I brought in a car with steering issues. GuerreroCar acknowledged that there was a problem, took the car in, and had it for several days. After having had the car in for three days, they called me and said the issue was fixed – but it wasn’t. I tried to reach out to them again, but they never got back to me. My impression is that if GuerreroCar encounters an issue they don’t know how to fix, they simply claim it’s resolved and hope you don’t notice. This unprofessional behavior is, in my opinion, a clear indication of their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I recently Rented a Lamborghini Hurricane on a visit to Marbella. I would highly recommend Olymp cars. Communication was excellent. I was greeted upon arrival at the office and the paperwork was filled out promptly and efficiently. Once dropping the car off it was also a very quick and convenient handover. It was my first time driving a hurricane and they are very easy to drive, with the added option of increasing the height of suspension to assist with any slopes or speed bumps. The pure sound from the engine is worth every Penny. A memorable experience. The Deposit was also returned efficiently. I’ll definitely use Olymp cars again on any future visits to Marbella or any areas in Spain they cover. They have a great selection of premium cars/SUVs available that I saw inside there showroom.

Had recently got my new car from them .I was slightly not sure as they were not official dealers . It was slightly stressful for change of registration to Spanish plate .However they are most friendly crowds. I meet Manuel ,Isabel and owners. Crazy bad service. My Citroen wouldn’t start after stopping at the gas station down the street and I knew from previous experience that all it takes is to delete the fault code which takes like 2 min. So I went over to AC99 and asked if they could help me out as I only stopped in Marbella for gas. First, they said they would not come the gas station which is 2 min away with me because even though they could that’s “not a service they offer”. I offered to pay and got the response “even if you offered to pay 2000 euro, we do not offer the service of walking to the gas station with you”. When we discussed if we should tow the car for deleting the error, they said I would have to wait 10 days for “one of the 25 mechanics” working for AC99 would have time to delete the error code. I was baffled and initially I thought it was a misunderstanding but they actually meant it and the guy at AC99 was just rude and ignorant – crazy. I ended up going to Car Doctor just a a few minutes away from AC99 and they helped me immediately without any fuss. So go there – they are extremely competent and helpful. Avoid AC99 at any cost.

Excellent treatment and really good prices. Ernesto at the main desk will provide you with tge best treatment you have ever had from somebody in the reception. It DOES maje a difference. Honest.

Very talented professionals, I got my windshield replace in less then 1,30 hours, when to a nearby café for a breakfast and the job was done. Received a tool box for free.

They very professional, good prices, speak English and always open. Good location as you can go shopping for for coffee or lunch while you wait for car. Simple but good waiting area too with hot and cold drinks in machine.

Avoid this place at all costs! I brought my car for an oil and filters change. After two hours they told me my car didn’t start because of the problem with the fuel pump. I gave them the car that was fully functioning and they returned to me a piece of metal on wheels. The car doesn’t start and nobody even cares for it. All the time that I’ve spent here they are telling me to wait for some person. And then this person tells me to wait for another person and this goes on and on. This is insane to bring in a car for a simple service and get back the one that doesn’t start. If you value your time and mental health better choose another service station. Norauto and quality service are two different things that don’t combine

I left my car at Norauto Marbella for a simple brake replacement. After more than three hours, I was informed that the car was “ready”. Nothing had been done. Their excuse? They claimed the brakes were “too rusty” and impossible to remove or repair. This is coming from a company that calls itself automotive experts. Now the humiliating part—for them. When I got home, I took a basic hammer. Within 30 minutes, the supposedly “impossible” brakes were off and loose. No special tools. No drama. No excuses. Let that sink in: What their “professional workshop” failed to do in over three hours, I solved myself in half an hour. This is not bad luck. This is sheer incompetence. Either their staff lacks even the most basic mechanical skills, or they assume customers are clueless and won’t question them. Both scenarios are unacceptable. ⚠️ Do NOT trust their diagnostics ⚠️ Do NOT waste your time ⚠️ Do NOT leave your car here If a workshop cannot remove brake components and then hides behind excuses, it should not be allowed to touch customer vehicles at all. Avoid Norauto Marbella. Completely.

