The place is beautiful and the people were very helpful. I only went because I needed an x-ray. But they were exceptionally courteous. I can’t give five stars because I didn’t have dental treatment. I’m sure it won’t be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This is a top-notch clinic in terms of treatment quality, equipment, and its caring, friendly atmosphere. Dr. Eduardo Crooke is an outstanding professional, as are his colleagues Raquel and Cynthia, who assisted him during the operation. It was also a pleasure to meet Paco, the driver who took care of my transfer. I came from Scotland for a one-day visit for this operation and am fully satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended!

I have just finished my treatment and I must say: Dr. Javier is an amazing dentist. He worked with such professionalism, care, and genuine attention to my comfort throughout the entire procedure. Before the filling, he applied the anesthesia so gently that I didn’t even feel the injection at all — and I am someone who is genuinely afraid of injections and dentists in general. I’ve been a patient of Crooke Dental Clinic for a year. During that time, I have had substantial dental work completed. The people at Crooke have explained every procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions promptly. The doctors and nurses are very attentive and very professional. I am grateful to Dr. Felix Wucherpfennig and the nurses who helped him provide the excellent treatment I received. The clinic director, Mr. Alfonso Carreno, participated in my case and was very responsive to my needs. The clinic itself is very modern, clean, well maintained, and aesthetic pleasing. I have referred family members to Crooke Dental Clinic, and they have been very happy with the treatment and results.

Started my journey in Dec, all staff amazing, had all my bad teeth removed ,implants in and my temporary teeth .I go back April/may for my finals. Can’t believe how much my overall health has improved since I got my procedure done .I had bad psorasis and its nearly clear. I cant believe how much gum health and bad teeth had been causing so many other problems .My temp teeth are great and no problems. Looking forward to getting my finals. My first visit to the clinic went really well! I was warmly welcomed, and both Dr. Felix Wucherpfenning and Dr. Laura Medina took the time to explain everything to me in detail. It turned out that my tooth can be saved and there’s no need for extraction, which was a huge relief! I felt truly reassured and in good hands. I have been attending RnH Dental Clinic for the past 12 years but this is my first time posting a review. The Clinic has, from its inception, had a commitment to excellence and customer care that is most impressive. The facilities are ultra modern and the staff all give the impression of being happy in their work. Lala and Nelda at reception always greet clients cheerfully and have a smile on their faces. They are super efficient and professional. My dental hygienist on my most recent visit was very thorough but also very concerned that I was comfortable. My dentist, Dr Irene and her assistant were excellent and did a great job with multiple fillings. Again, making me comfortable and pain free was a priority. I know there are many dental clinics in Marbella but the personal service, positivity and professionalism that characterise RnH Clinic make it stand apart. Nelda at the front desk was so welcoming. I got my original reservation so fast, and when I accidentally arrived too early for that reservation, they moved it up so that I could be seen within 30 minutes. Fantastic service, lovely people. I plan to get more work done here. The dental practitioner was also very welcoming which increased the intrinsic value of the service.

Welcoming clinic with friendly stuff and excellent service. Dr. Adrian, the orthodontist is amazing. I did my braces with him years ago & now my daughter is doing treatment with him. Receptionists are always happy & helpful. They send you reminders of appointments. Coffee and water station is nice VIP touch, just wish they would hold lactose free milk in stock! I had such a great experience at R&H Dental Marbella 🤍 I did Zoom whitening and composite bonding and I’m honestly so happy with the results. I changed 10 tooth up and 10 down with them. The girls where really good and caring, especially Doctor Noelia, Mega star. I had a lots of pain because of my sensible tooths, not because of them, Im happy with the results. Complete time waste of a business. I made an appointment to ask specifically for a hygienist for my son and even though I was told there would be a free consultation the person told me we would see a hygiene dentist same day. When we arrived they told us we had the wrong dentist and we walked around town looking for another Vital Dent. Then we went back and they apologised. Then after consultation we were told no chance of hygienist. “Impossibleeeee”. Two valuable hours of our time wasted and my son out of his learning time. Secretary and receptionist do not understand their jobs. AVOID.

