What sets this club apart is the atmosphere.Everyone was just there to have a good time-friendly, respectful, and full of positive energy. I met so many cool people just from dancing next to them. The staff contributes to this too; the security is professional but not intimidating, and the bartenders are speedy. A safe and incredibly fun environment.

We have been dealing with Asecontex Internacional for both my husband’s Spanish residency as an EU passport holder and my own residency as a non-EU resident. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely competent, reliable, professional, and efficient. The team made what could have been a stressful and complicated experience feel straightforward and well managed. Communication was always clear, and we felt fully supported at every stage. They also cover many other administrative services, and based on our experience, I would highly recommend Asecontex Internacional who are based in Marbella to anyone needing trustworthy and efficient assistance in Spain.

I appointed Asecontex to help me with my Spanish residency as a family member of an EU citizen. This involved two steps, the first obtaining the green residence card for my wife, the second submitting my own application. Throughout both processes Asecontex was incredibly efficient, and guided us through the processes and required paperwork with clarity. The team was quick to respond to questions, and always had an answer and recommendation. Sophie Louise in particular was incredibly helpful. As a result of this good and thorough work, my approval for residency came through much faster then I had anticipated, in just over a week. I would not hesitate to recommend Asecontex to anyone navigating the Spanish visa process.

When you instruct a lawyer in Spain for something like a TIE renewal, you’re not really paying for the paperwork. You’re paying to be guided. You want someone who takes the process off your plate, tells you what’s next, and books the appointment. That was not my experience with Asecontex. The quoting stage was fine. I emailed on 25 March, sent over my TIE the next day, and had a clear quote of €242 within a few days. I confirmed I wanted to proceed on 31 March. After that, nothing moved unless I pushed it. Six days of silence. I chased on 6 April, and only then did they ask for a phone number. Silence again. I chased a second time on 9 April. When the reply eventually came, it was to say they didn’t have availability “this week” and would be in touch “next week.” they weren’t. By that stage it was nearly a month after my first email, on a routine renewal I had agreed to within days. Every step forward had required me to follow up. I instructed another firm, had a short (1day) email exchange and they are booking the TIE at the police station. If you want to hand the problem over and trust it’s being handled, my experience was the opposite of that. You’ll chase at every step, and you’ll wait a long time between responses. For a renewal with real deadlines attached, that’s not what I needed, and it may not be what you need either.

I contacted Gestoria Administrativa Internacional Asecontex after my previous immigration lawyer ghosted me during a critical moment of my immigration status. With only a few days left to apply, I was getting very nervous but they reassured me that everything was going to be OK and they handled my case quickly and professionally and explained the process step by step. And within three weeks, I received a confirmation for a new residency. I honestly could not have found better service if I tried. I recommend this institution for anyone who would to get immigration work done. 10/10

Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more and would highly recommend Casa Adel to anyone looking for a villa stay. We would definitely return in the future.

Marie was an amazing host from start to finish. She was always available for check-in, check-out, and any questions we had during our stay. We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Sina. It is a beautiful home in a stunning location. The views were amazing and the villa was clearly designed to make the most of every angle. The outside areas were ample and there was more than enough room for all 7 of us to sit together for meals or to escape with a book. The area of Marbella was lovely and the locals were friendly. Our host, Marie was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a flawless stay that we would all recommend 👌

My friends and I have just returned from an incredible stay at Casa Hierbas. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and features a fantastic spacious balcony that’s perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Puerto Banús & nearby beach clubs. We were also looked after by the fabulous Marie, who made sure our stay in Marbella was perfect. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return again very soon!

I had a great experience with this SOLO. The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was spotless and the car was absolutely perfect on pickup. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. I had no issues at all during the rental, and everything went very smoothly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end. DO NOT USE! I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn’t have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems. I hadn’t heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890. They can only discuss this over email as apparently it’s a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area. If the company changes it’s stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Charged €100 for this and apparently some hair which they did not send me evidence of. Even though I paid FULL coverage! Clearly don’t clean between clients as expect you to valet after your use. I’ve seen similar reviews. Pure greed. We used to rent 7-8 times per year through this company but instead of valuing customers they would rather €100 euro 😂 Do not use this company

Very simple. If you want the best service and the most comfortable immaculate vehicles then MIPA are the best. Yes you will find cheaper. But MIPA give excellent value for the extra cost. I am happy to fully recommend the company.
