Outstanding massage (ask for Paz) at Spa Maison CODAGE, Kimpton Marbella I had a massage with Paz two days in a row at Spa Maison CODAGE at Kimpton Marbella, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. Paz was exceptional — professional, intuitive, and clearly highly skilled. I could physically feel the stress leaving my body during the treatment, especially through my neck and shoulders. Afterwards, I felt released, lighter, and genuinely relieved. The spa itself is calm, luxurious, and restorative, and the whole experience felt properly five-star. I would highly recommend Paz and Spa Maison CODAGE to anyone staying at Kimpton Marbella or visiting the area. 🌟

My friends and I came here as part of my friend’s bachelorette in Marbella. We decided to do 2 hours where we use the facilities (they have several sauna rooms, a Turkish hamam, soothing cold and hot showers and a nice outdoor pool with spots where you can get press buttons to get a water massage) and spend one hour on a full body massage. The massage was incredible! They really tailor the massage to your preference and have you fill out a questionnaire beforehand to better understand your needs. Marina did my massage and did an amazing job! They were also super kind here and very accommodating. They allowed us to prolong our massages and had no problem with us being a little late. Overall highly recommend!

Having owned various models of the HotSpring spas over the past 20yrs my wife and I are familiar with the quality of spa that HotSprings has to offer. After moving to Spain we decided to continue the tradition of owning a HotSpring spa, we spoke to Anja and started to get the ball rolling on purchasing a spa. We live 4hrs away from their store so it was a bit of a hike to deliver the spa, not a problem Johnny and his crew arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable on the product he was delivering. If you are undecided on whether to purchase a spa or not I say go for it and enjoy everything there is to enjoy with spa ownership.

Have had at last a chance to test out our new Spa, same model we had in Edinburgh before we retired to the sun. Four years in the country but now in a modern penthouse with a huge roof terrace we decided to get another spa. Excellent from start to finish. A great show room with lots to see for all budgets. Some of the demo spas are fully running which is helpful when viewing features. The sales staff who we spoke with were very knowledgable and were able to answer our questions well. They did push a little to get the sale, but not too much and were very respectful. Installation to our 3rd floor roof terrace was quick and smooth and everything was very well expained on site. The hot tub we choose is really excellent. We paid a little more than some cheaper competitors, but having previously owned 3 hot tubs and looking in other places for before buying, I can honestly say the product quality is the best i have seen and the service is equally as good.

The spa is really easy to use and maintain. Despite the difficulties around Covid-19 these guys achieved the installation and setup when we were able to get out to Spain.

Purchased a spa to sit on our terrace. Tricky installation was handled very proficiently by the crane driver and installation team working together via phone. Spa connected to power supply and installation completed very smoothly. Full instructions provided, and now 2 months later, we are expecting the follow up visit included in our purchase just to ensure all is ok! I would recommend Aquapool for a spa purchase and installation!!

I Have had a very impressive experience with ProgibeSPA Marbella. From the very first point of contact at enquiry stage, to my first showroom meeting right the way through the installation and now to the various follow up checks to ensure I am happy. From my visit to the showroom, all elements of construction of the sauna, different types and the manufacturing and installation process were explained. A detailed on site pre-start meeting took place. The engineer worked constantly while on site and ensuring I was happy with all the details. The standard of workmanship is very good. I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and I couldn’t have had a better experience and on top of all of that, I dealt with nice people throughout the whole experience. Excellent job. !

