Such a Lovely space. We recently spent 4 nights here celebrating a hen weekend. Carmen was lovely and couldn’t do enough. She provided a beautiful breakfast of pastries, churros and fresh bread which was a lovely surprise. The villa was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. One small piece of advice would be to have all white bedding/towels and individual pillows in bedrooms. Everything was clean and fresh. I would highly recommend a big party like ours to book this villa.

Carmen was amazing gave us instructions on where we were situated, the villa was well Suited for a large group and exceeded all our expectations we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. We visited last week as a group of 25. What a perfect villa for a hen party! Spacious rooms with bathrooms, we used both the indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to beach bars and you can walk into the old town (30 mins). We had the most amazing time thank you Carmen.

Brilliant Villa. Excellent hosts, available 24/7 on WhatsApp for anything we needed. Huge facility, 2 pools, games room, more than enough bedrooms and space for our 16 people on a stag party. Even dropped off a huge breakfast hamper for everyone on our first morning at the villa. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again, thank you.

Recently I bought complete Solarpanel system for my house in Riviera, Spain. We agreed about all the terms to resonable price and contract was signed. The installation team came as agreed and started the work. In my case there were an old none working solar heating system for my swimming pool that was going to dismounted for giving space on the wall below the pool. That was actually quite a hard work but it went all very smooth without any complain or hassle. All the old stuff were taken away.I were very impressed. All of the guys worked as well oiled team. Each person on the sight had his duties and they all cooperated very well. If there were anything they did not know they came and asked. When the project started I wanted an electric carcharger installed as well and that was solved smoothly as well. We recently had a large solar system installed on our roof by Marblanc, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. After quite a few “interesting” experiences with different contractors in Spain over the years, working with Marblanc was a real breath of fresh air. The team was friendly, reliable, on time, and most importantly focused on doing the job properly. What I appreciated most was their attitude. I can highly recommend all Mar Blanc solar to you! First I did some research on the internet. After reading many reviews of a number of companies I decided to go with Mar Blanc solar made an appointment. The representative came at the agreed time (not like the Spanish an hour or even 2 days later). After a good and clear explanation, a 2nd conversation was scheduled for a week later. This 2nd conversation was extensively explained what the possibilities are and what the possible investment would be. There was NO pushing, certainly not. I wanted a week to think about it and without any problems. The two options were clear to me. Last Wednesday the 3 fitters came from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to do the work. The fitters worked neatly, cleaned up everything and explained everything. They are hard workers (2 from GB and a Spaniard). I was happy with them. I would like to have them for my own business in the Netherlands. An example for many fitters. These were professionals. So if you are considering buying solar panels contact Mar Blanc solar, you will definitely not regret it. Oh yes, one more thing….. here in the Costa del Sol it is warm, give the fitters something to drink or a ice cream every now and then when they work at your place, it is a small effort😉

I have just had solar panels installed by Marblanc Solar and I have to say the workmanship and professionalism of the team was exceptional. I cannot speak too highly of them. They went above and beyond what was expected of them working over Saturday and Sunday to complete the project. I had several quotes for the installation before I went ahead and ordered the solar panels from Marblanc Solar. There are lots of different installers, and the price varies from very cheap to very expensive. Marblanc Solar were not the cheapest, but the quality of the installation made it exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

For our family summer vacation 2025, we went back to Spain this year and entrusted Nordica Marbella to help us find the right place to stay. This is the 4th time we use them and as always they everything was arranged perfectly. We arrived in the middle of the night, but the key was available as per instructions. Coming to the apartment, everything was perfectly clean and prepared for us, including a small welcome basket. We could go straight to sleep without any worries. This time we did not have any issues that needed attention. But during our previous stays, whenever there has been an issue (like locking the key inside the apartment) Nordica has always responded immediately and helped to find a solution. Our favorite is Juan, but all the Nordica staff we have interacted with over the years are always friendly, supportive and responsive. We will for sure use Nordica Marbella for our next visit and can highly recommend them to anybody else.