Very poor and untrustworthy experience. The price for the tire change was agreed in advance at €200, but at payment I was forced to pay almost double. The shop justified this by referring to my signature on a tablet. However, this signature was taken when I handed over the car keys, and no price, contract terms, or agreement details were visible on the screen at that moment. As a customer, I was not given a fair opportunity to review or knowingly accept the final price. The situation was misleading and felt pressuring rather than transparent or honest. I do not recommend this business to anyone who values clear pricing and fair customer service. Be very careful and always demand everything in writing before signing anything.

Over charged for tyres only to find out they’re winter tyres and not sutible. It’s marbella! Why would I need snow tyres? Absolutely disgusting. Go anywhere but here, for your safety. Very poor service, was quoted 1hr for the works but was still waiting 2hrs later. Criminal 🤬

I have to a big thank you to Mario, for helping us yesterday after my front number was stolen, going to Estepona to do the required Denucia at the National Police station and racing to Norauto in marbella to hopefully findout if they can do my a front number plate as I had to take my family to the airport in 2 hours and was worrying about driving with no number plate or worse not being able to enter the airport due to number plate recognition we Met The smiling face of Mario, he was absolutely fantastic, took control and said do not worry we will have a new plate on your car in 30 minutes, actually done in 20 minutes. Thank you Mario for your prompt help yesterday and yes my family all got to the airport on time for their flight home to the UK. The world would a much better place with a few more Mario’s. My airbag was officially recalled so I contacted AC99 for replacement. They replied via WhatsApp and arranged the appointment in the same week. I went for the appointment and the airbag was replaced in 20mins! Super efficient and professional. Thanks to Diego for the top service 💫

For a recall I booked my X3 in for a new starter motor. A C 99 told me on arrival that BMW had a software update in addition to the recall. I specifically said do not update the iDrive software but they said the software update was needed for the starter motor, how a starter moter effects the iDrive I do not know. Subsequently my iDrive is broken. All data is lost. Navigation just says ‘Loading’ and never loads. Voice Assistant is ‘available shortly’, but after 2 days its not available. A C 99 are now waiting for BMW to advise them what to do. Really!! I now have a 40 grand paper weight as I could never sell it with a broken iDrive. What have A C 99 offered to resolve this – NOTHING. A C 99 say they can fix it but have not and wont even book an appointment. Unbelievable!!!.

Service/ maintenance was very good. Car was in Excellent condition.

If I could, I would be giving this service a negative rating. This is the absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered anywhere we have ever lived. 1,200€ for nothing, no official diagnosis, no identification of the source of the problem. They should be ashamed to charge someone for failing to find the cause. Then 1,300€ more just to diagnose (possibly) for a repair job that could cost up to 10,000€ on top of all that, which is absolute rubbish. And after holding the car hostage for several days, when we came to take it home and look for another service, an employee expressed interest in buying the car and later made an offer of 6,500€ for a 2019 AMG A3 Mercedes with 80,000km. This is an absolute joke. So if you have something real that needs fixing, I would strongly advise you to go to another service. Our car finally has a diagnosis and it didn’t require taking apart a hand assembled AMG engine, which these crooks suggested to do.

Do not go here!! They cannot seem to fix an Audi. There was some minor damage and the car has been there for multiple weeks now already. No one is giving information and they keep postponing the pick up.

Left my Citroën for a recall repair and an annual service. When I picked it up the windshield washer was broken. After 2 more visits and 5 days they fixed it but left me with a 170€ bill for replacing a broken fuse (which I didn’t break). Worst experience by far.

Best Mercedes service. Always kind personnel, they get the car repaired punctually and perfectly.. Exactly the service I would expect for a Mercedes. Very recommended. Thank you

5* servicio. New light and front panel needed so they fixed the light so I could get through my MOT and then they fixed the panel. Very polite and accommodating at all times. Came back to me all shining and washed. Never in 30 years of taking cars in for services etc all over the UK, Málaga and Córdoba have I had such great service. Thank you team 👍

After our air conditioning failed for the 4th on our 2021 Citroën C3 Aircross. They did a good job of diagnosing and fixing (hopefully) the problem. So far we have spent an amazing 2,800€ trying to fix this problem.