The worst after-sales service I have ever encountered. The pool design they made for us is beautiful and when the machinery works, the water is crystal clear. But if something fails (and they have failed us from the beginning with both the timer system, the UV lamp, and the magnesium injectors), it takes them months to come and fix it. They even stop answering messages, which means you can’t use the pool, or the water gets ruined and you have to bear all the costs of changing it. They take no responsibility for anything. I am desperate. No one else knows their filtration system, so now they have left me completely stranded with a very expensive system that is under warranty but they don’t care about, and which is useless to me.El peor servicio post-venta que me he encontrado nunca. I would definitely work with them again. After a disastrous experience with a French company that left us stranded, we hired Marbemar to remove the liner, repair cracks, chip away, and re-apply mortars to achieve a gresite finish. Super efficient, careful, they also fixed issues with the purification system. Thanks to Josua, the pool will finally work without leaks this summer, avoiding a tremendous waste of water. I installed a pool at my house in Artola Alta, Marbella, and the company that installed it left us stranded because they didn’t fix the leaks the pool had. New tub bought March ‘24. This company has closed down in Calahonda. Say they are still operating from Estapona BUT DESPITE 2 calls and 3 emails am unable to get a response to a request for a technician. My belief is that they have disappeared and not honoring their agreement. STAY CLEAR OF COMPANY COMPLETELY.

Have bough a new jacuzzi recently and I am very impressed how smooth and efficient was the crane operation for the purpose of replacement of our old one. On top of that, customer service is a top notch (Pablo) and assembly was very professional and dilligent (Thomas)

DON’T risk you money on these crooks. We did and was totally fooled. They don’t take responsibility for their obvious mistakes, but calculate that you’re not taking them to the court. Among a lot of issues our most crucial one was a leak in the circulation system, we discoverd after a short time. When they found out this was not a quick fix, they have ignored all our inquiries to get it solved. Now we’re stucked with the cost for fixing their mistakes.

We purchased a jacuzzi from Quality pool spa last year and since then we have received only excellent after sale service from Quality pool spa. We forgot how the remote for the hot tub worked, and Goran was happy to come and explain it all again, then we needed to clean the Spa for the winter and again the technical department came to our rescue. We wanted to change the lighting in our spa and even this was no big deal for Goran. Everything is always handled with care and precision. It’s a joy to work with this company.

after the big “yellow sand Storm” in Marbella this year we had to find a solution to keep our pool clean as we’re not always here and it cost a lot of money to clean our large pool this time! We asked for a few quotes in the area but the one from Quality Pools came in the most cost effective as well as the quickest so we decided to go with them for our pool cover. They installed the cover without drilling any holes in the pool which is a relief! The cover is on now and it looks great! And a plus point – now the pool water stays on a nice temperature too!

We recently bought the Tropic Montego Spa for our holiday home. it is our first hot tun purchase so we were a bit worried if it would all fit and if it would not be too heavy. But we needn’t have worried as the team at Quality Pool Spa did all the heavy lifting for us! They made the measurements and made sure the surfaces were level and could hold the heavy weight of the Spa. Then they installed (we live in an urbanisation so we had to crane it in!) the hot tub and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with the service received from quality pool spa. We have a new built house in Nueva Andalusia and quality pool spa gave us the best quote for our hot tub installation. They handled everything quickly for us and were very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Spa Experts came within a few hours of calling them and fixed our hot tub, which required a brand new pump that they had in stock. They are very organised and the sales representative Hector speaks perfect English and is very efficient. The first company I tried (Hydrospa) quoted a 14+ day estimate and the technician was very rude to me when I told him I couldn’t wait that long and therefore had to go elsewhere. Spa Experts were head and shoulders above them – highly recommended!

Bad experience. I requested a visit to a house I am promoting to install a sauna and a jacuzzi. They asked for the plans before the visit, and two weeks have passed and they haven’t called me or replied to my email, at least to confirm receipt. I have complained by email and by phone for at least one response and they tell me they have a lot of work and that they will do it soon. (operating as G SPA Andalucia). Over a period spanning from 2024 to the summer of 2026, a repetitive operational pattern has occurred. Mr. Eriksson conducts an initial on-site property visit to inspect the jacuzzi/pool and quotes for required materials. Once a financial advance/deposit is paid into his account, the agreed-upon technical work stops entirely. When pressed for completion dates, he provides recurrent personal and medical excuses via message before entirely ceasing communication. He has now been completely unreachable to calls and messages for over three weeks (and ignored payments done in 2024), retaining substantial funds with zero work executed on site. Due to the unfulfilled contract and lack of response, formal legal filings are actively being finalized with the authorities. I highly advise requesting verified, physical local references and withholding any upfront cash or bank transfers before hiring this company.
