Randomly came here on a whim to get a lash lift and it was amazing. One of the better lash lifts I’ve ever had and it lasted a very long time. If I’m ever in Marbella again, will 100% come back.

I had to come and change my review, I went there for 3 years to get a lash lift about every month , first year it was exceptional , then the workers started to change a lot, always someone new and depended on your luck what you will get.. and now after many disappointments I started to do my lift at home. I would most certainly recommend their services; I’m incredibly excited about my new brows, done by Zahara in Sephora (La Cañada). Not only was she impressive at her services and an expert in her job, she was also unbelievably kind and sweet to both me and my daughter who was getting her brows done for the first time and was very anxious. I got a Russian manicure with gel reinforcements. For those from the United States – builder gel, structured gel, soft gel, etc. Anastasia was absolutely amazing and my nails are the best. Prices more expensive than other places in Spain BUT the quality is impeccable. Honestly the best Russian structured gel manicure I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done in New York for 10+ years. This isn’t the best photo, but these are a week old at this point and still perfect.

I made an appointment for a pedicure because I broke a toenail and needed it fixed. They agreed and when I showed up they told me that I never reserved any of their services and sent me towards an other nail salon. Mind you I was on vacation and couldn’t stay with my big toe looking all kind of crazy… anyways Thank God the other shop was able to take me in. Back to KJ beauty… 3 minutes after I left the shop the called me telling that I had an appointment for a blow dry ?? Like how? I had to show them my phone number and gave them my name to find my “pedicure” appointment and couldn’t find any informations about me but then they called me asking if I was gonna comme to the blow dry appointment? Mind you I’m a black person in a totally white salon and I think that’s partially why they couldn’t offer me any alternative options or didn’t even try. I don’t recommend at all. But the nail salon next door is much better with the sweetest employees.

I went to this center to correct a small asymmetry at the bottom of my left eyebrow. The result was a disaster; not only did it fail to correct what I asked for, but it moved the design above my natural brow, leaving the pigment completely outside of the hair (she herself admitted during the touch-up that it had moved up due to a supposed “grain” that was actually a mole and much higher than my brow). Due to this serious design error, I have had to undergo laser sessions to try to remove the pigment they left floating on my forehead, which is now a very unsightly yellow tone. The worst part is not the human error, but the customer service management. They gave me the first laser session for free, and the area stayed completely red. When I went for the second session, they intended to charge me for it. We had a long conversation that went nowhere because she was unable to accept her mistake; in the end, she didn’t charge me for that session, but she told me that I would have to pay for the rest of the sessions out of my own pocket, and then she stopped answering my messages and explanatory videos, ignoring me completely. They play with the faces and self-esteem of their clients and, when they make an OBVIOUS mistake (for which I have video evidence and messages where they admit they went outside the design), they wash their hands of it. Al ir a la segunda sesión, pretendía cobrármela. Tuvimos una larga conversación que no llegó a ninguna parte porque era incapaz de aceptar su error; al final no me cobró esa sesión, pero me soltó que ya el resto de las sesiones las tendría que pagar yo de mi bolsillo, dejando de contestar a mis mensajes y vídeos explicativos, ignorándome por completo. Juegan con la cara y la autoestima de las clientas y, cuando cometen un error EVIDENTE (del cual tengo pruebas en vídeo y mensajes donde admiten que se salieron del diseño), se lavan las manos. Had the most amazing facial today with Paqui. Incredible hands, her knowledge of the skin and treatment protocol is the best I have ever had. I also had a pedicure which was outstanding. Would highly recommended this salon.

I contacted Manuela a year in advance to book hair and make-up for my sister’s wedding. Manuela was very accommodating and kept in touch with me throughout the year. On the day of our appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with the salon which was so clean and tidy. Amalia did mine and my daughters make-up and made us look like celebrities, she was amazing. Soraya did my hair and she was fantastic with the help of Raquel they fitted my hair extension. I would highly recommend Bellisimi. I just wished I lived in Spain so I could always have my beauty treatments done by them. Well done team Bellisimi. 5+ stars all round. xx

So happy to have this salon near me. I moved to Marbella a few months ago and they were able to take me as a walk in appointment. I do not speak Spanish but they have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Between Google translate and photos we were able to communicate. Today is my second visit and again I am getting a terrific job with highlights. Lovely clean and stylish salon. Highly recommend.

She met me with the smile, told me about all the procedures they do and helped me to choose which exact treatment I need. I ended up booking nails with Anhelina and facial with Davinia. Both procedures went spectacularly. I came out super happy with the results. My skin became very clean, and I got specific recommendations on which products to use in order to treat acne, as well as my nails got nicely filed with perfect polish and design. I had a hydra facial done here and it was great! The treatment itself is amazing and the results are long lasting, making your skin feeling so rejuvenated. What I liked most is the professionalism of the team there, specially Davinia. She explained every step very well and followed up if I was happy with the results. I’m coming back for sure!

Absolutely impressed by the service they provide you with at Byou! It is very important to find a beautician who gives you good quality, but when there is no service, I never go to the salon. This one makes you feel very relaxed and heard. They offer you water when you enter, and support you through the whole experience with smile and joy 😍😍 definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I was disappointed. O came across an offer I saw on FB. She did my pedicure and then said there was no offer (the way I found her). So I paid 42€ instead of 35€. Later I booked an appointment via WhatsApp and inquired about the price. Pedicure (without Footbath or Massage), with French Shellac and removal the old (her!!) Varnish 47€. I think its a lot but I was happy with the pedicure so I booked it. But after the appointment she suddenly wanted €52 from me! I was appalled and felt betrayed. I walked out with a bad feeling that I had done sth wrong (I only had 50€) Later I sent her the Screenshot of our history with the price written in black and white. She didn’t see it and started a discussion about how I didn’t respect her time…… That made me even angrier. I have normal feet without any problems. Sorry but the young lady still has a lot to learn about customer service. Myself, Pedicura for 20 years. Never again!