We have been dealing with Asecontex Internacional for both my husband’s Spanish residency as an EU passport holder and my own residency as a non-EU resident. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely competent, reliable, professional, and efficient. The team made what could have been a stressful and complicated experience feel straightforward and well managed. Communication was always clear, and we felt fully supported at every stage. They also cover many other administrative services, and based on our experience, I would highly recommend Asecontex Internacional who are based in Marbella to anyone needing trustworthy and efficient assistance in Spain.

I appointed Asecontex to help me with my Spanish residency as a family member of an EU citizen. This involved two steps, the first obtaining the green residence card for my wife, the second submitting my own application. Throughout both processes Asecontex was incredibly efficient, and guided us through the processes and required paperwork with clarity. The team was quick to respond to questions, and always had an answer and recommendation. Sophie Louise in particular was incredibly helpful. As a result of this good and thorough work, my approval for residency came through much faster then I had anticipated, in just over a week. I would not hesitate to recommend Asecontex to anyone navigating the Spanish visa process.

When you instruct a lawyer in Spain for something like a TIE renewal, you’re not really paying for the paperwork. You’re paying to be guided. You want someone who takes the process off your plate, tells you what’s next, and books the appointment. That was not my experience with Asecontex. The quoting stage was fine. I emailed on 25 March, sent over my TIE the next day, and had a clear quote of €242 within a few days. I confirmed I wanted to proceed on 31 March. After that, nothing moved unless I pushed it. Six days of silence. I chased on 6 April, and only then did they ask for a phone number. Silence again. I chased a second time on 9 April. When the reply eventually came, it was to say they didn’t have availability “this week” and would be in touch “next week.” they weren’t. By that stage it was nearly a month after my first email, on a routine renewal I had agreed to within days. Every step forward had required me to follow up. I instructed another firm, had a short (1day) email exchange and they are booking the TIE at the police station. If you want to hand the problem over and trust it’s being handled, my experience was the opposite of that. You’ll chase at every step, and you’ll wait a long time between responses. For a renewal with real deadlines attached, that’s not what I needed, and it may not be what you need either.

I contacted Gestoria Administrativa Internacional Asecontex after my previous immigration lawyer ghosted me during a critical moment of my immigration status. With only a few days left to apply, I was getting very nervous but they reassured me that everything was going to be OK and they handled my case quickly and professionally and explained the process step by step. And within three weeks, I received a confirmation for a new residency. I honestly could not have found better service if I tried. I recommend this institution for anyone who would to get immigration work done. 10/10

Our check-in manager Yera was really friendly on arrival and also accommodated us to check-in early. Also, she brought a bottle of rose wine on arrival which was a really nice touch. She showed us around the house and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The property is stunning as well as the surrounding area, and was perfect for us girls on our holiday. There is a really nice pool however no sunbeds but was fine to have towels around. There is also a really cheap supermarket so we were able to make food. The air-con wasn’t working however, we were fine with this but am sure the staff would come out and sort it as they have been very attentive throughout the experience. The only downfall is that the beach is about a 30 minute walk to puerto banus. Taxis are very easy to get though so didn’t bother us too much. All in all we really enjoyed our stay 🥰

We recently stayed at Casa Adel as a group party of 7 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was absolutely superb- everything from the cleanliness of the property to the condition of the pool was faultless. The entire place was beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. It felt comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool in particular was a real highlight and kept to a high standard. A special mention must go to Marie, our check in manager, who was great. She made the arrival process smooth and welcoming, and her friendly, helpful approach really set the tone for our stay and is an asset to your team. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more and would highly recommend Casa Adel to anyone looking for a villa stay. We would definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Sina. It is a beautiful home in a stunning location. The views were amazing and the villa was clearly designed to make the most of every angle. The outside areas were ample and there was more than enough room for all 7 of us to sit together for meals or to escape with a book. The area of Marbella was lovely and the locals were friendly. My friends and I have just returned from an incredible stay at Casa Hierbas. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and features a fantastic spacious balcony that’s perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Puerto Banús & nearby beach clubs. We were also looked after by the fabulous Marie, who made sure our stay in Marbella was perfect. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return again very soon!