Went for the oral hygiene process and it was a bit too quick and a bit painful even though the previous times I did it before in my home country it didn’t hurt at all…Could be better and more thorough…

I had a problems with the first dentist that tried to fix my teeth, after complaining Ruben attend me and offer me to try with another dentist to fix all the problems that the first one made. Very poor service, they imposed on me a radiography without doing any screening questions or informed consent. In addition they done poorly 20mins limpieza when I originally booked the appointment for it. I will not come back again.

When I arrived at the clinic, I was unable to chew. I had recently undergone surgery in the Netherlands to remove a wisdom tooth and a cyst. After arriving in Spain, the wound had become infected. X-rays revealed that there was likely a fracture. At the clinic, I received excellent care and was treated with great professionalism. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, performed the necessary scans, and provided proper aftercare. I felt reassured and in good hands throughout the entire process. The staff at Moonz were excellent during my two and a half years needing Invisalign. They practically made us feel at home during the time and made us feel like family. Furthermore, the staff were professional from both a qualification and client standpoint. They were always detailed with any kind of work needed to do on my teeth and could answer any curiosity I had about the process of correcting my teeth. In addition the staff were always respectful to every client. Whether that be Victor, Paloma, Jennifer, and all of the other staff, I was always extremely pleased with my time there. I highly recommend Moonz for anyone considering orthodontic work.

I went with my older daughter about 6–7 months ago. She had two molars filled. After two months, she developed an infection and half of her face became swollen. I had to go to another dentist to redo a poorly done treatment, for which Moonz charged me €490, for two cavities

We’re very happy with the overall experience. Kids’ teeth have gone straight. And we loved the clinic’s decorations for every holiday.

Very bad service, I have bought lazer session more than 1 a go, anytime I try an appointment is not possible, they never pick up the phone, or when you reach them, they are short in personal and offer to book you 2 months ahead, and I managed to book it they did it wrong. I have lost lots of money, because I am not being able to use the packet I got in there. Very bad professionals . Hardly disappointed and NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst company ever! I made an appointment and sat there waiting, while the doctor was fiddling about with his phone, which I could see through the open door. After half an hour of waiting I decided to leave due to la k of time but they would not give me my money back. I had to fill in a paper which they were going to send me. They sent that three weeks later! I filled it out and went there personally. After that I heard nothing. I sent three emails with no reply. And finally this morning, they say that they are “reviewing the matter and it will take 90 days”!!! Don’t ever trust or use this company. They are crooks. 🙁

Good morning. This is very serious; whoever reads this review should take it seriously. That clinic is a real disaster. I almost lost my life due to an infection. I didn’t lose my life, but I lost 3 teeth and 2 molars. I lost cheek bone and was disfigured. All of that because they didn’t treat a tooth infection before placing an implant. The infection spread the moment they punctured the gum. My face swelled up like a balloon. They didn’t give me any solution, only antibiotics that had no effect. After suffering through the unbearable pain, I went to another clinic as an emergency where they operated on me immediately. It has been terrible, the pain, everything. Right now I have a bone graft, but most likely I will have to live with a prosthesis. I am telling you seriously, if you want to have teeth in your mouth, do not go to that awful clinic. It is terrible. They only want to take money and then they don’t know anything at all. That is my story. Be very careful. There are many clinics everywhere that do a good job. I made a mistake. I didn’t read the reviews, I went in to ask something and they hooked me. I do not recommend that clinic to anyone at all. Thank you for reading my experience. Be careful. I have been a client for years; it was very good at first, but then it wasn’t. They owe me 7 laser sessions because when they switched to Única, my data stayed with them and wasn’t transferred to Única. I spoke with them and they told me I could continue my sessions in San Pedro or Fuengirola, and I have been making calls for a year now, but no one gives me an answer, even though my sessions are still there. Terrible, I do not recommend them; they cannot mess with a client like this and fail to provide an answer when you have paid for your sessions.
