack it. Your target audience are clueless people who need a cheap fix end of story.

A Friend and myself went here to get new chargers. I got a wireless cable and he got a normal usb c cable plus adapter and both didn’t work. So it’s probably a scam shop- be careful⚠️

WHAT A SCAM COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don’t get ANYTHING done by them! I went in the store to get a screen protector on my daughter’s iPhone. The lady who worked there, jammed a plastic card beneath the screen, which destroyed it completely. She started out saying that it wasn’t her fault, but when her boss arrived, they admitted it was their fault. After a lot of phone calls, the company agreed to pay for a new screen, but now they have just stopped answering my mails and they haven’t paid anything!

Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices and for myself, they changed my phone’s lenses cover free of charge. I recommend this shop for accessories. Good luck to them.

1st review – scroll down further….. The products are TERRIBLE here it’s better and cheaper to shop in the chinese bazar. I have purchased three chargers in 2 months all have broken, I got a better one from the bazar, now headphones I have purchased and taken home simply don’t even work So March 2023 I gave the shop another try for headphones again got home and they were broken. I was careful and kept the receipt and changed them for another brand of more money and higher quality. Now as I am 2 days outside of the 15 days they will only change them for the same pair which do not fit or work well the product is too heavy and it falls out of the ear. The staff are rude and unhelpful I recommend avoiding and try media market around the corner it’s better quality cheaper and the staff are freidnly
