I was in the children’s department of Ralph Lauren last night where I bought a yellow Ralph Lauren jumper for my teenage daughter at about 19.10 hours last night. We met a seriously unpleasant woman with shoulder length brown hair. I don’t speak Spanish but this lady was being very unpleasant. At one stage I thought she was going to hit my daughter. We made our purchase with another Spanish lady with blonde hair who was pleasant. Could management please seek out this woman as this behaviour is completely unacceptable and very unusual behaviour for this shop. You need to investigate this further.

Fantastic place to visit, underground car parking available at cost. Plenty of different units to visit from sportswear to wine. Mostly top end prices but all quality items. Food places as well from tapas to pasta. Well worth a visit but be prepared to pay the price

Was ignored for 25 minutes in the champagne bar. Menu brought after 10 minutes but no one came back to take our order. Don’t waste your time here.

Hi, I went to Calzedonia in La Cañada in Marbella and bought a pair of pants that I liked. About 30 minutes later, I came back to return them, but I was told that you don’t offer refunds, only exchanges or a gift card. The item is not underwear or a bikini, it’s just pants, and they were unused and in perfect condition. Also, when I made the purchase, I was not informed about this no-refund policy. It was only explained to me when I came back to return the item. If I had known, I might have reconsidered my purchase. Be aware of this issue but other than that I love the items they offer, and the workers there are very rude especially the manager

i was at Calzedonia today and the experience was horrible. I dont understand why you employ people who are unfriendly and dont even like their job. It explained to me why the shop was empty. She came to my dress room like 4 times and asked me how many pieces i had inside. I told her clearly that i only have 6 and if i would have more i would give them to my mom. She kept coming disrespectfuly and in the end didnt even say goodbye or thank you. So disrespektfull. First and last time i am wasting my money in a shop like that.
