Recently I bought complete Solarpanel system for my house in Riviera, Spain. We agreed about all the terms to resonable price and contract was signed. The installation team came as agreed and started the work. In my case there were an old none working solar heating system for my swimming pool that was going to dismounted for giving space on the wall below the pool. That was actually quite a hard work but it went all very smooth without any complain or hassle. All the old stuff were taken away.I were very impressed. All of the guys worked as well oiled team. Each person on the sight had his duties and they all cooperated very well. If there were anything they did not know they came and asked. When the project started I wanted an electric carcharger installed as well and that was solved smoothly as well. Totally i can only recomend this company for anyone who want to do a simular installation as I. Thanks to all of you. Thomas

We recently had a large solar system installed on our roof by Marblanc, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. After quite a few “interesting” experiences with different contractors in Spain over the years, working with Marblanc was a real breath of fresh air. The team was friendly, reliable, on time, and most importantly focused on doing the job properly. What I appreciated most was their attitude. Instead of explaining why something might be difficult or impossible (which we’ve heard many times before…), they simply said: “No problem, we’ll sort it out.” And they did. Even when new things came up during the installation, the response was always calm and solution-oriented. No complaints, no drama, just people who clearly care about doing good work. The whole installation went smoothly, the quality of the work is excellent, and the system looks great on the roof. We’re very happy we chose Marblanc and can highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing solar.

I can highly recommend all Mar Blanc solar to you! First I did some research on the internet. After reading many reviews of a number of companies I decided to go with Mar Blanc solar made an appointment. The representative came at the agreed time (not like the Spanish an hour or even 2 days later). After a good and clear explanation, a 2nd conversation was scheduled for a week later. This 2nd conversation was extensively explained what the possibilities are and what the possible investment would be. There was NO pushing, certainly not. I wanted a week to think about it and without any problems. The two options were clear to me. Last Wednesday the 3 fitters came from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to do the work. The fitters worked neatly, cleaned up everything and explained everything. They are hard workers (2 from GB and a Spaniard). I was happy with them. I would like to have them for my own business in the Netherlands. An example for many fitters. These were professionals. So if you are considering buying solar panels contact Mar Blanc solar, you will definitely not regret it. Oh yes, one more thing….. here in the Costa del Sol it is warm, give the fitters something to drink or a ice cream every now and then when they work at your place, it is a small effort😉

I have just had solar panels installed by Marblanc Solar and I have to say the workmanship and professionalism of the team was exceptional. I cannot speak too highly of them. They went above and beyond what was expected of them working over Saturday and Sunday to complete the project. I had several quotes for the installation before I went ahead and ordered the solar panels from Marblanc Solar. There are lots of different installers, and the price varies from very cheap to very expensive. Marblanc Solar were not the cheapest, but the quality of the installation made it exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Benahavís. The apartment was lovely, very clean, spacious and an excellent location. Walked up from the seafront, about 3 miles in the sun. Stopped halfway at a Terraza for a salad and some smoothies, and a couple of extra bottles of water, then made it here. Sadly, the waterfall was dry, but it was an interesting walk.

It’s small and nice. Unfortunate was the woods surrounding the waterfall trashed by other visitors

No cascade, caught it too late in the season. Google took us up thru neighborhoods with steep hills and little shade. Not exactly what I expected.

No water at the moment. Waterfall has water only after rain, according to the security. One must pass security service checkpoint at the gate before access.

Nice area to disconnect being minutes away from the city. Be aware of the season to see the watherfall with more or less water!

It is not clearly indicated where to find the waterfall… but the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The people are friendly and helpful. I have a had a really really good experience with LT Construction. They are super professional and honest to their clients. Especially for foreign clients like myself this company is really helpful and more important, super trustworthy. It is a pleasure doing business with Lee from LT Construction and would definitively recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were really pleased with the remodelling of our pool and the additional work LT Construction undertook on our villa. During the 3 month project we were mainly back home in the UK but Lee kept us up to date with progress and was quick to offer solutions to the very few issues that arose. We will certainly be using Lee and his team again.

LT Construction have carried out two projects for me. The first to knock through a kitchen to make a modern, open plan lounge diner at an apartment in Alhaurin Golf. LTC finished the job in budget and ahead of schedule. The team even managed to keep my “tricky” neighbours happy. Not easy with pneumatic drills early in the morning in an apartment block. The second was a much bigger project, the reform of a country house. Lee and the team were simply excellent. I was absent for much of the work so we communicated by FaceTime to adjust layouts etc. and the results are better than I expected. Halfway through the project we discovered the pool was so badly built that it had disintegrated under the tiling. With Lee’s advice, we redesigned the shape, the depth gradient and even the entry steps. It is now a fabulous feature at the heart of the outside space. Finding a company who will take care of you is not easy. I trust Lee and his team and I will use them again this October to do some more work at my home. I can only suggest that, if you need a capable professional builder, LT Construction will do a great job.

Lee and his team have done a fantastic job in completely renovating our bathroom and transforming it into all we had hoped for with a full refit. Due to travel restrictions during COVID Lee was extremely helpful in sourcing the bathroom kit and doing all he could to bring the project to a successful conclusion. His team have also installed an air conditioning unit & improved lighting in the bedroom which has made a massive difference. Lee has been a pleasure to work with and I am delighted to be able to provide a glowing review.

I contacted LT Construction as I wanted to reform our boring swimming pool from the standard oblong pool into something unique and different. The work was done efficiently, we were kept in the loop throughout the process and my family and I now have a wonderful space to enjoy our summer days in Spain. Lee is a great giyy who offered to look at the house I wanted to buy near La Viñulea lake. I wanted to buy it but he adviced me not to or break it down and build a new one. The construction was not OK because of the land moving underneath the house. I recommand him for his honesty. No work to reform this house but honest advice…..