Don’t use we had a small dent on a BMW x5, now they are redoing in 3 times! and wasting my time giving me a tiny replacement car and been without a car total 14 days days as they can’t do the work… Rude and bad service! but most important they don’t actually do the work!

I’ve had consistently great experiences with the Mercedes workshop in Marbella. The service is professional, efficient, and everything is handled with real care. A special thanks to Cristobal, the head of service, who is always incredibly helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly and flawlessly. It’s rare to find this level of attention and reliability.

The worst experience ever. Left the car to change the front bumper. Somehow, after 5 months they did it, but failed even to collect professionally. I do not advise this place. P.S. after picking up the car from them, noticed, that the headlights were in the wrong position. After going to the workshop to adjust the lamps, it turns out that the brackets were broken from one side. Personal advice, bypass their workshop

After having had my steering renovated in October 2025 my 500 SL needed some alignment. Cristobal took the car in, had it corrected while waiting. Senior mechanic tested it. Everything was corrected in a perfect way and at no extra cost for us. Very good and professional service. Thank you very much.

Worst service ever, worst attitude. Paid 2500, before paying asked question is car okey, no other issues? Yes, car is okay. When they gave me car there was check engine and full dashboard of mistakes. Instantly said to same man that car is not okay, he said 10 minutes and just ignored me 40 minutes till i was necessary to leave. I just left car with the key near their entrance and they tried go threat me with police, that i should take car and leave. 🙂 i said call police, no problem. I will return when i can. So when i returned car was moved by them but they didn’t fix nothing and said me that i have to make another appointment and its okay to return car after their service full of mistakes. Service was issue with the key and they decided themselves change car battery, without my approval before. Germany and lawyers gonna be involved in this scam and unprofessional organization. Think twice to go there.

**Be very careful** with Porsche Puerto Banús Marbella. My experience was extremely poor. I brought in my Taycan for a dashboard warning that was presented to me as a major issue with a repair estimate of nearly €15,000. I was also charged about €500 for diagnostics, yet I was never given a proper written report or even the fault codes. The most shocking part: after I paid the diagnostic fee and took the car back, the warning disappeared and has still not come back after 3 months of driving. That raises serious questions about the accuracy of the diagnosis and the transparency of the service. I would strongly recommend that nobody authorizes repairs here without first getting everything in writing and obtaining a second opinion from another Porsche center in Malaga, or La Campana. For me, this was a very bad experience and I left with zero trust in their service department.

David, a salesperson at this premium car dealership, does a commendable job once you make a purchase. However, their customer service, led by Carmen and the repair team, is utterly non-existent. For a dealership of this caliber, this level of service is unacceptable. If I could give their customer service a 0, I would. When I brought my car in for an inspection, they completely overlooked the need for brake replacement, despite multiple indicators on my car. Do not recommend using them.

Terrible services. The car stayed 2 months and 1 week at Porsche garage without any repair as the garage had “discussions” with the insurance company which visited the garage 3 months ago.Today the garage called me that my car is finally repaired. So, today (09.05.25) after 2 months and 1 week I collected the car and found out that the A/C does not work from the damaged side and there is some problem with the starter. The repair must be completed after more then 2 months staying in the garage. This is just terrible

Today I went to Porsche Marbella. I’m very happy I chose this center. I was helped by JUAN. Got my Warranty extension for my Macan GTS. And also helped me buy some parts from Parts department. I’ve been driving Porsches for 40 years and this dealership is terrible. I’ll never go back. It’s a shame that they’re the only ones in Marbella because everyone is fed up with their disastrous and poor service.

Worst Porsche center ever! Everytime you need service or repair it will take you hours to just book an appointment, hours when you leave the car and hours to pick the car up. Never answers in the phone either. I’m coming from the car business for 22 years and I can not understand how this dealership is not bankrupt with all this poor service and “manana manana” They text me “the car is ready to pick up” and when i came there to pick the car – sorry car is not ready…jisses. If you are interested in to buy a new car – nobody is even says hello and Welcome. Hope somebody buy this dealership and make any thing good out of situation.
