Visited the store at the end of May 2022 and was welcomed warmly though stocks were very scarce (almost NIL). The lovely Maria attended to all my questions and we tried on a couple of models and exchanged contacts. The owner very kindly said let me know what you want and we can try sourcing it. A few weeks later I ordered my fluted datejust with the bright blue dial and (to my surprise and delight) after 4-5 days was told it was at the store and ready for collection … when I was back in Spain (mid July) I went to collect and was taken into the ‘presentation suite’ (don’t know what else to call it) at the back of the store where we tried on the piece and had the links adjusted …. Extremely good service and attention to detail. Very happy with my purchase and with the amazing service I received. Highly recommended …

Amazing customer service! I visited the jewelry at the beginning of October looking for a watch for my wife birthday. As expected, there was no availability, but Mrs Maria was very kind, and my wife could see the watch she would like and we were told to come back again . We went beginning of November, Mrs Kati had the same warm attitude, and after a nice talk and looking again the watches, I had the opportunity to leave the phone number. With my great surprise, one week after I received a message that the watch was available. When we went there the day after, since it was the week of our wedding anniversary, Mrs Kati gave us a present as well, we really appreciated! Definitely a 5 star jewelry. I have bought a number of timepieces from this company during the last few years. I see no reason to go elsewhere for my future watch needs as they either stock or are able to resource most popular brands, and the prices are reasonable. I have never experienced anything as humiliating or unprofessional as what happened in this shop. One of the staff decided to treat my friend like a criminal over a ring that she clearly did not take, and instead of apologizing or even checking their own display properly, they doubled down and acted like they were certain. When we asked to see footage to clear it up, they refused and just kept threatening to “call the police” as if intimidation was a customer service tactic. The whole situation felt like they had already decided to blame someone instead of doing their job. Walking out of there, I was shocked that a business can treat people with that level of disrespect and not even attempt to correct themselves.

Gómez & Molina Joyeros saved an old family ring that was in a very bad condition. The work of the goldsmith is absolutely perfect. Every tiny, microscopic detail was made without any mistakes. He did not just repair the fine, delicate structures. He made them absolutely perfect, down to the smallest detail. The ring looks more stunning now than ever before. Furthermore, the advice we received was very kind, they truly listened to our wishes, and we felt very well taken care of. I am so happy and deeply grateful for this wonderful masterpiece. An exceptional job that comes with my highest possible recommendation!

I dropped into this jewellers to have a watch strap fitted and sized, thinking they still carried the brand. Although they no longer stock it, I was met with an incredibly warm welcome from the moment I walked in. They very kindly fitted and sized the strap for me on the spot and, to my surprise, didn’t charge anything for it. That level of service is rare these days. I also had the pleasure of chatting with Miguel, the owner, who took the time to talk watches with genuine passion and knowledge. It made the whole visit feel far more personal than just a quick stop-in. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A proper old-school service experience that really stands out.

I have lived here for over 30 yrs and seen many jewellery stores come and go, however, Gomez & Molina continues to be the longest established family owned and run jewellery store in Marbella. Miguel is very kind and caring and when I asked for an unusual anniversary token, he helped me design and create a very special piece in beautiful silver, which my husband was over the moon with. Don’t hesitate to visit their store which always makes one feel very welcome and like a precious treasure.

This Family run Business is a Marbella icon. I got my wife a Pearl for her 50 birthday and the whole experience was easy and pleasant from start to finish. Lots of choice and I never felt pressured or out of place in the shop . This year I returned with my wife as it’s our pearl anniversary and we wanted to see if we could get matching earrings. Miguel the son of the original founders of this family was so helpful and from start to finish the whole team were fantastic they went out of their way to make sure the earrings hung well and made several adjustments so they fit beautifully . Adjusting the backs and the fixings so my wife was happy and all included in the price . Drinks were offered and we felt we were very welcome the whole time we were there.Great personal and professional service all around.

Got the last of a suitcase and the staff pushed me to check out really quickly because another customer wanted it. I didn’t have time to properly browse the store and they forgot to remove the security tag in the rush so i had to go back. But they were still however very kind, i just wish they hadn’t rushed me like that.

Warning to visitors and expats: DO NOT SHOP HERE If you’ve ever lived in Spain, you know the endless waiting, the lack of urgency, the “mañana, mañana” attitude when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, this store is a perfect example of that frustration. I bought earrings here as a gift, and within a week the backing broke. Simple fix, right? Wrong. When I returned to the store, the employee ignored me for several minutes while glued to their phone outside. Instead of offering a quick replacement for a tiny broken part, I was told the earrings had to be sent out for repair — and I’d have to wait a month. They were still selling the exact same earrings in-store, yet refused to exchange mine. I asked to speak to the owner, who flat-out refused to talk to me. No phone call, no contact information, nothing. The employee promised the owner would reach out if I left my number. It’s now been over two months and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. This kind of dismissive, slow, and unhelpful service is exactly what drives people crazy here. They take your money, but when there’s a problem, suddenly it’s not their issue. Save yourself the frustration. This store does not deserve your time, patience, or hard-earned money.

I think this is the best shopping center around the area. There are lots of shops and some good places to eat, can easily spend 4-5 hours looking around. Fnac sells lots of gadgets, books etc. Plenty of parking.

Absolutely terrible experience! I bought golden chain and silver set of earrings and chain as a gift for a little girl. After I presented it, chain with pendant was broken next day. Luckily I found one receipt for €595 but unfortunately earrings was on it, but chain was on a separate receipt that I don’t know where is it. Even though it is clear it is them product and they still sell it, they refused to take it and fix for free. They made me pay €7 for repair and said to come back for it in 1 month. Absolutely terrible service! Never buying anything there again! I am glad I didn’t buy diamond earrings and another gift I was planning on buying today. Never go to this store, bad quality and bad service!

I do not recommend buying from this establishment for gifts, as the warranty can only be used by the person who made the purchase. The person receiving the gift cannot use it, which is impractical since most of us buy jewelry as gifts.
